Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a medicine and food dual-purpose traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving human immune function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The low immune function is a pathological feature, and is mainly characterized in that a patient loses the abilities of resisting and preventing diseases due to erosion of external diseases and loses good protection on the regulation of the body function, so that a series of diseases occur.
Healthy qi stores internally and pathogenic qi cannot dry out. This is the basic understanding of TCM in the prevention and treatment of disease. Namely, the basic means of preventing the occurrence of diseases and promoting the recovery after diseases is achieved by improving the immunologic function of the human body.
In recent years, much attention has been paid to immunotherapy of tumors, and it has been a focus of attention in the field of tumor therapy.
The tumor immunotherapy is to apply immunological principle and method to raise the immunogenicity of tumor cell and the killing sensitivity to effector cell, excite and strengthen the antitumor immune response of body, and to infuse immune cell and effector molecule into host body to cooperate with body's immune system to kill tumor and inhibit tumor growth. In view of the remarkable curative effect and innovation of tumor immunotherapy, the tumor immunotherapy is judged as the most important scientific breakthrough in the year 2013 by the journal of science. The tumor immunotherapy is expected to become an innovation in the field of tumor therapy after surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy.
The basic principles of tumor immunotherapy are two: firstly, immune response regulation (immune activation, immune stimulation, immune modification and the like); secondly, the immune-related cytokines are directly used. The basic idea is to use tumor antigen to stimulate the body's own immune protection mechanism in vivo, so as to achieve the effect of treating tumor or preventing recurrence. Actually, as early as over 100 years ago as the creation of immunology, scientists have proposed the idea of using the body's autoimmune function to attack tumor cells and destroy tumors, and have made various attempts. In the fifties of the twentieth century, Burnet and Thomas put forward the theory of "immune surveillance", and it is thought that mutated tumor cells which often appear in the body can be recognized and eliminated by the immune system, thereby laying the theoretical foundation for tumor immunotherapy. In 2003, a study published in the journal of new england medicine found that the number of tumor-infiltrating T cells correlated with the overall and progression-free survival of cervical cancer patients, confirmed the presence of tumor-specific T cells, indicating that the immune system is able to recognize tumors and attempt to control their growth. Immunity is a physiological function of the human body, and the human body recognizes "self" and "non-self" components by virtue of the function, thereby destroying and rejecting antigen substances (such as germs and the like) entering the human body, or damaged cells and tumor cells generated by the human body, and the like, so as to maintain the health of the human body. The concept of tumor immunotherapy has been highly concerned and appreciated, and is certainly a hopeful gospel for an increasing number of tumor patients.
In fact, regarding immunotherapy, it is by no means limited to the creation of immunology 100 years ago. As early as 2000, in the "emperor's internal classic of traditional Chinese medicine", there is a clear record of "healthy qi stores, and pathogens cannot be dried", and on this basis, a "strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens" treatment rule with clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine is established. Although the recognition of the characteristics of the obvious philosophy concept can not bring enough attention to modern medicine, the derived treatment principle of strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors always guides the traditional Chinese medicine clinic in the history of thousands of years and is continuously verified by the science of the academic concept in the traditional Chinese medicine clinic. Strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors to treat tumors is not a new discovery in traditional Chinese medicine clinical, and the key points are how to strengthen body resistance and how to eliminate pathogenic factors. In short, there is no confidence that the composition is "prescription and degree" in the clinical process.
Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition which is safe to eat and the preparation method thereof are provided based on the principle of strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors, and the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in enhancing the immunity of a tumor patient after operation is very significant for the tumor patient.
