Claims (9)

1. The silicone gel patch is characterized by comprising a release paper layer (1), wherein one side of the release paper layer (1) is sequentially provided with a wound contact layer (2), a diversion layer (3), a middle absorption layer (4) and a waterproof protection layer (5), two sides of the wound contact layer (2) are respectively bonded with the release paper layer (1) and the diversion layer (3), and the bonding force between the release paper layer (1) and the wound contact layer (2) is smaller than that between the wound contact layer (2), the diversion layer (3) and the skin;
the periphery of the flow guide layer (3) and the periphery of the waterproof protective layer (5) are bonded together in an ultrasonic heat sealing mode, and the middle position of the connected flow guide layer (3) and the middle position of the waterproof protective layer (5) are clamped with the middle absorption layer (4).
2. A silicone gel dressing according to claim 1, wherein the release paper layer (1), the wound contact layer (2), the fluid-conducting layer (3) and the water-repellent protective layer (5) have the same area and are larger than the area of the intermediate absorbent layer (4).
3. A silicone gel dressing according to claim 1, wherein said wound contact layer (2) is of transparent material.
4. A silicone gel dressing according to claim 2, wherein said wound contact layer (2) is of silicone gel material, said fluid conducting layer (3) is of SS non-woven material, said intermediate water absorbent layer is of super absorbent resin material and said water repellent protective layer (5) is of SMS non-woven material.
5. Use of a silicone gel dressing according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that it comprises the following steps, in sequence:
step one, performing conventional cleaning and disinfection on a wound and surrounding skin, removing necrotic substances in the wound area, and wiping the wound area with sterile gauze and cotton balls;
secondly, selecting a silica gel patch with a proper size to be placed on the surface of a wound, so that the silica gel patch can cover at least 1 cm of skin around the wound;
step three, when in use, the release paper layer (1) is removed, the wound contact layer (2) is attached to the wound, and the silicone gel application edge is lightly pressed to be tightly attached to the skin;
placing an indirect absorptive dressing on the silica gel application, and fixing by adopting a proper fixing component;
and step five, determining the replacement period of the silica gel application according to the specific condition of the wound surface or the skin.
6. The method of using a silicone gel dressing of claim 5, wherein said indirect absorbent dressing is a gauze pad or a foam dressing.
7. Use of a silicone gel dressing according to claim 6, wherein the silicone gel dressing is used in conjunction with alginate for cavity type wounds.
8. Use of a silicone gel dressing according to claim 6, wherein for leg ulcers the silicone gel dressing is used in conjunction with a pressure bandage for pressure therapy.
9. Use of a silicone gel dressing according to any of claims 1-4 for moderate to severe exudation in the care of acute and chronic wounds.
