Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation and application method of local anesthetic, which is prepared by mixing specific amount of normal saline, epinephrine and ropivacaine according to specific proportion, and the application method comprises the following steps: during operation, the local part of the operation area is injected from shallow to deep according to an operation point infiltration method, during the injection process, a needle is inserted while medicine is injected to the subcutaneous part until the local skin is tight and becomes hard and pale, and after 7-10 minutes from the last injection, the local anesthesia effect is checked, and then the skin cutting operation can be performed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to a preparation method and a use method of a local anesthetic.
Background
In the hand surgery operation, the traditional anesthesia mode has general anesthesia, brachial plexus anesthesia, lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia, general anesthesia analgesia is effectual, but its expense and anesthesia risk are high, brachial plexus anesthesia has the risk of vascular nerve damage, lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia is safe, but the anesthesia is insufficient its weakness, and these three kinds of anesthesia modes do not have obvious effect to reducing the hemorrhage of operative area, furthermore, in the operation process, the bloodless field of vision is crucial to hand and upper limbs operation, but because hand tissue blood circulation is abundant, above-mentioned anesthesia mode all need use the tourniquet just can reach the bloodless effect in operative area, although the tourniquet constantly updates the development, its complication still can't be avoided completely, common complication includes: the tourniquet has certain limitations and disadvantages in clinical application due to skin soft tissue injury, fascial compartment syndrome, nerve injury, tissue ischemia necrosis, and the like, and therefore, how to solve the technical problems becomes a problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the technical field.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcoming the deficiencies of the prior art and providing a method for preparing and using a local anesthetic, so as to solve the problems set forth in the background of the above technology.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a local anesthetic comprises the following steps:
s1, measuring 100ml of physiological saline by using a measuring cylinder, pouring the physiological saline into a beaker A, and extracting 2ml of physiological saline from the beaker A by using a syringe to be discarded;
s2, extracting 9ml of physiological saline from the beaker A by using an injector, injecting the physiological saline into the beaker B, and then extracting 1ml of adrenalin with the concentration of 0.1% into the beaker B to be uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution A;
s3, pumping 1ml of the mixed solution A by using an injector, injecting the mixed solution A into a beaker A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
s4, using a syringe to extract 10ml of ropivacaine with the concentration of 0.75 percent, and injecting the ropivacaine into the mixed solution B to be uniformly mixed, thus obtaining the ropivacaine.
In the invention content, the beaker A and the beaker B are subjected to high-temperature sterilization treatment.
In the above invention, the syringe is a 10ml syringe.
In the above invention, the concentration of sodium chloride in the physiological saline is 0.9%.
A use method of a local anesthetic comprises the following steps: injecting the local part of the operation area from shallow to deep according to an operation point infiltration method, injecting the medicine under the skin while inserting the needle in the injection process until the local skin is tight, hard and pale, and checking the local anesthesia effect 7-10 minutes after the last injection, thereby carrying out the operation of skin cutting.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the local anesthetic prepared by the invention has good analgesic effect, and can play a good role in hemostasis without a tourniquet in hand surgery, thereby providing clear operation visual field for doctors in the operation process.
Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example (b):
a preparation method of a local anesthetic comprises the following steps:
s1, measuring 100ml of physiological saline by using a measuring cylinder, pouring the physiological saline into a beaker A, and extracting 2ml of physiological saline from the beaker A by using a syringe to be discarded;
s2, extracting 9ml of physiological saline from the beaker A by using an injector, injecting the physiological saline into the beaker B, and then extracting 1ml of adrenalin with the concentration of 0.1% into the beaker B to be uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution A;
s3, pumping 1ml of the mixed solution A by using an injector, injecting the mixed solution A into a beaker A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
s4, using a syringe to extract 10ml of ropivacaine with the concentration of 0.75 percent, and injecting the ropivacaine into the mixed solution B to be uniformly mixed, thus obtaining the ropivacaine.
Preferably, the beaker A and the beaker B are subjected to high-temperature sterilization treatment.
Preferably, the syringe is a 10ml syringe.
Preferably, the concentration of sodium chloride in the physiological saline is 0.9%.
Experimental example:
the invention adopts a random method to divide 64 patients with hand carpal tunnel syndrome into 2 groups, wherein, A group adopts the traditional brachial plexus anesthesia technology, B group adopts the local anesthetic provided by the invention and carries out anesthesia according to the using method provided by the invention, the indexes of anesthesia onset time, bleeding amount, analgesic score and the like of A group and B group are recorded, and the results are shown in the following table:
table 1(A group traditional brachial plexus anesthesia technique)
TABLE 2(B group local anesthesia mode provided by the invention)
TABLE 3
TABLE 4
TABLE 4
From the above experimental data, the pain score of the traditional brachial plexus anesthesia group A is higher than that of the local anesthetic group B provided by the invention, which shows that the analgesic effect of the invention is good, the bleeding amount group A in the operation is also obviously higher than that of the group B, and the statistical p value is less than 0.05, which shows that the difference of the bleeding amount has statistical significance, and furthermore, the average value of the whole bleeding amount of the group B is 1.3 +/-0.4 ml. The result shows that the effect of little or no bleeding during the operation can be achieved even without the assistance of the tourniquet, and a clear operation visual field can be provided for doctors during the operation.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express the specific embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
