Abstract
The invention discloses a cable coiling trolley for tests, which comprises a trolley frame (1), cable coiling frames (2), trundles (3) and pressing blocks (4), wherein the trolley frame (1) comprises cross beams, two symmetrical cross beams support 1 cable coiling frame (2), the pressing blocks (4) are placed on the cable coiling frames (2), and screws (6) penetrate through the cross beams and are nailed into the pressing blocks (4) to fix the cable coiling frames (2) on the cross beams; the bottom of the frame (1) is provided with 4 trundles (3). Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of test of electronic mechanical engineering and relates to a cable coiling trolley for testing.
Background
When the electronic equipment is subjected to environmental tests (such as vibration tests and high and low temperature tests), the electronic equipment needs to be simultaneously subjected to power-on tests. The test cable is generally thicker and heavier and is several meters long, (civil aircraft requires that the lengths of all test cables are consistent with the actual lengths of the cables on the aircraft), and some equipment even needs a plurality of cables during testing. The handling, installation, distribution, disassembly, and preparation of the various test cables is time consuming and labor intensive for the operator. There is currently a lack of equipment to improve this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cable coiling trolley for testing, which can regularly coil and store test cables on the trolley at ordinary times. During the test, the trolley is pushed to a test area, the cable head is easy to find and pull out for installation, and the cable can be easily arranged on a rack after the test is finished. Preferably, the wire coiling frame 2 consists of a wire coiling shaft 21, a separation disc 22, a fixed sleeve 23 and a fixed screw 24, and the separation disc 22 is sleeved on the wire coiling shaft 21 to separate a wire coiling area; the retaining sleeve 23 is fastened to the separating disc 22 by means of a fixing screw 24, so that the separating disc is fixed in position on the disc spool 21.
Preferably, a long groove is formed in the position of the cross beam for supporting the coil frame, and the pressing block 4 and the screw 6 fix the coil frame 2 in the long groove at proper positions.
The use of the cable coiling trolley for the test greatly saves the test preparation, the collecting time and the labor consumption.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
A test cable reel cart shown in this embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and includes a frame 1, a cable reel 2, casters 3, a pressing block 4, a cable head hook 5, and the like.
The frame 1 is formed by welding stainless steel square tubes, the whole frame 1 is divided into an upper hollow layer and a lower hollow layer through the stainless steel square tubes, and a cross beam for supporting the disc stand 2 is arranged on each hollow layer. Two symmetrical beams support 1 wire coiling frame 2, a pressing block 4 is placed on the wire coiling frame 2, and a screw 6 penetrates through the beam and is nailed into the pressing block 4, so that the wire coiling frame 2 is fixed on the beam. Each coil frame 2 can coil 2 cables, so that 4 cables can be coiled in total. The bottom of the frame 1 is provided with 4 castors 3 for convenient transportation. 8 cable head hooks 5 are installed on a cross beam of the frame 1, and cable heads at two ends can be hung on the cable head hooks after the cable drum is wound on the wire winding frame 2. The coil holder 2 is composed of a coil bobbin 21, a separation coil 22, a fixing sleeve 23 and a fixing screw 24 as shown in fig. 2. By fitting 3 separate reels 22 on the reel spool 21, 2 coil areas can be separated. The cable is wound on the reel spool 21. The separating disc 22 with a larger diameter can separate 2 cables well and prevent confusion. The retaining sleeve 23 is fastened to the separating disc 22 by means of a fixing screw 24, so that the separating disc is fixed in position on the disc spool 21. The separation disc 22 and the fixing sleeve 23 can be axially adjusted in position along the disc axis 21 by loosening the fixing screws 24, the space of the adjacent 2 cables is reasonably distributed, and the fixing screws 24 are screwed after the positions are found.
The wire coiling frame 2 is installed as shown in figure 3, and the pressing block 4 presses the wire coiling shaft 21 of the wire coiling frame 2 on the cross beam of the frame 1. The frame 1 is provided with a long groove on the cross beam, 2 screws 24 are screwed from the lower direction, the position of the wire coiling frame 2 can be adjusted by loosening the screws 6, so that the upper and lower wire coiling frames 2 are staggered in space and screwed after being adjusted to a reasonable position. In addition, after the screw 6 is unscrewed, the disc frame 2 can be rotated, and the cable can be coiled and finished more conveniently.
