The rotor of the combined type vacuum rotor pump 16 can generate certain negative continuously in the running process; when the water for lubricating the inner cavity of the composite vacuum rotor pump 16 is reduced, the gap lubrication in the rotor pump is deteriorated, and the vacuum capacity is reduced; this is due to the liquid film seal failure, requiring water that is urgently needed for lubrication; when the vacuum capacity is reduced, the absolute pressure is increased, and the air pressure at the position is the same as the upper end of a piston 9 in the pneumatic control valve; the pressure stabilizing tank 6 is very large, the pressure in the pressure stabilizing tank 6 is stable, and the air pressure in the pressure stabilizing tank is the same as the lower end of a piston 9 in the pneumatic control valve; therefore, the piston 9 in the pneumatic control valve moves downwards under the action of pressure difference, the nozzle 10 is opened, the tap water source introduced by the nozzle 10 is sprayed into the vacuum rotor pump 16, and the lubrication of the vacuum rotor pump 16 is completed; the lubricated vacuum rotor pump 16 forms a liquid film again, the vacuum capacity is recovered, the absolute pressure is reduced, the piston 9 loses the force of air pressure difference, the piston 9 moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 11, the nozzle 10 is sealed, and therefore the tap water source is cut off.
According to the invention, when the negative pressure changes due to the decrease of lubrication, water can be automatically added to complete the lubrication of the vacuum rotor pump, so that the stable operation of the system is ensured.
