In some preferred embodiments, the carbohydrate is selected from one or more of maltodextrin, lactose, crystalline fructose, corn syrup solids, and starch sugar. Effectively supplements carbohydrate essential nutrient substances needed by the parturient in the lactation period and the fetus after delivery.
In some preferred embodiments, the dietary fiber prebiotic is selected from one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, stachyose, galacto-oligosaccharide, isomaltulose-oligosaccharide, inulin, resistant dextrin, polydextrose. In the embodiment, the dietary fiber prebiotics are water-soluble dietary fiber prebiotics and are used for conditioning constipation symptoms of puerpera caused by operations.
In some preferred embodiments, the minerals include calcium, iron, and zinc. Wherein,
the calcium is selected from one or more of calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, L-calcium lactate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium glycerophosphate, calcium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, calcium oxide, and calcium sulfate;
the iron is selected from one or more of ferrous sulfate, ferrous gluconate, ferrous fumarate and ferric pyrophosphate;

In this example, the minerals are in the form of natural organic calcium to supplement the calcium that is largely absent during pregnancy and the calcium nutrition for the growth and development of the fetus.
In some preferred embodiments, the docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is selected from fish oil microcapsule powder or DHA algal oil powder. In the embodiment, the medicine is indirectly supplemented to the infants through the mothers, so that the delay or obstruction of the retinal development process, mental retardation and visual disturbance of the infants are avoided.

The composite nutritional powder according to claim 1, wherein the B-type protein is selected from one or more of soy protein isolate, concentrated whey protein, hydrolyzed whey protein, skim milk powder, whole milk powder, concentrated milk protein, bovine colostrum powder, lactoferrin, wheat oligopeptide, marine fish oligopeptide, corn oligopeptide and soy oligopeptide.

5. The compound powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fat is selected from one or more of vegetable fat powder, sunflower oil powder, linseed oil powder, soybean oil powder, olive oil powder, and medium chain triglyceride.
6. The nutritional composite powder for puerpera during lactation period according to claim 1, wherein the carbohydrate is selected from one or more of maltodextrin, lactose, crystalline fructose, corn solid syrup and starch sugar.

The nutritional composite powder for puerperal lactation according to claim 1, wherein the dietary fiber prebiotics are selected from one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, stachyose, galacto-oligosaccharide, isomaltulose-oligosaccharide, inulin, resistant dextrin and polydextrose.
8. The composite nutritional powder for lactating women according to claim 1, wherein the minerals comprise calcium, iron and zinc.

The composite nutritional powder for lying-in women according to claim 1, wherein the traditional food materials for lying-in women are selected from one or more of egg yolk powder, whole egg powder, yam powder, lotus seed powder, lotus root starch, peanut powder, jujube powder, millet powder, black sesame powder, corn flour, brown sugar, chicken powder, beef powder, fish powder, vegetable and fruit powder and coarse cereal powder.
10. A method for preparing a nutritional composite powder for lactating women, which is used for preparing the nutritional composite powder for lactating women as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and which comprises the following steps:
step S1, grinding and sieving vitamins and minerals, and premixing with carbohydrate by an equivalent progressive method to prepare premix 1;
step S2, mixing the premix 1 prepared in the step S1 with traditional lactation food raw materials, docosahexaenoic acid and dietary fiber prebiotics for 10-15 minutes to prepare a premix 2;
step S3, mixing the premix 2 prepared in the step S2 and the carbohydrate for 10-20 minutes, adding the protein A, the protein B, the fat and the carbohydrate according to the principle of adding the proteins in equal amount in a gradual manner, continuously mixing for 30-45 minutes, and discharging to obtain the nutritional compound powder for the puerpera in the lactation period;
