The low voltage wire quick-fixing device according to claim 2, wherein: the movable end of the semicircular clamping ring (4) is provided with a first horizontal part (7), the first horizontal part (7) is provided with a positioning hole, a positioning part (8) is arranged in the positioning hole, and the positioning part (8) penetrates through the positioning holes in the two semicircular clamping rings (4) to close the two semicircular clamping rings (4).

the method comprises the following steps: rotating the positioning piece, and taking down the positioning piece from the positioning hole to enable the movable ends of the two semicircular clamping rings to be in an open state;
step two, adjusting the distance between the two first horizontal parts according to the diameter of the insulator, and wrapping the insulator hoop on the circumference of the insulator;
inserting the positioning piece into the positioning hole, and fastening the insulator hoop on the insulator by screwing the positioning piece;
rotating the fastener, taking down the fastener, and opening the opening end of the circular steel card;
putting the electric wire into a cavity surrounded by the circular steel card from the opening end of the circular steel card, so that the electric wire is wrapped by the circular steel card;
and step six, according to the diameter of the electric wire, the fastener penetrates through the first locking hole and the corresponding second locking hole, and the electric wire is tightly wrapped.
