The invention discloses an antibacterial shading PC card base material composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of polycarbonate, 18-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-10 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.4 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 part of a silver ion antibacterial agent and 0.1-0.6 part of a zinc ion antibacterial agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of fully mixing the components, and then sequentially carrying out extrusion and material manufacturing, wherein the processing temperature during extrusion is 250-270 ℃. According to the invention, the silver ion and zinc ion antibacterial agents are compounded to react with cell wall peptidoglycan adsorbed on the surface of the product, so that bacterial dysfunction is caused, and finally cell wall rupture is caused, thereby achieving the purpose of killing bacteria, preventing the breeding of bacteria and achieving the antibacterial effect of the product. The chip card is not easy to pollute and breed bacteria when contacting with the outside and after repeated use, and is more beneficial to the human health of a user.

Compared with shading PC which is not added with a compound silver ion and zinc ion antibacterial agent, the shading PC card base material can obviously improve the antibacterial effect of the shading PC card base material after being modified by adding the compound antibacterial agent, so that the shading PC card base material has excellent antibacterial effect.
