In some preferred embodiments, the fat is selected from one or more of vegetable fat powder, sunflower oil powder, linseed oil powder, soybean oil powder, olive oil powder, medium chain triglycerides. Effectively supplements the fat essential nutrient substances needed by the puerpera in the lactation period and the fetus after delivery.
In some preferred embodiments, the carbohydrate is selected from one or more of maltodextrin, lactose, crystalline fructose, corn syrup solids, and starch sugar. In some preferred embodiments, the dietary fiber prebiotic is selected from one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, stachyose, galacto-oligosaccharide, isomaltulose-oligosaccharide, inulin, resistant dextrin, polydextrose. In the embodiment, the dietary fiber prebiotics are water-soluble dietary fiber prebiotics and are used for conditioning constipation symptoms of puerpera caused by operations.
In some preferred embodiments, the minerals include calcium, iron, and zinc. Wherein,
the calcium is selected from one or more of calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, L-calcium lactate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium glycerophosphate, calcium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, calcium oxide, and calcium sulfate;
the iron is selected from one or more of ferrous sulfate, ferrous gluconate, ferrous fumarate and ferric pyrophosphate;
the zinc is selected from one or more of zinc sulfate, zinc gluconate, zinc oxide, zinc lactate, zinc citrate, zinc chloride, and zinc acetate.
In this example, the minerals are in the form of natural organic calcium to supplement the calcium that is largely absent during pregnancy and the calcium nutrition for the growth and development of the fetus.

Claims (10)

1. The nutritional composite powder for the lying-in women in the lactation period is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 2.5-4.5 parts of A-type protein, 17.5-30.5 parts of B-type protein, 8-13 parts of fat, 40-60 parts of carbohydrate, 3.5-6 parts of dietary fiber prebiotics, 0.09-0.2 part of mineral substances, 0.13-0.28 part of vitamin, 0.1-0.3 part of docosahexaenoic acid and 3-10 parts of traditional lactation food raw materials, wherein the A-type protein comprises 1.4-2.6 parts of fish collagen peptide, 0.7-1.3 parts of cartilage collagen and 0.4-0.6 part of peanut peptide powder.

The composite nutritional powder according to claim 1, wherein the B-type protein is selected from one or more of soy protein isolate, concentrated whey protein, hydrolyzed whey protein, skim milk powder, whole milk powder, concentrated milk protein, bovine colostrum powder, lactoferrin, wheat oligopeptide, marine fish oligopeptide, corn oligopeptide and soy oligopeptide.
3. The nutrition composite powder for lying-in women according to claim 1, wherein the vitamins are selected from one or more of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, folic acid, and pantothenic acid.

The nutritional composite powder of claim 3, wherein the vitamins comprise 0.0005 to 0.0017 parts of vitamin A, 0.000001 to 0.000002 parts of vitamin D, 0.000008 to 0.000018 parts of vitamin E, 10.0009 to 0.0022 parts of vitamin B, 20.0009 to 0.0022 parts of vitamin B, 60.0007 to 0.0022 parts of vitamin B, 120.000003 to 0.000006 parts of vitamin B, 0.1 to 0.22 parts of vitamin C, 0.015 to 0.03 parts of niacin, 0.0002 to 0.0006 parts of folic acid, and 0.003 to 0.008 parts of pantothenic acid.

The nutritional composite powder for puerperal lactation according to claim 1, wherein the dietary fiber prebiotics are selected from one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, stachyose, galacto-oligosaccharide, isomaltulose-oligosaccharide, inulin, resistant dextrin and polydextrose.
