The waterproof breathable film (breathing paper) is a novel high-molecular waterproof material. s3, printing: the air-permeable film enters the printing part, the ink pump conveys the ink in the ink tank to the jet nozzle through the ink conveying conduit, the ink is uniformly conveyed to the printing plate cylinder through a plurality of rollers and then flows back to the ink tank, meanwhile, the ink scraped by the ink scraping knife flows back to the ink tank, the ink flows back to the ink tank through the conduit after being filtered, the ink tank is attached to the large impression cylinder, the required color and pattern are printed on a printing material according to requirements through the ink transmission of the anilox roller and the printing plate cylinder by matching with the proper pressure of the anilox roller, the printing plate cylinder and the large impression cylinder, and the pressure uniformity is balanced by adjusting the pressure of the transmission side and the operation side, so that the eye color is uniform, and the printing quality meets;
s4, drying and cooling: drying the printed breathable film by a drying device, and cooling the breathable film subjected to drying by a cooling roller so as to avoid the undesirable phenomena of shrinkage, warping, fire thermal expansion and the like of the material roll in the heating and drying process;
s5, rewinding and receiving: the breathable film after being dried and cooled is wound through the winding roller, the tension of the winding roller is adjusted according to the winding requirement, and the breathable film is ensured to be uniform in tightness and neat in end face so as to be stored or subsequently processed.
Preferably, the color-changing ink is British Carle color-changing ink.
Preferably, the vehicle speed of the printing part is not more than 500m/min, and the printing part can print eight colors simultaneously.
Preferably, at least two groups of cooling rollers are arranged, and the cooling rollers are connected with an external cooling water source.

s3, printing: the air permeable film enters the printing part 2, the ink pump conveys the ink in the ink box 21 to the jet nozzle through the ink conveying conduit, the ink is uniformly conveyed to the printing plate cylinder 27 through a plurality of rollers and then flows back to the ink tank, meanwhile, the ink scraped by the doctor blade flows back to the ink tank, flows back to the ink box 21 through the conduit and the filter, is attached to the large impression cylinder 29, prints the required color and pattern on the printing material according to the requirement by the ink transmission of the anilox roller 26 and the printing plate cylinder 27 and matching with the proper pressure of the anilox roller 26, the printing plate cylinder 27 and the large impression cylinder 29, and balances the pressure uniformity by adjusting the pressure of the transmission side and the operation side, so that the eye color is uniform, and the printing quality meets the requirement;
s4, drying and cooling: drying the printed breathable film by a drying device 3, and cooling the breathable film after drying by a cooling roller 4 so as to avoid the undesirable phenomena of shrinkage, warping, fire thermal expansion and the like of the material roll in the heating and drying process;
s5, rewinding and receiving: the breathable film after being dried and cooled is wound through the winding roller 5, the tension of the winding roller 5 is adjusted according to the winding requirement, and the breathable film is ensured to be uniform in tightness and neat in end face so as to be stored or subsequently processed.
Wherein the color-changing ink is British Kale color-changing ink; the speed of the printing part 2 is not more than 500m/min, and the printing part 2 can print eight colors simultaneously; the cooling rollers 4 are at least provided with two groups, and the cooling rollers 4 are connected with an external cooling water source.
Wherein, the printing part 2 comprises a shell 28, an ink box 21 is arranged in the shell 28, an ink box roller 22 is arranged on the right side of the ink box 21, the ink box roller 22 is contacted with an ink transfer roller 71, the ink transfer roller 71 is contacted with an ink distributing roller 25, the ink distributing roller 25 is contacted with an ink distributing roller 24, the ink distributing roller 24 is contacted with another ink distributing roller 25, the ink distributing roller 25 is contacted with two groups of ink distributing rollers 24, the ink distributing roller 24 is contacted with an anilox roller 26, the anilox roller 26 is contacted with a printing plate cylinder 27, the printing plate cylinder 27 is contacted with a large impression cylinder 29, and the ink distributing roller 25, the ink distributing roller 24 and the anilox roller.
The drying device 3 comprises a drying box 31, through grooves 35 are formed in two sides of the drying box 31, an air heater 32 is arranged at the bottom in the drying box 31, an air pipe 33 is connected to the air heater 32, the air pipe 33 is connected with an air expansion hopper 34, and the air expansion hopper 34 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the drying box 31.
The breathable film is applied to the production of paper diapers.

1. A preparation method of a breathable film with color changing along with temperature is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, mounting debug print component (2): preparing required color-changing ink, measuring the viscosity of the ink, placing an ink box (21) and an ink pump, mounting printing rollers with printing plates attached on respective color groups according to printing requirements, matching the number of the printing plates of each color group with the number of lines of an anilox roller (26), and performing transverse and longitudinal registration and correction through a control screen to ensure registration accuracy;
s2, unwinding and feeding: the position of the breathable film coiled material is accurately placed, the tension of the coiled material is well controlled, so that the material is ensured to be smoothly input into a printing machine for printing, and the material is unreeled through an unreeling roller (1);
s3, printing: the air permeable membrane enters the printing part (2), the ink pump conveys the ink in the ink box (21) to the jet nozzle through the ink conveying conduit, the ink is uniformly conveyed to the plate cylinder (27) through a plurality of rollers and then flows back to the ink tank, the ink scraped by the doctor blade flows back to the ink tank, the ink flows back to the ink box (21) through the conduit and after being filtered, the ink is attached to the large impression cylinder (29), the required color and pattern are printed on the printing material according to the requirement by the ink transmission of the anilox roller (26) and the plate cylinder (27) in cooperation with the proper pressure of the anilox roller (26), the plate cylinder (27) and the large impression cylinder (29), the pressure uniformity is balanced by adjusting the pressure of the transmission side and the operation side, and the eye color is uniform, and the printing quality meets the requirement;
