In the embodiment, a plurality of number wheels 11 are coaxially arranged, the outer peripheries of the number wheels 11 are covered with an outer cover 15, and the outer cover 15 is provided with an observation port for observing the numerical values on the number wheels 11; the rotary gear 12 is at least partially exposed outside the housing 15. The mutually meshed parts between the transmission gear 14 and the rotating gear 12 are arranged outside the outer cover 15, so that the safety protection requirement of the number wheel 11 can be met, the interference of the outer cover 15 on the movement of the magnet 13 can be reduced, the installation of the magnet 13 and the selection of the type of the magnet 13 are convenient, the magnet 13 can be directly installed on the rotating gear 12, the installation space of the magnet 13 can not be set by the adjacent outer cover 15, and in the process that the magnet 13 rotates along with the rotating gear 12, the magnet 13 can not enter the space in the outer cover 15 all the time, so the selection of the thickness of the magnet 13 can not be limited by the height of a gap at the bottom of the outer cover 15.
In the present embodiment, the transmission ratio between the transmission member and the count number wheel 11 is the same as the transmission ratio between the transmission member and the rotating wheel. When the counting wheel 11 rotates for one circle, the rotating gear 12 rotates for one circle, and the circuit board completes one-time electronic counting.
In this embodiment, the magnetic induction device is a surface mount magnetic induction sensor mounted on a circuit board. Compared with a common mode of carrying out electronic counting by adopting a reed switch, the surface-mounted magnetic induction sensor has less manual intervention in the installation process, and is not easy to cause the problem of inaccurate electronic metering caused by micro leakage of the installed reed switch; in addition, the operation of connecting the electric wire between the reed switch and the circuit board is also omitted. Moreover, the welding operation of the surface-mounted magnetic induction sensor mounted on the circuit board can be completed by automatic equipment in the production process of the circuit board, so that the realization of the automatic production of the whole body is facilitated; in addition, the magnetic field change induction of the surface mount type magnetic induction sensor to the magnet 13 is more sensitive, stable and accurate compared with a reed switch, and the accuracy and stability of electronic counting can be improved.
The metering data reading device of the metering wheel provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to various metering meters with the metering wheel 11, such as electric meters, water meters, gas meters and the like. The following describes in detail a measurement data reading apparatus including the measurement data wheel according to the above embodiment in an intelligent gas meter, taking the intelligent gas meter as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the intelligent gas meter includes a gas meter box 1, a control box 2 mounted on the gas meter box 1, and a metering data reading device of the above metering digit wheel disposed in the gas meter box 1 and the control box 2; the word wheelset is established in gas table case 1, and the circuit board setting is in control box 2. The control box 2 is provided with a display electrically connected with the circuit board, and the display is used for displaying corresponding numerical values or codes according to the indication of the circuit board.
This kind of intelligent gas table adopts foretell meter digit wheel's measurement data reading device to with the setting of meter digit wheel 11 at gas table case 1, set up the circuit board in control box 2, install control box 2 the outer process of gas table case 1, just can realize in step that the magnetic induction device that is connected with the circuit board electricity is connected and set up the position of turning to piece and magnet 13 on gas table case 1 and lay relatively, installation operation is more convenient.
In this embodiment, gas table case 1 is equipped with the valve and the first wiring socket 16 of being connected with the valve electricity, is equipped with the second wiring socket 24 of being connected with the circuit board electricity in the control box 2, is connected with the valve control connecting wire between first wiring socket 16 and the second wiring socket 24, and the circuit board in the control box 2 passes through the opening or closing of valve control connecting wire control gas table case 1 interior valve. The valve in the gas meter box 1 is electrically connected with the circuit board in the control box 2 through a valve control connecting wire, so that the opening and closing of the valve can be automatically controlled by the circuit board conveniently.
In the embodiment, the gas meter box 1 is provided with an anti-disassembly magnet 19, and the control box 2 is provided with an anti-disassembly magnetic induction device 23 which is arranged on the circuit board corresponding to the anti-disassembly magnet 19; the disassembly-prevention magnetic induction device 23 is used for sending a control signal for controlling the valve to be closed to the circuit board when the disassembly-prevention magnetic induction device is separated from the disassembly-prevention magnet 19. Specifically, the detachment prevention magnetic induction device 23 is also a surface mount magnetic induction sensor that is attached to and welded to the circuit board. The setting of anti-disassembly magnet 19 and the anti-disassembly magnetic induction device 23 on the circuit board on the gas table case 1 can detect the mounted state of control box 2 to control the valve in the gas table to close when control box 2 is dismantled, prevent that the user from changing the action of gas table gas quantity through dismantling control box 2.
In this embodiment, the gas meter box 1 is provided with a pressure sensor for detecting gas pressure in the gas meter base and a third wiring socket 17 electrically connected with the pressure sensor, a fourth wiring socket 25 electrically connected with the circuit board is arranged in the control box 2, and a pressure measurement connecting wire is connected between the third wiring socket 17 and the fourth wiring socket 25. In summary, according to the metering data reading device of the metering digit wheel and the intelligent gas meter provided by the embodiment of the invention, the metering digit wheel 11 on the gas meter box 1 is in transmission connection with the rotating gear 12 through the transmission component, the rotation of the metering digit wheel 11 can drive the steering component to do reciprocating motion through the transmission component, so as to drive the magnet 13 on the rotating gear 12 to do reciprocating motion, when the magnet 13 rotates to a position close to the magnetic induction element, the magnetic induction element senses the change of the peripheral magnetic field and outputs the counting pulse to the circuit board, so that the electronic metering of the metering data of the metering digit wheel 11 is completed; this kind of mode of realizing the electronic counting of count number wheel 11, with magnet 13 direct mount on count number wheel 11 among the prior art, and compare the electronic counting mode of welding the tongue tube about count number wheel 11, through setting up the rotating gear 12 that the reciprocating motion orbit set up with 11 rotation planes of count number wheel are mutually perpendicular, can make magnet 13 on the rotating gear 12 and the mounted position that needs the magnetic induction element that corresponds the setting with magnet 13 no longer receive the restriction of count number wheel 11 mounted position and direction of rotation, magnet 13 and magnetic induction element's installation space is bigger, installation operation is more convenient, and then can reduce the problem that the magnetic induction element that causes because of the installation space is restricted is impaired and then influence the accuracy of electronic metering result.

Claims (15)
1. A device for reading metering data of a counter wheel, comprising:
the character wheel set comprises a number wheel (11) and a steering member in transmission connection with the number wheel (11) through a transmission component, and the plane of the reciprocating motion track of the steering member is not coplanar with the rotating plane of the number wheel (11); the steering part is provided with a magnet (13) which reciprocates along with the reciprocating motion of the steering part;
the magnetic induction device is arranged corresponding to the steering piece and is electrically connected to the circuit board; the magnetic induction device is used for inducing the change of a magnetic field and outputting counting pulses to the circuit board when the magnet (13) moves to a position close to the magnetic induction device.
2. The metering data reading device of a metering wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that the magnetic induction means comprise a first magnetic induction element (21) and a second magnetic induction element (22); the magnet (13) has a first position corresponding to the position of the first magnetic induction element (21) so that the first magnetic induction element (21) induces a change in a magnetic field, and a second position corresponding to the position of the second magnetic induction element (22) so that the second magnetic induction element (22) induces a change in a magnetic field during rotation of the steering member.
3. The apparatus for reading the measurement data of a number wheel according to claim 1, wherein the steering member is a rotatable wheel having a plane of rotation that is not coplanar with a plane of rotation of the number wheel (11), and the transmission member comprises a transmission wheel drivingly coupled to the rotatable wheel.
4. The apparatus for reading the measurement data of a number wheel according to claim 3, wherein the rotary wheel is a rotary gear (12) provided with teeth protruding outward on the outer periphery thereof, and the transmission wheel is a transmission gear (14) engaged with the rotary gear (12).
5. The metering data reading device of the metering wheel according to claim 4, characterized in that the rotation axes of the transmission gear (14) and the rotation gear (12) are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the metering wheel (11), respectively.
6. The device for reading the measurement data of the number wheel according to claim 4, wherein the number wheel (11) is provided in plurality and coaxially, a plurality of the number wheels (11) are covered with a cover (15) at the periphery, and the cover (15) is provided with a viewing port for viewing the values on the plurality of the number wheels (11); the rotating gear (12) is at least partially exposed outside the outer cover (15).
7. The apparatus for reading the metering data of a count word wheel according to claim 6, wherein the portion where said transmission gear (14) and said rotation gear (12) mesh with each other is outside said housing (15).
8. The metering data reading device of a metering wheel according to claim 4, characterized in that the transmission ratio between the transmission member and the metering wheel (11) is the same as the transmission ratio between the transmission member and the rotary gear (12).
9. The apparatus for reading measurement data of a number wheel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the magnetic induction device is a patch type magnetic induction sensor attached to the circuit board.
10. An intelligent gas meter, characterized by comprising a gas meter box (1), a control box (2) mounted on the gas meter box (1), and a metering data reading device of the metering wheel according to any one of claims 1-9, which is arranged in the gas meter box (1) and the control box (2); the character wheel set is arranged in the gas meter box (1), and the circuit board is arranged in the control box (2).
11. The intelligent gas meter according to claim 10, wherein the gas meter box (1) is provided with a valve and a first wiring socket (16) electrically connected with the valve, a second wiring socket (24) electrically connected with the circuit board is arranged in the control box (2), a valve control connecting wire is connected between the first wiring socket (16) and the second wiring socket (24), and the circuit board in the control box (2) controls the opening or closing of the valve in the gas meter box (1) through the valve control connecting wire.
12. The intelligent gas meter according to claim 11, wherein an anti-disassembly magnet (19) is provided on the gas meter box (1), and an anti-disassembly magnetic induction device (23) provided on the circuit board corresponding to the anti-disassembly magnet (19) is provided on the control box (2); the disassembly-preventing magnetic induction device (23) is used for sending a control signal for controlling the valve to be closed to the circuit board when the disassembly-preventing magnetic induction device is inducted to be separated from the disassembly-preventing magnet (19).

The intelligent gas meter according to claim 10, wherein the gas meter box (1) is provided with a pressure sensor for detecting gas pressure in the gas meter base and a third wiring socket (17) electrically connected with the pressure sensor, a fourth wiring socket (25) electrically connected with the circuit board is arranged in the control box (2), and a pressure measurement connecting wire is connected between the third wiring socket (17) and the fourth wiring socket (25).

The intelligent gas meter according to claim 10, wherein a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the gas meter base and a fifth wiring socket (18) electrically connected with the temperature sensor are arranged in the gas meter box (1), a sixth wiring socket (26) electrically connected with the circuit board is arranged in the control box (2), and a temperature measurement connecting wire is connected between the fifth wiring socket (18) and the sixth wiring socket (26).
15. The intelligent gas meter according to claim 10, wherein a display electrically connected to the circuit board is further provided on the control box (2), and the display is configured to display a corresponding numerical value or code according to an indication of the circuit board.
