Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrophoresis of electronic products, in particular to an electrophoresis process for improving the electrophoresis quality of the electronic products.
Background
After the electronic product is processed, an electrophoretic paint layer with colors is needed to be electrophoresed on the electronic product by electrophoresis. The electrophoresis production line comprises a degreasing tank, a first cleaning tank, a pickling tank, a second cleaning tank, an electrophoresis tank, a third cleaning tank and an oven which are sequentially arranged, wherein in operation, workers hang electronic products on a hanging frame, a straight-line travelling mechanism of the electrophoresis production line immerses the hanging frame in the degreasing tank, oil stains on the electronic products are removed by alkali liquor in the degreasing tank, then the hanging frame is immersed in the first cleaning tank by the straight-line travelling mechanism, alkali liquor attached to the surfaces of the electronic products is cleaned by clear water in the first cleaning tank, then the hanging frame is immersed in the pickling tank by the straight-line travelling mechanism, residual alkali liquor and residual oil stains attached to the electronic products are removed by hydrochloric acid in the pickling tank, then the hanging frame is immersed in the second cleaning tank by the straight-line travelling mechanism, residual hydrochloric acid attached to the electronic products is cleaned by the clear water in the cleaning tank, and then the hanging frame is immersed in the, electrophoresis liquid in the electrophoresis tank is attached to the electronic product surface under the electric current, in order to form the electrophoresis lacquer layer, straight line running gear invades the stores pylon in the third cleaning tank behind the electrophoresis, the clear water of third cleaning tank in washs the remaining electrophoresis liquid of attaching to on electrophoresis lacquer layer surface, straight line running gear puts into the oven with the stores pylon at last, the oven is dried electronic product moisture on the surface, after the stoving, straight line running gear lifts out the stores pylon from the oven, the workman can follow the stores pylon after proposing, thereby finally obtain finished product electronic product.
In the electrophoresis process, the electrophoresis liquid is an important component, the existing electrophoresis liquid comprises epoxy resin and color paste, and the volume ratio of the epoxy resin to the color paste is 4: 1. the electrophoretic paint layer electrophoresed by the electrophoretic liquid has a bright surface and very high glossiness, namely, local areas of the surface have light reflection (such as the surface of a mouse and the surface of a ball pen shell), and when people see the electrophoretic paint layer, people feel uncomfortable. In addition, because a large amount of moisture are attached to on the electronic product surface, lead to needing oven need long time just can dry the moisture on the electrophoresis lacquer layer surface, and find after drying that the water stain still remains on the electrophoresis lacquer layer surface, the water stain becomes the water line after follow-up oven drying to electronic product's oven drying quality has been reduced. Therefore, an electrophoresis process capable of improving the drying efficiency of electronic products and improving the appearance quality of an electrophoretic paint layer is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an electrophoresis process for improving the drying efficiency, drying quality and appearance quality of an electrophoresis paint layer of an electronic product, which is simple in process.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an electrophoresis process for improving the electrophoresis quality of an electronic product comprises the following steps:
s1, hanging the electronic product to be electrophoresed on a hanging rack;
s2, immersing the hanger into weak alkali liquor in a degreasing tank for 3-5 min, and removing oil stains attached to the outer surface of the electronic product by the weak alkali liquor;

s5, washing away the weak acid solution attached to the outer surface of the electronic product by using clean water;
s6, immersing the rack into an electrophoresis solution in an electrophoresis tank after cleaning, wherein the electrophoresis solution comprises epoxy resin, color paste and a delustering agent, and the volume ratio of the epoxy resin to the color paste is 2-2.5: 1, after electrophoresis for a period of time, forming an electrophoretic paint layer on the outer surface of the electronic product;
s7, washing off the clear water attached to the outer surface of the electrophoretic paint layer by using clear water;
s8, immersing the hanging rack in a storage tank filled with a dehydrating agent for 2-4 min, and removing water stains attached to the outer surface of the electrophoretic paint layer by using the dehydrating agent;
and S9, after dehydration, placing the hanging rack in an oven, and drying the clean water remained on the outer surface of the electrophoretic paint layer by the oven, thereby finally obtaining the finished product of the electronic product.
The volume ratio of the epoxy resin to the color paste is 2: 1.
the volume ratio of the epoxy resin to the color paste is 2.3: 1.
the volume ratio of the epoxy resin to the color paste is 2.5: 1.
the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention adopts the dehydrating agent to remove water stains, and ensures that no water wave path appears on the outer surface of the electrophoretic paint layer after the electrophoretic paint layer enters the oven for drying, thereby greatly improving the drying quality which is more than 97 percent; in addition, the dehydrating agent can also remove most clear water attached to the outer surface of the electrophoretic paint layer in advance, so that when the drying oven is used, the drying of the electronic product can be completed only in a short time, and the drying efficiency of the electronic product is greatly improved.
2. The electrophoretic liquid contains the flatting agent, so that the obtained electrophoretic paint layer has no bright area, the glossiness is greatly reduced, compared with the glossiness reduced by 10 times by using the original electrophoretic liquid, and when the electrophoretic paint layer is seen by naked eyes, the electrophoretic paint layer does not reflect light, so that people feel particularly comfortable.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below, and the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the following:
the first embodiment is as follows: an electrophoresis process for improving the electrophoresis quality of an electronic product comprises the following steps:
