In one embodiment, an article transport system is provided that may further include a controller electrically coupled to the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism, the pushing mechanism, and the temporary storage mechanism, respectively. The controller may be used to control the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism, and the pushing mechanism to place the item into a specific receiving cavity in the temporary storage mechanism.
In one embodiment, each accommodating cavity in the temporary storage mechanism is provided with a sensor and a timer, the sensors and the timers are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, the sensors are used for detecting whether articles are stored in the accommodating cavities or not and transmitting detection results to the controller, and the timers are used for calculating the storage time of the articles stored in the accommodating cavities and transmitting calculation results to the controller. In one embodiment, the controller calculates the utilization rate of the temporary storage mechanism according to the detection result and the calculation result, and when the utilization rate is larger than the utilization threshold value and the calculation result exceeds the time threshold value, the controller controls the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism and the pushing mechanism to retrieve the articles in the accommodating cavity corresponding to the calculation result in the temporary storage mechanism. The controller receives the detection result and can be used for indicating whether the accommodating cavity is filled with the articles or not, and the calculation result can be used for indicating the storage time of the articles in the accommodating cavity, so that the controller can calculate the utilization rate of the accommodating cavity in the temporary storage mechanism according to the detection result and the calculation result.
The usage threshold may be preset, and the usage threshold may be used to indicate a usage rate of the accommodating cavity in the set temporary storage mechanism, for example, the usage threshold may be 60%, 70%, 80%, or the like. The time threshold may also be preset to indicate the time that the storage of the item in the receiving chamber is the longest possible. When the utilization rate is greater than the use threshold value and the calculated result exceeds the time threshold value, the controller controls the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism and the pushing mechanism to retrieve the articles in the accommodating cavity corresponding to the calculated result in the temporary storage mechanism. Specifically, when the usage rate is greater than the usage threshold, the calculated result exceeds the time threshold, and when a new article needs to be placed in the accommodating cavity, the controller controls the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism and the pushing mechanism to retrieve the article in the accommodating cavity corresponding to the calculated result in the temporary storage mechanism.
As shown in FIG. 5, in one embodiment, each receiving chamber 410 is provided with a first chamber door 412 and a second chamber door 414, the first chamber door 412 being provided on a side of the receiving chamber 410 that is adjacent to the pushing mechanism, and the second chamber door 414 being provided on a side of the receiving chamber 410 that is remote from the pushing mechanism. In this embodiment, since the first door 412 is disposed on a side of the accommodating cavity 410 near the pushing mechanism, when the controller controls the pushing mechanism to push the article to the accommodating cavity 410, the pushing mechanism can push the first door 412, the first door 412 is opened under the pushing force of the pushing mechanism, so that the pushing mechanism can place the article in the accommodating cavity 410, and since the second door 414 is disposed on a side of the accommodating cavity 410 far from the pushing mechanism, the customer can take out the article in the accommodating cavity 410 by opening the second door 414.
In this embodiment, the second cavity door 414 is provided with a display screen 416, and the display screen 416 may be used to display advertisements. The second chamber door 414 has a size smaller than that of the first chamber door 412, and the tray 420 accommodated in the accommodating chamber 410 has a size larger than that of the second chamber door 414 and smaller than that of the first chamber door 412. The tray 420 may be used to hold items and when a customer removes items from the receiving cavity 410 through the second cavity door 414, the customer cannot remove the tray 420 together because the size of the tray 420 received is larger than the size of the second cavity door 414. Wherein, after the customer takes out the articles in the accommodating cavity 410, the pushing mechanism can recycle the carrying tray 420 to the designated position because the size of the carrying tray 420 is smaller than the size of the first cavity door 412.
The application method of the article conveying system provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
after the customer places an order and pays the expense, the controller can send order data such as articles selected by the customer, manufacturing requirements, goods taking codes and the like to a terminal at a worker, and a voice player can be arranged on the terminal at the worker and can be used for playing the contents in the order data in a voice mode, so that the worker can conveniently process and manufacture the articles according to the order data. The terminal of the staff can be provided with a camera, and a customer can watch the manufacturing process of the article through the camera. The controller may send the generated article production information to the customer, and specifically, the article production information may include a store phone, location information, article production information queued before, estimated waiting time, and the like. After the manufacture is completed, the controller can determine which of the accommodating cavities is required to be placed with the manufactured articles according to whether the sensors and the timers arranged in the accommodating cavities detect whether the articles are stored in the accommodating cavities or not and the storage time of the stored articles.
After the controller determines the accommodating cavity to be placed, the controller can control a first motor arranged in a horizontal guide rail on the horizontal traversing mechanism to further drive the vertical lifting mechanism to traverse along the horizontal direction, the controller can control a second motor arranged in a vertical guide rail on the vertical lifting mechanism to further drive the pushing mechanism to perform vertical lifting action along the vertical direction, and the controller can control the pushing mechanism to push articles into the accommodating cavity of the temporary storage mechanism. Specifically, when a plurality of articles need to be placed in an order, the controller can control the pushing mechanism to push the plurality of articles to different accommodating cavities of the temporary storage mechanism respectively, and generate goods taking prompt information to send to a client. The goods taking prompt information can comprise goods taking codes, the position of the accommodating cavity for storing the goods and the like.
After the articles are placed in the accommodating cavity, a timer in the accommodating cavity starts to count, and when the placement time of the articles in the accommodating cavity exceeds a time threshold value and a new order is needed to be placed in the accommodating cavity, the controller can control the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism and the pushing mechanism to retrieve the articles in the accommodating cavity and send prompt information that the articles are placed back to the workbench to a client. At this time, the customer needs to apply for the article again, and the controller can control horizontal sideslip mechanism, vertical elevating system and pushing mechanism, puts back the article in holding the chamber.
After the customer takes out article, the controller can detect whether the second chamber door is closed, and when the second chamber door is not closed, the controller can control the alarm to prompt alarm information, and the staff can look over which second chamber door that holds the chamber is not closed through the surveillance camera head to press the button that corresponds with the second chamber door that does not close and close the second chamber door.
After the second cavity door is closed, the controller can control the horizontal traversing mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism and the pushing mechanism to retract the carrying disc in the accommodating cavity to a specified position, and then the carrying disc is tidied by staff.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
