The sensor shell and the controller shell are independently installed, so that the sensor shell and the controller shell are convenient to install, disassemble, distribute and deliver, the controller and the lamp belt bracket are detachably connected, and meanwhile, power is supplied through the lamp holder, so that the installation cost and the power supply cost are greatly reduced, later maintenance is convenient, workers can replace and install the sensor according to needs, the diversification of functions is realized, and the practicability is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an assembly structure of a sensor, including a sensor housing 100 for housing the sensor and a controller housing 200 for housing an MCU integrated controller.
According to the invention, the sensor and the controller are respectively and independently installed, the sensor shell 100 is externally hung on the side wall of the controller shell 200, the side surface of the controller shell 200 is provided with a bayonet 210 for connecting the sensor shell 100, the side wall of the sensor shell 100 is provided with a buckle 130 for connecting the controller shell 200, wherein the buckle 130 is a card with bosses at two ends, and the bayonet 210 is a rectangular bayonet.
Specifically, the sensor housing 100 includes a sensor housing case 110 and a sensor cover 120, and the sensor cover 120 is fastened to the sensor housing case 110; the controller case 200 includes a controller case housing 230 and a controller cover 240, and the controller cover 240 is snap-fitted to the controller case housing 230.
The end of the MCU integrated controller in this embodiment is provided with a pin terminal 250, the pin terminal 250 extends out of the controller housing 230, and the MCU integrated controller is connected to the power supply through the pin terminal 250 to complete power supply. The sensor is connected with the MCU integrated controller in the controller shell, and the probe 140 of the sensor extends out of the sensor shell 110.
As shown in fig. 5, the controller in this embodiment is detachably connected to the lamp strip holder 300, and the controller housing is connected to the lamp strip holder 300 through the latch 220, so that the controller housing 200 slides on the lamp strip holder 300; the controller housing is provided with a cavity for the lamp strip support to pass through, and the lock catch 220 is a strip-shaped rib, is arranged at the edge position below the controller housing 200, and is matched with the lamp strip support 300.
The invention can be structurally divided into a sensor shell 100 and a controller shell 200 which are respectively used for placing a sensor and an MCU integrated controller. The sensor housing 100 and the controller housing 200 are connected with the bayonet 210 through the buckle 130, one end card of the buckle 130 is firstly placed into the bayonet 210, and the shell has toughness, so that the other end card of the buckle can be bent by applying force to pass through the rectangular bayonet 210 and then is fastened on the inner wall of the shell through a boss at the front end of the card, and fixation is completed.
When the sensor probe detects infrared signals, the information of the analog quantity state is collected, the analog quantity signals are converted into digital quantity signals through A/D conversion, the digital quantity signals are transmitted to the MCU integrated controller, and the controller sends the digital signals to the cloud server through wireless transmission communication so as to control the effect.
In summary, according to the assembly structure of the sensor provided by the invention, the sensor and the controller are respectively installed by adopting the independent shells, the sensor shell 100 and the controller shell 200 are independently installed, and the assembly structure is convenient to install, disassemble, distribute and deliver, meanwhile, the controller is detachably connected with the lamp belt support, so that later maintenance is convenient, workers can replace and install the sensor according to needs, the diversification of functions is realized, and the practicability is improved.
