Referring to fig. 1-5, an embodiment of the invention provides a semi-automatic material blocking mixer truck, which includes a truck body 10, a mixing container 30 and a mixer 20; wherein the vehicle body 10 is movable; the stirring container 30 is rotatably arranged on the vehicle body 10, the stirrer 20 is detachably arranged on the vehicle body 10 and can stir the blockage in the stirring container 30; when the plugging material is to be taken out, the stirrer 20 is taken down, and then the stirring container 30 is rotated to pour the plugging material.
Specifically, the vehicle body 10 is used for mounting the mixing container 30 and the mixer 20, and is convenient for flexibly moving the semi-automatic material blocking mixer. From the above, during the interval of pouring the putty, the stirrer 20 continuously stirs the putty in the stirring container 30, thereby solving the technical problems that the putty needs to be stirred frequently during the interval of use, which consumes manpower and wastes time. In addition, the problem of material blockage during transportation can be solved by the movable vehicle body 10, and manpower and time are further saved.

In the embodiment, the vehicle body 10 and the stirrer 20 are connected in an inserting manner, so that the stirrer 20 is more conveniently assembled and disassembled, and the operation time of a person is reduced as much as possible.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, the body 10 further includes a second mounting bracket 14, and the mixing container 30 is rotatably coupled to the second mounting bracket 14 on opposite sides thereof.
Specifically, the present embodiment may be an optimized solution proposed on the basis of any of the above embodiments, and the stirring container 30 and the second mounting bracket 14 form two joints 50, and the two joints 50 are located at two opposite sides of the stirring container 30, so that the stirring container 30 is more stable when rotating.
Referring to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, the second mounting bracket 14 includes a mounting member 141 symmetrically disposed on both sides of the stirring container 30, a rotating shaft 142 penetrating the mounting member 141 and one side wall of the stirring container 30, and a limiting member disposed on both ends of the rotating shaft 142 and axially limiting the rotating shaft 142.
Specifically, the mounting member 141 may be made of any hard material such as a flat plate, an angle steel, or a channel steel. The two mounting elements 141 each form one of the above-described connections 50 with the mixing container 30. At each junction 50, the mounting member 141 and the agitation vessel 30 are provided with through-holes, and the rotation shaft 142 penetrates through the mounting member 141 and the through-holes of the agitators at the corresponding sides thereof. Two ends of the rotating shaft 142 are respectively provided with a limiting piece, such as a retaining ring, which can prevent the rotating shaft 142 from falling off due to axial movement.
In this embodiment, the rotational connection between the stirring container 30 and the vehicle body 10 is realized by the mounting member 141, the rotating shaft 142, and the limiting member, and the connection structure is simple, effective, and convenient to realize.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, the vehicle body 10 further includes a movable chassis 13, the movable chassis 13 includes a fixed plate 131 and movable wheels 132 disposed on the fixed plate 131; the first mounting bracket 12 and the second mounting bracket 14 are fixedly connected to the chassis.
Specifically, the present embodiment provides a preferable solution based on any one of the above-mentioned embodiments having the first mounting bracket 12. The moving wheel 132 is installed on the lower surface of the fixed plate 131, and three moving wheels 132 or more may be provided, and the moving wheels 132 may be selected from products having a braking function so as to be braked at any time. The moving wheel 132 may be implemented by using conventional technologies, and thus will not be described in detail herein.
Further, the vehicle body 10 further includes a handrail 11, and the handrail 11 is fixed to the fixing plate 131 or the first mounting bracket 12. Referring to fig. 1-5, in any of the above embodiments, the stirring container 30 is barrel-shaped, and the bottom surface of the stirring container 30 may be curved and has a smooth transition and a gradually concave shape from the edge to the center.
With reference to fig. 1-5, in addition to any of the above embodiments, the semi-automatic material-plugging mixing truck further includes a manual control member 40 fixed on the mixing container 30 and protruding outward. When the blockage is poured, the controlled piece is held by a hand and rotated. In a preferred embodiment, the hand control 40 may include a rod 41 and a handle, wherein one end of the rod 41 is fixed on the sidewall of the mixing container 30, and the other end thereof protrudes upward; the handle portion can be made of a material with certain flexibility and is sleeved on the upper portion of the rod member 41.

The semi-automatic plugging mixing truck of claim 3, wherein the second mounting bracket comprises mounting members symmetrically disposed at both sides of the mixing container, a rotating shaft penetrating through the mounting members and one side wall of the mixing container, and limiting members disposed at both ends of the rotating shaft and axially limiting the rotating shaft.

The semi-automatic plugging mixer truck of claim 3 wherein said truck body further comprises a mobile chassis, said mobile chassis comprising a fixed plate and mobile wheels mounted on said fixed plate; the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket are fixedly connected to the chassis.
6. The semi-automatic plugging mixer truck of claim 5 wherein the truck body further comprises an armrest, the armrest being affixed to the stationary plate or the first mounting bracket.
7. The semi-automatic plugging mixer vehicle of any one of claims 1-6 wherein said mixer is a paint mixer.
8. The semi-automatic plugging mixer truck of any one of claims 1-6 wherein the mixing vessel is in the form of a drum.
9. The semi-automatic plugging mixer truck of any one of claims 1-6 further comprising an outwardly projecting hand control fixedly attached to the mixing vessel.
