Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial shading PC card base material composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of polycarbonate, 18-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-10 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.4 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 part of a silver ion antibacterial agent and 0.1-0.6 part of a zinc ion antibacterial agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of fully mixing the components, and then sequentially carrying out extrusion and material manufacturing, wherein the processing temperature during extrusion is 250-270 ℃. According to the invention, the silver ion and zinc ion antibacterial agents are compounded to react with cell wall peptidoglycan adsorbed on the surface of the product, so that bacterial dysfunction is caused, and finally cell wall rupture is caused, thereby achieving the purpose of killing bacteria, preventing the breeding of bacteria and achieving the antibacterial effect of the product. The chip card is not easy to pollute and breed bacteria when contacting with the outside and after repeated use, and is more beneficial to the human health of a user.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of PC composite materials, and particularly relates to a compound antibacterial shading PC card base material composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The common PC card base material composition in the prior art is prepared from polycarbonate and special titanium dioxide, the titanium dioxide can be uniformly distributed in the polymer, and the PC card base material composition has good compatibility with the polycarbonate, so that a very thin product can achieve the effects of shading and no light passing through lamp beads, the mechanical property of the product cannot be influenced, the PC card base material composition is widely used as a chip card material, and a card prepared from the PC card base material composition in the prior art has stable size and excellent toughness. These advantages of PC card base material composition make it widely used in chip card products such as bank card, traffic card, security card and social security card. However, the cards are frequently used by people, some cards are even used for decades, a lot of abrasion or scratches can be generated on the card surface after a long time, a lot of bacteria are easy to breed at the abrasion part of the card surface, and the shading PC card base material in the prior art does not have an antibacterial function when being used for products, so that a lot of sanitation hidden troubles can be generated after long-term use. Based on the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, there is a need to provide a light-shielding PC card base material composition with antibacterial function.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an antibacterial shading PC card base material composition is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of polycarbonate, 18-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-10 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.4 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 part of a silver ion antibacterial agent and 0.1-0.6 part of a zinc ion antibacterial agent.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the antibacterial shading PC card base material composition is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 72-78 parts of polycarbonate, 20-28 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-8 parts of a toughening agent, 0.2-0.3 part of an antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 part of a silver ion antibacterial agent and 0.3-0.5 part of a zinc ion antibacterial agent.
As the best mode of the invention, the antibacterial shading PC card base material composition is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 parts of polycarbonate, 25 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of a toughening agent, 0.25 part of an antioxidant, 0.3 part of a silver ion antibacterial agent and 0.4 part of a zinc ion antibacterial agent.
Preferably, the polycarbonate is an aromatic polycarbonate, and the average molecular weight of the aromatic polycarbonate is 2 to 3 ten thousand.
Preferably, the titanium dioxide is a rutile titanium white pigment.
Preferably, the toughening agent is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer.
Preferably, the antioxidant is a hindered amine antioxidant.
Preferably, the silver ion antibacterial agent is an inorganic silver ion antibacterial agent.
Preferably, the zinc ion antibacterial agent is an inorganic zinc ion antibacterial agent.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the antibacterial shading PC card base material composition, which comprises the steps of fully mixing the polycarbonate, the titanium dioxide, the toughening agent, the antioxidant, the silver ion antibacterial agent and the zinc ion antibacterial agent, and then sequentially carrying out extrusion and material manufacturing, wherein the processing temperature during extrusion is 250-270 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the common shading PC card base material in the prior art cannot resist bacteria when used for products, the shading PC card base material has better antibacterial effect by compounding the silver ion antibacterial agent and the zinc ion antibacterial agent, and the compounding of the silver ion antibacterial agent and the zinc ion antibacterial agent can react with cell wall peptidoglycan adsorbed on bacteria on the surface of a product to cause bacterial dysfunction and finally cell wall rupture, so that the aim of killing the bacteria is fulfilled, the breeding of the bacteria is prevented, and the product achieves the antibacterial effect. Compared with shading PC which is not added with a compound silver ion and zinc ion antibacterial agent, the shading PC card base material can obviously improve the antibacterial effect of the shading PC card base material after being modified by adding the compound antibacterial agent, so that the shading PC card base material has excellent antibacterial effect.

The invention discloses an antibacterial shading PC card base material composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 parts of polycarbonate, 25 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of a toughening agent, 0.25 part of an antioxidant, 0.3 part of a silver ion antibacterial agent and 0.4 part of a zinc ion antibacterial agent. The polycarbonate is an aromatic polycarbonate, and the average molecular weight of the aromatic polycarbonate is 2 to 3 ten thousand. The titanium dioxide is a rutile titanium white pigment. The toughening agent is ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer. The antioxidant is hindered amine antioxidant. The silver ion antibacterial agent is an inorganic silver ion antibacterial agent. The zinc ion antibacterial agent is an inorganic zinc ion antibacterial agent.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the antibacterial shading PC card base material composition, which comprises the steps of fully mixing the polycarbonate, the titanium dioxide, the toughening agent, the antioxidant, the silver ion antibacterial agent and the zinc ion antibacterial agent, and then sequentially carrying out extrusion and material manufacturing, wherein the processing temperature during extrusion is 250-270 ℃.
examples 1 to 4, the raw materials are shown in Table 1, PC is Kostewa WB1239 with a polycarbonate content of 70% and a melt index of 3g/10min (300 ℃ C. times.1.2 kg), titanium dioxide is rutile type R-103 from DuPont, the toughening agent is DuPont AC @1330, the silver ion antibacterial agent is Japanese Zeomic DAW502, the inorganic zinc ion antibacterial agent is Guangzhou Yueisjia S + AM001-ZN, and the antioxidant is Ciba refined 168.

The raw materials are sequentially added into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 2min at a high speed, then the fully mixed mixture is placed into a double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio of 40:1, the processing temperature is controlled to be 260 ℃, the rotating speed of the double-screw extruder is 390rpm, and extrusion and granulation are carried out, so that the product is obtained. The obtained product was subjected to a performance test, and the results are shown in table 2.
