Abstract
The invention provides an alternating-current multi-path mutual control dimmer, which comprises a load and a plurality of dimmers, wherein a fire wire end L of an alternating-current mains supply is connected with a fire wire inlet end L I of each dimmer, a fire wire outlet end L O of each dimmer is connected with one end of the load, the other end of the load is connected with a zero wire end N of the alternating-current mains supply, each dimmer comprises an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube switching circuit, a voltage stabilizing power supply circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, an A/D (analog/digital) conversion power tracking circuit, a power driving circuit, a logic switch stepping adjusting circuit and a microcomputer chip, and the dimmers of up to 18 paths control the alternating-current multi-path mutual control dimmer of the same lighting load.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of single-live-wire lighting dimming, in particular to an alternating-current multi-path mutual control dimmer.
Background
Ac dimmers are widely used in europe, america, australia, south africa, etc. The purpose of the dimmer is to meet the requirement that people at home need different illumination intensities in different occasions, reduce lighting power consumption, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and solve the urgent problem of atmospheric warming.
The following three ways of the multi-path mutual control wiring of the dimmer in the current market are mainly provided:
one, add a switch. The wiring scheme shown in fig. 1 has the disadvantages that: 1. wiring is complex, two wires need to be led from the dimmer to the external switch end, and the requirement on electrical quality is high; 2. at most, only two paths of mutual control can be realized, and the practicability is lower.
And secondly, a dimmer with a P function (with a clock switch) adopts a master-slave mode. The wiring scheme shown in fig. 2 has the disadvantages that: 1. wiring is complex, and 1 wire needs to be led from the dimmer to the switch end of the external door clock; 2. the dimming mode can only use push type dimming, so that the experience of a user using the dimmer is greatly reduced; 3. any parameters of the light modulator are set by the master machine and the slave machine.
And thirdly, a multi-channel dimmer with a radio function adopts a master-slave mode. The wiring scheme shown in fig. 3 has the disadvantages that: 1. expensive wireless detection equipment is required to be added in research, development and production, wireless test procedures are added, and the admission and authentication of wireless standards are required; 2. the wireless light-adjusting switch needs to be provided with a battery, certain pollution is caused to the environment, and a certain high-frequency radiation source can be generated by the radio.
The above disadvantages need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an alternating-current multi-path mutual control dimmer.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an alternating current multi-path mutual control dimmer is characterized by comprising a load and a plurality of dimmers, wherein a live wire end L of an alternating current mains supply is connected with a live wire inlet end L I of each dimmer, a live wire outlet end L O of each dimmer is connected with one end of the load, and the other end of the load is connected with a null wire end N of the alternating current mains supply;
the dimmer comprises an MOS tube switching circuit, a voltage-stabilized power supply circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, an A/D conversion power tracking circuit, a power driving circuit, a logic switch stepping adjusting circuit and a microcomputer chip,
the live wire inlet end L I and the live wire outlet end L O are respectively connected with the input end of the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit, the input end of the voltage sampling circuit and the input end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit through diodes, the output end of the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit, the output end of the voltage sampling circuit and the output end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit are respectively connected with the microcomputer chip, the MOS tube switching circuit is respectively connected with the live wire inlet end L I, the live wire outlet end L O and the output end of the power driving circuit, and the input end of the power driving circuit and the logic switch stepping adjusting circuit are respectively connected with the microcomputer chip.
The invention according to the above scheme is characterized in that the dimmer further comprises an overload protection sampling circuit, an input end of the overload protection sampling circuit is connected with the MOS transistor switching circuit, and an output end of the overload protection sampling circuit is connected with the microcomputer chip.
Further, the overload protection sampling circuit is configured to close the dimmer or output a feedback signal to the microcomputer chip when the current of the load is greater than a predetermined value, so that the microcomputer chip immediately changes and outputs an appropriate PWM signal.
The invention according to the above scheme is characterized in that the MOS transistor switching circuit is a high-power MOS transistor switching circuit.
The invention according to the above scheme is characterized in that the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit is used for providing stable power supply voltage for the microcomputer chip.
The invention according to the above scheme is characterized in that the a/D conversion power tracking circuit is configured to convert a power high-voltage analog signal of the load into a low-voltage digital signal, and send the low-voltage digital signal to the microcomputer chip for storage and memory.
The present invention according to the above aspect is characterized in that the power driving circuit is a PWM power driving circuit.

the alternating-current multi-path mutual control dimmer for controlling the same lighting load by up to 18 paths of dimmers provided by the invention has the advantages that the dimmers only have two input and output wires, multi-path mutual control can be realized without additionally matching a data line and a radio transmission technology, the installation is simple and clear, and the wiring is convenient and efficient; the multi-channel light modulator is not divided into a master machine and a slave machine, brand new scientific and technological experience is brought to users, and because the multi-channel light modulator is not divided into the master machine and the slave machine, all light modulators work in turn, the service life of the light modulator is greatly prolonged, and the multi-channel light modulator can be widely popularized in the market.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, an embodiment of the invention provides an ac multi-way mutual control dimmer comprising a load and a plurality of dimmers, wherein a live line terminal L of an ac mains power supply is connected to a live line terminal L I of each dimmer, a live line terminal L O of each dimmer is connected to one end of the load, and the other end of the load is connected to a neutral line terminal N of the ac mains power supply, and the load may be a L ED lamp or other suitable lamp.
The dimmer comprises an MOS tube switching circuit, a voltage stabilizing power supply circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, an A/D conversion power tracking circuit, a power driving circuit, a logic switch stepping adjusting circuit and a microcomputer chip, wherein a live wire inlet end L I is respectively connected with the input end of the voltage stabilizing power supply circuit, the input end of the voltage sampling circuit and the input end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit through a first diode, a live wire outlet end L O is respectively connected with the input end of the voltage stabilizing power supply circuit, the input end of the voltage sampling circuit and the output end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit through second diodes, the output end of the voltage stabilizing power supply circuit, the output end of the voltage sampling circuit and the output end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit are respectively connected with the microcomputer chip, the MOS tube switching circuit is respectively connected with a live wire inlet end L I, a live wire outlet end L O and the output end of the power driving circuit, the input end of the power driving circuit and the logic switch stepping adjusting circuit are respectively connected with the microcomputer chip.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the light modulator further includes an overload protection sampling circuit, an input terminal of the overload protection sampling circuit is connected to the MOS transistor switching circuit, and an output terminal of the overload protection sampling circuit is connected to the microcomputer chip. And the overload protection sampling circuit is used for closing the dimmer or outputting a feedback signal to the microcomputer chip when the current of the load is greater than a certain preset value, so that the microcomputer chip can change and output a proper PWM signal in real time.
In one embodiment of the invention, the A/D conversion power tracking circuit is used for converting a power high-voltage analog signal of a load into a low-voltage digital signal with high precision and sending the obtained low-voltage digital signal to a microcomputer chip for storage and memory. Because the microcomputer chip of each dimmer stores and memorizes the power digital signals at the same time, the aim that the multiple dimmers mutually control the same lighting load is achieved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit is used for providing stable power supply voltage for the microcomputer chip.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the power driving circuit is a PWM power driving circuit, and is configured to amplify a PWM signal output by the microcomputer chip, so that the PWM signal can drive the MOS transistor switching circuit.
In one embodiment of the invention, the logic switch step adjusting circuit is used for step adjusting the minimum brightness of the load. Because dimmers strobing when adjusted to dim light (minimum intensity) for different lighting loads with weak current, the minimum intensity (adjusted to no flashing) must be limited. However, currently, the current market mainly adjusts the potentiometer through adjustment, because the potentiometer is linearly adjusted, if multi-way mutual control is realized, the problem of inconsistent minimum brightness of the dimmer occurs, and the problem is well solved by adopting logic switch step adjustment. According to the invention, a plurality of minimum brightness gears can be set through the logic switch of the logic switch gear-shifting adjusting circuit, such as more gears of 0-gear turn-off, 1-gear brightness 5%, 2-gear brightness 10%, 3-gear brightness 15% and the like.
In the implementation of the invention, the number of the dimmers can reach 18, the same lighting load is controlled by 18 paths of dimmers together, the multi-path dimmers are not divided into a master and a slave, and brand new scientific and technological experience is brought to users.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit includes a fuse F1, a diode D1, a diode D2, a MOS transistor Q1, a zener diode ZD1, a power core device such as a zener chip U3, and the like, wherein an alternating current signal is rectified by the fuse F1 over-temperature fuse, the diode D1, and the diode D2, then is stepped down by the power core device such as the MOS transistor Q1, the zener diode ZD1, the zener chip U3, and the like, and provides a stable voltage current to the microcomputer chip U1 after being stabilized;
the A/D conversion power tracking circuit comprises components such as a diode D1, a diode D2 and an MOS transistor Q1, the pulse detected by the A/D conversion power tracking circuit is the output power of the dimmer, the pulse is output by a collector of the MOS transistor Q1 and is sent to a microcomputer chip U1 to store and memorize the actual power of the current multi-path dimmer, and therefore the purpose of multi-path mutual control is achieved;
the voltage sampling circuit is an AC200V/50HZ (or AC110V/60 HZ) voltage sampling circuit, and comprises components such as a diode D1, a diode D2, a resistor R23, a resistor R24, a resistor R25 and the like, and the AC200V/50HZ (or AC110V/60 HZ) voltage sampling circuit sends sampling signals to a microcomputer chip U1 so as to ensure that dimming signals output by the microcomputer chip U1 are synchronous with commercial power AC200V/50HZ (or AC110V/60 HZ) and achieve the best dimming effect;
the MOS tube switching circuit is a high-power MOS tube switching circuit and comprises core components such as an MOS tube Q1, an MOS tube Q2, a universal triode Q4, an MOS tube Q5, an overload protection sampling resistor R2 and the like;
the type of the microcomputer chip U1 is R5F10268ASP, which is the brain of the whole circuit, and the sending and sending instructions sent by all the dimmers are processed by the microcomputer chip U1, so that the aim of multi-path mutual control is fulfilled;
the logic switch gear shifting adjusting circuit comprises a logic switch K, and the minimum brightness of the lighting load is set in a gear shifting mode through the logic switch K, such as more gears of 0-gear turn-off, 1-gear brightness 5%, 2-gear brightness 10%, 3-gear brightness 15% and the like.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An alternating current multi-path mutual control dimmer is characterized by comprising a load and a plurality of dimmers, wherein a live wire end L of an alternating current mains supply is connected with a live wire inlet end L I of each dimmer, a live wire outlet end L O of each dimmer is connected with one end of the load, and the other end of the load is connected with a null wire end N of the alternating current mains supply;
the dimmer comprises an MOS tube switching circuit, a voltage-stabilized power supply circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, an A/D conversion power tracking circuit, a power driving circuit, a logic switch stepping adjusting circuit and a microcomputer chip,
the live wire inlet end L I and the live wire outlet end L O are respectively connected with the input end of the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit, the input end of the voltage sampling circuit and the input end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit through diodes, the output end of the voltage-stabilized power supply circuit, the output end of the voltage sampling circuit and the output end of the A/D conversion power tracking circuit are respectively connected with the microcomputer chip, the MOS tube switching circuit is respectively connected with the live wire inlet end L I, the live wire outlet end L O and the output end of the power driving circuit, and the input end of the power driving circuit and the logic switch stepping adjusting circuit are respectively connected with the microcomputer chip.
2. An AC multi-way mutual control dimmer as recited in claim 1, further comprising an overload protection sampling circuit, wherein an input terminal of said overload protection sampling circuit is connected to said MOS switching circuit, and an output terminal of said overload protection sampling circuit is connected to said microcomputer chip.
3. An AC multi-channel mutually controlled dimmer as recited in claim 2, wherein said overload protection sampling circuit is adapted to turn off the dimmer or output a feedback signal to said microcomputer chip to allow said microcomputer chip to immediately change the output of the appropriate PWM signal when the current of said load is greater than a predetermined value.
4. An ac multiple-way mutual control dimmer according to claim 1, wherein said MOS switch circuit is a high power MOS switch circuit.
5. The ac multiple-way mutual control dimmer according to claim 1, wherein the regulated power supply circuit is configured to provide a stable supply voltage to the microcomputer chip.
6. An AC multiple-way mutual control dimmer according to claim 1, wherein said A/D conversion power tracking circuit is adapted to convert a high voltage analog signal of the power of said load into a low voltage digital signal and send said low voltage digital signal to said microcomputer chip for storage and memory.
7. An ac multiple-way mutual control dimmer according to claim 1, wherein said power driving circuit is a PWM power driving circuit.
8. The ac multi-channel mutual control dimmer according to claim 1, wherein the power driving circuit is configured to amplify the PWM signal outputted from the microcomputer chip to drive the MOS switch circuit.
9. An ac multiple-way mutual control dimmer according to claim 1, wherein said logic switch step adjustment circuit is configured to step adjust the minimum intensity of said load.
10. An ac multiple-way dimmer according to claim 1, wherein the number of said dimmers is 18.
