Abstract
本发明涉及矿井废水处理领域,具体涉及一种矿井废水处理剂,包括活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条以及喷涂在活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面的由贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝,所述活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一体成型串联成串。所述活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层;贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝的质量比为36‑48∶10‑20∶6‑8∶3‑5。本发明以活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条为载体,以贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝为活性成分,具有超强的吸附效果,在可以实现矿井废水净化的同时,大大方便了载体的回收利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿井废水处理技术领域,尤其是一种矿井废水处理剂。
背景技术
煤矿开采过程中会使用大量的水资源,并且会产生大量的矿井废水,该废水的主要污染物为悬浮物,构成这些悬浮物的主要成份是煤尘、岩尘等细小颗粒物,尤其是煤尘,其主要特征是浓度高,所含固体颗粒细,灰分高,随意排放不仅会造成严重环境污染,而且也是一种资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿井废水处理剂,实现矿井废水的净化处理,回赠于煤矿及周边矿区,实现近零排放,有效保护环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种矿井废水处理剂,包括活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条以及喷涂在活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面的由贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝。
进一步地,所述活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一体成型串联成串。
进一步地,所述活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层。
进一步地,贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺的质量比为36-48∶10-20∶6-8∶3-5。
进一步地,贝壳粉层外侧、贝壳粉层与沸石粉层之间、沸石粉层与聚丙烯酰胺层之间、聚丙烯酰胺层与聚合氯化铝层之间均喷涂有一层水溶性高分子材料。
进一步地,所述水溶性高分子材料为聚乙烯醇。
进一步地,所述活性炭纤维球为由活性炭纤维编织而成的呈网状的镂空形圆球。
进一步地,所述活性炭纤维条为由活性炭纤维编织而成的网状编织网。
进一步地,还包括设置在相邻两个活性炭纤维球之间的高吸水性树脂球,高吸水性树脂球吸水后,带动活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一起逐渐沉入矿井废水中(相当于一个自搅拌过程)。优选地,高吸水性树脂球的质量可以设计为各不相同的,从而使得高吸水性树脂球吸水饱和后所达到的质量也是不同的,从而可以使得高吸水性树脂球吸水饱和后可以悬浮在矿井废水的不同深度位置。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:
本发明以活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条为载体,以贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝为活性成分,具有超强的吸附效果,在可以实现矿井废水净化的同时,大大方便了载体的回收利用。
在活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层,一次投放即可自主的完成整个净化过程,使用即为方便。
在贝壳粉层外侧、贝壳粉层与沸石粉层之间、沸石粉层与聚丙烯酰胺层之间、聚丙烯酰胺层与聚合氯化铝层之间各喷涂有一层水溶性高分子材料,可以很好的保护材料,从而减少材料相互之间的影响。
在相邻两个活性炭纤维球之间设置高吸水性树脂球,高吸水性树脂球吸水后,带动活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一起逐渐沉入矿井废水中,从而实现了处理剂与矿井废水的充分接触,从而提高了处理剂的处理效果。

实施例1
一种矿井废水处理剂,包括活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条,活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一体成型串联成串,相邻两个活性炭纤维球之间设置有一高吸水性树脂球,活性炭纤维条贯穿高吸水性树脂球设置,高吸水性树脂球吸水后,带动活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一起沉入矿井废水中;所述活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层,且贝壳粉层外侧、贝壳粉层与沸石粉层之间、沸石粉层与聚丙烯酰胺层之间、聚丙烯酰胺层与聚合氯化铝层之间均喷涂有一层聚乙烯醇(水溶性);贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺的质量比为36∶10∶6∶3。所述活性炭纤维球为由活性炭纤维编织而成的呈网状的镂空形圆球,所述活性炭纤维条为由活性炭纤维编织而成的网状编织网。
实施例2
一种矿井废水处理剂,包括活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条,活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一体成型串联成串,相邻两个活性炭纤维球之间设置有一高吸水性树脂球,活性炭纤维条贯穿高吸水性树脂球设置,高吸水性树脂球吸水后,带动活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一起沉入矿井废水中;所述活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层,且贝壳粉层外侧、贝壳粉层与沸石粉层之间、沸石粉层与聚丙烯酰胺层之间、聚丙烯酰胺层与聚合氯化铝层之间均喷涂有一层聚乙烯醇(水溶性);贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺的质量比为48∶20∶8∶5。所述活性炭纤维球为由活性炭纤维编织而成的呈网状的镂空形圆球,所述活性炭纤维条为由活性炭纤维编织而成的网状编织网。
实施例3
一种矿井废水处理剂,包括活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条,活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一体成型串联成串,相邻两个活性炭纤维球之间设置有一高吸水性树脂球,活性炭纤维条贯穿高吸水性树脂球设置,高吸水性树脂球吸水后,带动活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一起沉入矿井废水中;所述活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层,且贝壳粉层外侧、贝壳粉层与沸石粉层之间、沸石粉层与聚丙烯酰胺层之间、聚丙烯酰胺层与聚合氯化铝层之间均喷涂有一层聚乙烯醇(水溶性);贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺的质量比为42∶15∶7∶4。所述活性炭纤维球为由活性炭纤维编织而成的呈网状的镂空形圆球,所述活性炭纤维条为由活性炭纤维编织而成的网状编织网。
本具体实施使用时,首先通过沉淀池去除矿井废水中的部分煤泥,然后通过电动格栅去除矿井废水中的较大的悬浮物,然后按10mg/L聚合氯化铝的添加比例配置处理剂,配置完成后,将处理剂直接投放于矿井废水中,静置10min后,50r/min处理15-20min,捞出悬浮物和载体,即可进行后续的澄清处理。

1.一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,包括活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条以及喷涂在活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面的由贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,所述活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一体成型串联成串。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,所述活性炭纤维球、活性炭纤维条表面从外往内依次喷涂贝壳粉层、沸石粉层、聚丙烯酰胺层、聚合氯化铝层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,贝壳粉、沸石粉、聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺的质量比为36-48∶10-20∶6-8∶3-5。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,贝壳粉层外侧、贝壳粉层与沸石粉层之间、沸石粉层与聚丙烯酰胺层之间、聚丙烯酰胺层与聚合氯化铝层之间均喷涂有一层水溶性高分子材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,所述水溶性高分子材料为聚乙烯醇。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,所述活性炭纤维球为由活性炭纤维编织而成的呈网状的镂空形圆球。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,所述活性炭纤维条为由活性炭纤维编织而成的网状编织网。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种矿井废水处理剂,其特征在于,还包括设置在相邻两个活性炭纤维球之间的高吸水性树脂球,高吸水性树脂球吸水后,带动活性炭纤维球和活性炭纤维条一起沉入矿井废水中。
