It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present invention by illustrating examples of the present invention.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The solution provided in the present specification will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
Before introducing the following implementation scenarios, the following possible terms are now explained.
Traffic induction: the road traffic system is improved by inducing the travel behaviors of road users, the occurrence of traffic jam is prevented, the stay time of vehicles on the road is reduced, and the reasonable distribution of traffic flow on each road section in a road network is finally realized.
Releasing traffic information: there are 2 possibilities for distributing traffic information in this specification: first, if the user is a traffic manager such as a traffic police, in the case of issuing traffic information to the traffic manager such as the traffic police, the traffic information may include: the traffic condition abnormal information and the alarm handling modes enable the traffic management personnel to release the traffic condition abnormal information included in the traffic information to the non-traffic management personnel according to the selected alarm handling modes after selecting at least one alarm handling mode. Secondly, if the user is a non-traffic manager (e.g., a traffic traveling person), the part of the traffic condition abnormal information in the traffic information can be directly issued to the non-traffic manager according to the alert handling manner (at this time, the alert handling manner does not need to be issued), so that the user can select the travel time and the route according to the traffic information.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implementation scenario of an embodiment disclosed in this specification.
As shown in fig. 1, a server 11 (which may include a server cluster) (for example, a server corresponding to a traffic management department) acquires traffic condition information of a plurality of locations in a city, determines the traffic condition information of the plurality of locations, sets a location corresponding to the traffic condition information satisfying a traffic abnormal condition as a target location (for example, a north-to-south on-ramp of an elevated highway on a pond) when the traffic condition information satisfying the traffic abnormal condition appears, and generates traffic information 12 according to the target location, where the traffic information 12 includes: and (5) an alarm handling mode. Wherein, the alert handling mode may include: at least one of an information alert, a traffic guidance, a handling of an alarm, or a reminder to attend; further, the traffic guidance is used for improving the traffic condition by inducing the travel behavior of the user. In addition, the traffic information 12 may further include traffic condition abnormality information, which may include a traffic type (for example, real-time road conditions are congested road conditions), a location of the traffic abnormality at the target location (for example, north-south on-ramp of the hangar highway in hangzhou city pond), and a time (for example, beijing time 11, 27, 13, 48 is separated to start congestion, and an average congestion time is 2 hours). Specifically, the traffic types include: at least one of real-time road conditions, traffic events, safety cues, or parking lot status information. In addition, the traffic condition abnormal information may further include a congestion value, and in a possible embodiment, whether the traffic condition information satisfies the position of the traffic abnormal condition may be determined according to the congestion value, so as to determine the target position, where the congestion value is a traffic congestion index mainly used for measuring real-time road conditions.
In one example, if the user is a traffic manager such as a traffic police, the traffic information 12 is issued to the traffic manager such as a traffic police, and in this case, the traffic information includes: the traffic condition abnormal information and the alarm handling modes enable the traffic manager to select at least one alarm handling mode from the plurality of alarm handling modes, receive an instruction of the selected at least one alarm handling mode, and issue the traffic condition abnormal information included in the traffic information 12 to the non-traffic manager according to the instruction. Further, the traffic condition abnormal information in the traffic information 12 can be published to a target server 14 (for example, at least one of a server corresponding to a commercial digital map or a server corresponding to a city broadcast) corresponding to an alert handling manner, so that the traffic condition abnormal information in the traffic information can be published to a non-traffic manager by the target server 14. Based on the scenario, when the traffic condition abnormality information and the alert handling manner are issued to the traffic manager such as a traffic police, so that the traffic manager selects at least one alert handling manner from the plurality of alert handling manners, the option of whether the traffic information 12 is an emergency may be displayed at the same time, so that the traffic manager such as a traffic police may determine whether the traffic information 12 is an emergency, and if the traffic manager such as a traffic police determines that the traffic information 12 is an emergency, the option of the emergency is selected, and then the server receives an instruction for the traffic manager such as a traffic police to select the option of the emergency, and marks the traffic information 12 corresponding to the emergency. If there are multiple pieces of traffic information waiting to be issued, the multiple pieces of traffic information may be prioritized (for example, prioritized according to time or whether the traffic information is an emergency), and then the traffic information 12 with the emergency mark is issued with priority to the non-traffic manager, so that the non-traffic manager selects the travel time and route according to the traffic information 12. For example: when the congestion value on the highway in the abnormal traffic condition information is too high and indicates that the traffic condition is seriously congested, traffic managers such as a traffic police and the like judge that an accident of vehicle collision is possible according to experience values, and at the moment, the traffic managers such as the traffic police and the like determine that the traffic information 12 is an emergency event, and then select an option of the emergency event, on one hand, the traffic managers such as the traffic police and the like give an alarm according to the position provided by the abnormal traffic condition information; on the other hand, the server receives an instruction of selecting an option of an emergency from a traffic manager such as a traffic police, marks the traffic information 12 corresponding to the emergency, and if there are a plurality of pieces of traffic information to be issued, may issue the traffic information 12 marked with the emergency to a non-traffic manager preferentially, so that the non-traffic manager selects a travel time and a route according to the traffic information 12.
In another example, if the user is a non-traffic manager (e.g., a traffic traveling person), the alert handling method may be associated with the traffic condition abnormality information in advance, and when the server 11 determines a position where the traffic condition information satisfies the traffic condition abnormality condition as the target position, the alert handling method corresponding to the traffic condition abnormality information in the target position may be determined, and the traffic information may be determined according to the traffic condition abnormality information and the alert handling method corresponding to the traffic condition abnormality information. Then, the traffic condition abnormality information in the traffic information 12 is issued to the non-traffic manager in accordance with the alert handling method (in this case, the alert handling method does not need to be issued).
It is to be appreciated that the destination server 14 may distribute the traffic information 12 in various forms to facilitate user access to the traffic information 12. For example: when the target server 14 is a server related to a commercial digital map, displaying the geographic position related to the traffic information to the user; when the target server 14 is a city broadcast, the traffic information 12 is distributed to the user in the form of a voice broadcast.
It should be noted that the server 11 is a server for generating the traffic information 11, and the target server 14 issues the traffic information 11 only as a medium, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the target server 14 is not used for generating the traffic information 11. The server 11 is referred to in the following description unless otherwise specified.
The scheme timely, effectively and accurately conveys traffic information to travelers, ensures timely and effective travel of users under the conditions of privacy protection and labor cost reduction, and can effectively avoid traffic accidents by judging whether the traffic police are emergencies or not when finding traffic incidents.
It is understood that the implementation scenario shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and one or more embodiments of the method, apparatus and device for publishing traffic information disclosed in this specification may be applied to any implementation scenario related to traffic, for example, the method for publishing traffic information may be applied to road traffic, waterway traffic publishing information and air traffic; the traffic information is released according to road traffic, and can also be released according to road traffic and released according to air traffic.
FIG. 2 illustrates an interaction flow diagram for publishing traffic information, according to one embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the method flow includes, first, step 210: the server acquires traffic condition information of a plurality of positions; next, step 220: determining a position, of the plurality of positions, at which the traffic condition information satisfies the traffic abnormal condition as a target position; next, step 230: determining traffic information according to the target position, wherein the traffic information comprises an alert handling mode; finally, step 240: at least a portion of the traffic information is published.
Based on the above steps 210-240 and the above two possible examples described in fig. 1, a number of possible scenarios are detailed below:
a first possible application scenario: when the user is a traffic manager such as a traffic police, steps 210 to 240 may specifically include:
first, at step 210, traffic condition information is obtained for a plurality of locations.
Next, step 220 is involved, determining a position, among the plurality of positions, for which the traffic condition information satisfies the traffic abnormality condition as a target position, and determining traffic condition abnormality information corresponding to the target position and a warning condition handling manner corresponding to the traffic condition abnormality information according to the target position.
The traffic abnormal condition may include: at least one of a traffic accident, traffic jam or a traffic accident caused by abnormal traffic equipment (for example, a traffic accident occurs in a certain place, that is, it can be determined that the traffic condition information of the certain place meets the traffic abnormal condition). The abnormal traffic condition information comprises traffic types, time and place information of abnormal traffic at the target position, and/or congestion values (indexes for measuring traffic congestion in real-time road conditions); wherein the traffic types include: at least one of real-time road conditions, traffic events, safety prompts or parking lot status information; the alert condition treatment mode comprises the following steps: at least one of an information alert, a traffic inducement, a handling of an alarm, or a reminder to attend to.
For example: as shown in fig. 3, traffic condition information in the hangzhou city is obtained, the obtained traffic condition information in the hangzhou city is calculated, when the congestion value of the north-south ascending ramp of the on-pond elevated great gateway in the hangzhou city is calculated to be 2 (i.e., greater than a preset threshold value 1.5), it is determined that the north-south ascending ramp of the on-pond elevated great gateway meets the condition of traffic abnormality, and then, traffic condition abnormality information corresponding to the north-south ascending ramp of the on-pond elevated great gateway is determined, where, as shown in fig. 3, the traffic condition abnormality information may include: ramp congestion alarm (real-time road conditions in traffic types), north-south ascending ramp (position) of an elevated gateway on a pond, 13: 48 (time) and stuck point. It is understood that "congestion point (2)" in the "status" toolbar means that the congestion value is 2.
Secondly, step 230 is involved: the step can also include, before the step, judging whether the traffic information meets the condition of manual review. In the first possible case, when the condition is met, the traffic information is placed in a list to be audited; and when the server receives an instruction that the user determines that the traffic information passes the audit, removing the traffic information from the list to be audited. For example: when the server receives an instruction that the user sets in advance that the traffic information needs to be checked and can be determined, as shown in fig. 4, the server places the traffic information in a list to be checked and verifies, and when the instruction that the user indicates that the traffic information passes the verification is received, the traffic information is removed from the list to be checked and then issued. A second possibility is that step 230 can be performed directly when the condition is not met (i.e., which can be understood as not requiring a manual review).
Involving step 230: when the traffic information is displayed by the terminal or the computer device, as shown in fig. 5, the traffic condition abnormal information and an alert handling manner (which is an alert handling manner associated with the traffic condition abnormal information in advance) corresponding to the traffic condition abnormal information are pushed to a user (for example, a traffic manager) by the terminal (taking the terminal interface of fig. 5 as an example), for example: displaying the traffic information including the ramp congestion alarm (real-time road conditions in traffic types), the north-south ascending ramp (position) of the elevated gateway on the pond and 13: 48 (time) and congestion point 2 (congestion value). Then, based on the interface where the first prompt box is located, a second prompt box is displayed, where the second prompt box may include content of an alert handling manner corresponding to the traffic condition abnormality information, and the second prompt box is shown in the following block diagram of fig. 6, where the alert handling manner includes: at least one of an information alert, a traffic guidance, a handling of an alarm, or a reminder to attend; the traffic guidance is used for improving the traffic condition by inducing the travel behavior of the user. For example: when the traffic information (the traffic condition abnormal information and the alarm handling mode corresponding to the traffic condition abnormal information) is displayed, a window pops up, so that a traffic manager selects at least one alarm handling mode from a plurality of alarm handling modes, and when an instruction that a user (such as the traffic manager) confirms 'information report' and 'public guidance' is received, the server issues the traffic condition abnormal information in the traffic information to a non-traffic manager according to the alarm handling mode indicated by the instruction.
In the above process, in a possible example, before the step of pushing the traffic condition abnormal information and the alarm handling manner corresponding to the traffic condition abnormal information to the user (for example, a traffic manager), the method may further include: and judging whether the abnormal traffic condition information and/or the alarm handling mode meet the requirements of at least one preset release template. Therefore, under the condition that the preset release template is met, the traffic condition abnormal information and the alarm condition handling mode are arranged according to the preset release template to generate the traffic information. Traffic information as shown in fig. 7 is generated. Or, the traffic condition abnormal information may not meet the preset release template, in which case the traffic condition abnormal information that does not meet the requirements of the preset release template is marked as missing traffic condition abnormal information, and information corresponding to the missing traffic condition abnormal information is acquired according to the missing traffic condition abnormal information; and arranging the information corresponding to the abnormal information of the missing traffic condition according to a preset release template so as to meet the requirement of the preset release template. For example: the preset issuing template can comprise a traffic type, the time of the traffic abnormality of the target position, the place information, the alert handling mode and an issuing medium. However, as shown in fig. 8, the traffic condition abnormality information may lack the time of the traffic abnormality or the traffic type, and the traffic information cannot be generated. After determining the missing traffic condition abnormal information, the server acquires the missing traffic condition abnormal information again (for example, information of time of traffic abnormality or traffic type), and arranges the missing traffic condition abnormal information according to a preset release template, so as to generate the traffic information (i.e., complete traffic information) shown in fig. 7.
The preset publishing template is explained in detail, for example: as shown in fig. 7, the preset publishing template may include: traffic type, target location, time, alert disposition, distribution media, and others. And arranging the corresponding information according to a preset release template. Wherein, the traffic type is arranged as follows: traffic congestion; arrangement in the target position: the north of the viaduct is connected with the south ramp; arranging in time: 13: 48; arranging in an alert handling mode: information reporting and traffic guidance; arranging in a publication medium in a template: commercial digital maps, city broadcasts. Generating the file information according to the arranged information: the passage of the north-south ascending ramp of the elevated great-pass road to the pond is slow, the people need to stand for waiting without changing the ramp and adding the plug. The driver who is expected to pass through the road section is noticed to detour, and the travel is convenient. In summary, complete traffic information can be generated, and here, it can be understood that the case information is generated through the abnormal traffic condition information, the abnormal traffic condition information and the case information are spliced, and the traffic information is generated through the arrangement of the preset release template.
It should be noted that, when the step of "judging whether the abnormal traffic condition information meets the requirement of the preset release template" is involved, the server may perform automatic audit; the audit can also be performed by the user (e.g., traffic manager) by displaying to the user (e.g., traffic manager).
Finally, step 240 is involved, which may specifically be that after the user (e.g., traffic manager) selects at least one alert handling manner, a part of the traffic information (i.e., the traffic information includes traffic condition abnormality information) is issued to the non-traffic manager according to the alert handling manner after selection. In one possible example, when traffic information is distributed to non-traffic managers, the alert handling method is hidden, and only traffic condition abnormality information in the traffic information is distributed to the non-traffic managers. In another possible example, when the traffic information is issued to the non-traffic manager, the traffic information may include at least one alert handling manner selected by the traffic manager, and may also include traffic condition abnormality information.
Furthermore, in one embodiment, this step may be preceded by: judging whether sensitive words appear in the traffic information; and in the case of sensitive words, desensitizing the traffic information.
For example: the server identifies whether sensitive words are present in the traffic information, such as: the number of the license plate, the name of the owner of the vehicle or the death of a certain person, etc. If sensitive words are present, then a desensitization treatment is required, for example: if a traffic accident occurs and a certain amount of casualties are caused, the case information in the traffic information can be expressed as that ' two vehicles in Beijing A are 15 minutes at noon at 12 o ' clock in Beijing time, and the traffic accident occurs on the road between an east single subway station of Chang ' an street and a Wang mansion subway station in the Tokyo city of the Beijing city, so that one person is injured and the other person dies. The expected time to handle the accident is 2 hours, please note the driver friends planning to go around the road segment. Simultaneously, remind driver friend's application for safe driving once more, make things convenient for the trip. "
In another embodiment, this step may be preceded by: judging whether a statement error occurs in the traffic information; in the case where a sentence error occurs, correction processing is performed on the traffic information.
For example: when the following sentence "two vehicles at 12 am at 8 minutes in beijing time" appears in the traffic information, the server corrects the sentence, and the corrected result is "two vehicles at 12 am at 15 minutes in beijing time".
The step of issuing the traffic information to the server corresponding to the alert handling method may be, for example: for example: if receiving an instruction that a user confirms an alarm handling mode and comprises an alarm handling, the server issues traffic information to a traffic police army corresponding to the position in the traffic information to prompt traffic managers such as traffic police to take an alarm;
if the received instruction of confirming the alert handling mode by the user comprises traffic guidance, the server issues the traffic information to a commercial digital map server so as to conveniently send the traffic information to the user terminal.
The server (or the application server) corresponding to the alert handling method may include at least one of a media-type application server and an electronic map-type application server. The media application server may be a city broadcasting station and at least one communication operator.
For example: the traffic information can be published to the official network of the urban broadcasting station, and the broadcasting station announcer broadcasts the traffic information; or, the traffic information is published to an operation platform provided by an operator, and when a large traffic accident occurs, the traffic information can be published in a form of short message, a form of text or a form of voice through the operation platform.
The method can timely and effectively convey information to a pedestrian, and the traffic information is accurate and insensitive. In the process of issuing the traffic information, the key point is the accuracy of the source information, meanwhile, the reminding of the sensitive information is well made while issuing the traffic information, if no sensitive information exists, the sensitive information can be sent by one key, and if the sensitive information appears, desensitization treatment is needed. The information is timely and effectively released, privacy is protected, and labor cost is reduced.
It should be noted that the preset publishing template mentioned above is not only based on the standard layout, but also combines with the daily work practice to determine the template content. The method can also push a proper preset release template (namely the learning process of the preset release template) to the user according to the use heat of the user, and the user can modify the preset release template on the basis of the standard layout to generate a new release template. The following is a detailed explanation based on these two cases.
The learning process involving the preset publishing template may be as shown in fig. 9: first, step 910: acquiring a preset issuing template used in issued traffic information; then, step 920: carrying out heat statistics on the used preset publishing template; finally, step 930: and under the condition that the heat degree meets a preset threshold value, recommending a preset release template with the heat degree meeting the preset threshold value to the user through the user side.
The specific implementation of the above steps is described below.
First, referring to step 910, the server may obtain a preset distribution template in a large amount of distributed traffic information along with accumulation of distributed traffic information. For example: a total of 1000 preset publishing templates are obtained.
Secondly, step 920 is involved: and sequencing a large number of preset publishing templates according to the heat degree, and screening the preset publishing templates meeting the preset threshold condition. For example: 550 of 1000 preset release templates are used as templates A; 200 used are B templates; 53 used were C templates; there are 70 used D templates … …, etc., and the preset condition is preset such that the heat degree exceeds 190 to satisfy the preset threshold condition.
Finally, step 930 is involved: for example, in the above example, when 1001 times of traffic information distribution are performed, the preset traffic template recommended to the user through the user terminal is at least one of the a template or the B template.
Referring to fig. 10, first, step 1010 is step 910, which is not described herein again. Next, step 1020: determining that a user modifies information of a preset release template; then, step 1030: determining a first preset issuing template according to the information of the preset issuing template modified by the user; finally, step 1040: and recommending the first preset issuing template as a template for issuing the traffic information most recently. The specific implementation of the above steps is described below. First, step 1010 is as step 910, which is not described herein.
Next, step 1020 is involved, for example: when a huge traffic accident occurs or traffic jam is caused due to serious natural disasters and police dispatch is needed, a corresponding police station and an emergency center for informing the accident site can be added on a preset release template so as to facilitate workers to rapidly arrive at the accident site and improve the efficiency.
Then, step 1030 is involved, for example: and if the template A is determined to be modified, the server generates a template B according to the received modification information.
Finally, step 1040 is involved, for example: when the traffic information is synchronized next time, the template of B can be preferentially pushed.
The method aims at the mode of auxiliary entry of the preset release template, and has self-learning optimization capabilities of self-optimization, use heat, automatic statement error correction, automatic information loss detection and the like.
A second possible application scenario: when the user is a traffic manager (e.g., a traffic driver) such as a non-traffic police, steps 210 to 240 may specifically include:
steps 210 to 220 are the same as steps 210 and 220 in the first possible application scenario, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted here.
Involving step 230: and pre-associating the abnormal traffic condition information with an alarm handling mode (for example, when the traffic jam occurs in the preset abnormal traffic condition information, the associated alarm handling mode is information reporting and traffic guidance). At this time, the traffic information includes traffic condition abnormality information and an alert handling manner.
Involving step 240: in a possible example, before step S240, the method may further include: and judging whether the abnormal traffic condition information and/or the alarm handling mode meet the requirements of at least one preset release template. 7.
Based on the scene, the traffic condition abnormal information in the traffic information is issued to the non-traffic managers (for example, traffic driving personnel) directly according to the alarm handling mode associated with the traffic condition abnormal information without manual review (at this time, the alarm handling mode is not required to be displayed to the non-traffic managers).
In a possible example, the traffic information may also be directly issued to non-traffic management personnel (e.g., traffic driving personnel), and the traffic information may include an alert handling manner associated with the traffic condition abnormality information and may also include the traffic condition abnormality information.
It should be noted that, except that the contents expressed in the second possible application scenario are different from the contents expressed in the first possible application scenario, the steps of determining whether a sensitive vocabulary appears in the traffic information, determining whether a sentence error appears in the traffic information, relating to a learning process of a preset release template, and relating to generating a new release template are the same, and the contents in the first possible application scenario may be referred to, which is not described herein again.
A third possible application scenario: the steps in the second possible application scenario can also be performed irrespective of the user identity.
It is to be understood that the above-described examples are included merely for purposes of illustration and are not intended to specifically limit the process steps.
The scheme is mainly used for timely, effectively and accurately transmitting the traffic information to the travelers, so that the users can be ensured to go out timely and effectively under the conditions of privacy protection and labor cost reduction, and when a traffic incident is found, a traffic police can judge whether the incident is an emergency treatment incident according to the traffic type, and the traffic accident can be effectively avoided.
