The biguanide compound of the invention refers to a compound containing at least one biguanide group.
In a preferred embodiment, the biguanide compound of the present invention is a biguanide compound having a substituted phenyl group at a terminal thereof.
In a most preferred embodiment, the biguanide compound of the present invention is chlorhexidine gluconate with a CAS number of 18472-51-0.
The biguanide compound with the terminal containing the substituted phenyl group has important biological activity, particularly has quite strong broad-spectrum antibacterial and bactericidal effects on chlorhexidine gluconate, has antibacterial property on wounds or skin tissues in medicine, and is widely applied to disinfection of fiber tissues, bed sheets, carpets, clothes and the like.
Quaternary ammonium salt compound
The quaternary ammonium salt compound is also called quaternary ammonium salt, has various types, is a compound generated by replacing four hydrogen atoms in ammonium ions with alkyl, and has a general formula R4NX, wherein the four hydrocarbon radicals R can be the same or different, and X is mostly halogen anion (F, Cl, Br, I).

Wherein the CAS of dodecyltrimethylammonium is 10182-91-9, the CAS of trimethyltetradecylammonium is CAS10182-92-0, and the CAS of bis (2-hydroxyethyl) -methyl-undecanylammonium chloride is 102571-42-6.
In a most preferred embodiment, the quaternary ammonium salt compound of the present invention is dodecyldimethylbenzyl ammonium bromide.
The inventor finds that by adding the biguanide compound and the quaternary ammonium salt compound into a formula system and utilizing the synergistic effect of the biguanide compound and the quaternary ammonium salt compound, the defect of common virus killing effect when the biguanide compound is used alone can be overcome, the disinfection capability of the quaternary ammonium salt compound can be improved, the disinfection and sterilization effects of the foam type household disinfectant can be effectively improved, and the application range of the disinfectant can be enlarged; in particular, the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt and the biguanide compound with the end containing the substituted phenyl are compounded, so that the effect is optimal; the possible reasons are that the guanidine group and the quaternary ammonium salt cooperate to further improve the electropositivity in the system, so that the bacterial virus is more easily adsorbed, the interaction between molecules is damaged, the lipid bilayer of the cell membrane is disrupted, the control of cytoplasm permeability is influenced, and cytoplasm leakage is caused, so that the bacteria and the virus cannot divide and reproduce and lose activity, other biomolecules existing in the bacterial cell are also decomposed, and the inactivation effect cannot be influenced even if the bacterial virus is mutated; however, the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt has the defect of easy precipitation at low temperature, and the application range of the disinfectant is seriously influenced.
Foaming agent
The foaming agent is a surface active substance, and is mainly used for reducing the interfacial tension on an air-water interface, promoting air to form small bubbles in slurry, expanding a separation interface and ensuring that the bubbles rise to form a foam layer.
In a preferred embodiment, the blowing agent of the present invention is an alkyl alcohol ether.
In a more preferred embodiment, the carbon chain length in the alkyl alcohol ether of the present invention is from C10 to C16.

In a most preferred embodiment, the foaming agent of the present invention is a combination of tridecyl alcohol dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether, cetyl alcohol octapolyoxyethylene ether and undecyl alcohol hexapolyoxyethylene ether, wherein the mass ratio of the tridecyl alcohol dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether, the cetyl alcohol octapolyoxyethylene ether and the undecyl alcohol hexapolyoxyethylene ether is 1: 1.5: 0.8.
the inventor finds that the alkyl alcohol ether is used as a foaming agent and added into a formula system, the hydrophilic group is inserted into the water phase, the lipophilic group is inserted into the oil phase or is erected in the air, and directional arrangement is formed on the interface layer or the surface, so that the interface tension or the surface tension is reduced, the disinfectant is favorable for generating rich foam, the contact time and the contact area of the disinfectant with the air and bacteria on the surface of an object can be increased after the disinfectant is sprayed for use, the sterilization rate can be improved, the use amount of the disinfectant can be reduced, energy is saved, emission is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced to a certain extent. The inventor unexpectedly finds that the precipitation of the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt at low temperature can be further slowed down by controlling the length of the carbon chain in the alkyl alcohol ether, and the possible reason is that the compound with the long carbon chain and the hydrophilic group is selected, wherein the long carbon chain can form a complex network structure with the quaternary ammonium salt to wrap the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt, so that the molecular mobility of the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt in a system is reduced, and the crystallization capacity is reduced; the surface activity of the non-polar group alkyl of the foaming agent can be increased by about 3 times when the non-polar group alkyl of the foaming agent is added with one carbon atom, so that the foaming capability can be increased, and the existence stability of the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt at low temperature can be improved; however, the non-polar group of the blowing agent is too long, and the solubility thereof is significantly reduced, resulting in a decrease in the blowing ability; long-term experimental research of the inventor shows that the alkyl alcohol ether has better effect when the carbon chain length is C10-C16.

In a most preferred embodiment, the foam stabilizer of the present invention is a combination of dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide and cocamidopropyl betaine, wherein the mass ratio of dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide to cocamidopropyl betaine is 2: 1.
the inventor finds in experiments that foam generated by the disinfectant can be further stabilized by adding the foam stabilizer, and particularly, the nitrogen-containing amphoteric surfactant or the nitrogen-containing nonionic surfactant can achieve the effect of stabilizing foam and has the advantages of sterilization, calcium soap dispersibility, wettability, detergency and the like, so that the disinfectant provided by the invention has a high-efficiency sterilization effect and a cleaning effect. In addition, the invention unexpectedly discovers in experiments that the sterilization effect of the disinfectant at low temperature can be improved by selecting the nitrogen-containing amphoteric surfactant or the nitrogen-containing nonionic surfactant, and the reason for the existence of the nitrogen-containing amphoteric surfactant or the nitrogen-containing nonionic surfactant is that the foam stabilizer is well compatible with the cationic surfactant and the alkyl alcohol ether at low temperature and has good synergistic effect, particularly the compounding of the amine oxide and the betaine can effectively overcome the defect that the sterilization effect of the coated nonionic surfactant and the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt is hindered, and further enhance the sterilization and disinfection capability of the quaternary ammonium salt at low temperature.
