A spraying machine for automotive interiors comprises a spraying box (1) and is characterized in that a fixing plate (25) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the spraying box (1), a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism are arranged in the spraying box (1) and located on the upper side and the lower side of the fixing plate (25), the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism penetrate through the spraying box (1), two spraying devices (30) are mounted at the top of the spraying box (1) and the bottom of the fixing plate (25), spray heads (31) are mounted at the lower ends of the four spraying devices (30), two first hot air machines (10) penetrate through the upper end of the spraying box (1), two second hot air machines (13) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixing plate (25), and an adjustable turn-over mechanism is mounted on one side wall of the spraying box (1) opposite to the extending end of the first transmission mechanism, one side upper end of spraying case (1) is run through and is installed negative-pressure air fan (15), two of upside between spraying equipment (30) and fixed plate (25) and between the interior bottom of two spraying equipment (30) of downside and spraying case (1) all be equipped with starting switch, switch door (38) are installed to the leading flank of spraying case (1).

The coating machine for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that the first transmission mechanism comprises two first power rollers (2), the two first power rollers (2) are respectively located inside and outside the coating box (1), a feed inlet (4) is formed in the side wall of the coating box (1) in a penetrating manner, the two first power rollers (2) are connected through two first conveyor belts (3), a first gap is formed between the two first conveyor belts (3), and the outer first power roller (2) is connected with the outer wall of the coating box (1) through a first bracket (5).

The coating machine for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that the second transmission mechanism comprises two second power rollers (6), the two second power rollers (6) are respectively located inside and outside the coating tank (1), a discharge port (9) is formed in the side wall of the coating tank (1) in a penetrating manner, the two second power rollers (6) are connected through two second conveyor belts (7), a second gap is formed between the two second conveyor belts (7), and the outside second power roller (6) is connected with the outer wall of the coating tank (1) through a second bracket (8).

The coating machine for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the fixing plate (25) and the inner top of the coating tank (1) are both provided with a T-shaped groove (26), a T-shaped block (27) is slidably connected in the T-shaped groove (26), the bottom of the T-shaped block (27) is fixedly connected with a third support (29), the coating equipment (30) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the third support (29), the bottom of the fixing plate (25) and the inner top of the coating tank (1) are both provided with two positioning bolts (28) in threaded connection with the side walls thereof, and the two positioning bolts (28) are both abutted against the T-shaped block (27).

The applicator for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that both of said second hot air blowers (13) are pressed against the bottom of the fixed plate (25) by means of a fourth bracket (14) and a certain distance is provided between both of said second hot air blowers (13) and the fixed plate (25).

The applicator for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that the end of the fixed plate (25) opposite the first support (5) does not abut against the inner wall of the application tank (1), the adjustable turn-over mechanism being located between the fixed plate (25) and the application tank (1).

The coating machine for automotive interiors according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable turn-over mechanism comprises a vertical plate (21) arranged in the coating box (1), one surface of the vertical plate (21) opposite to the fixed plate (25) is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate (16) and a second mounting plate (17), the first mounting plate (16) and the second mounting plate (17) are respectively provided with a third power roller (18), the two third power rollers (18) are connected through a third conveyor belt (19), the third conveyor belt (19) is fixedly connected with a plurality of uniformly distributed rubber strips (20), one surface of the vertical plate (21) opposite to the fixed plate (25) is fixedly connected with a limiting rod (24), the limiting rod (24) penetrates through the coating box (1) and is in sliding connection with the side wall of the coating box, one surface of the vertical plate (21) opposite to the fixed plate (25) is rotatably connected with an adjusting screw (22), adjusting screw (22) run through spraying case (1) and rather than lateral wall threaded connection, adjusting screw (22) and riser (21) one end fixedly connected with hand wheel (23) that carry on the back mutually.

The spraying machine for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that, the outside cover of air-out end of negative pressure fan (15) is equipped with annular cover (33), install active carbon filter screen (39) on annular cover (33), be equipped with sealed pad (34) between the air-out end of annular cover (33) and negative pressure fan (15), the air-out end upper end and the lower extreme of negative pressure fan (15) all are equipped with draw-in groove (35), run through two T type poles (36) rather than lateral wall sliding connection on annular cover (33), two in T type pole (36) extend to two draw-in grooves (35) respectively, two all be equipped with spring (37), two on T type pole (36) the both ends of spring (37) all with T type pole (36) and annular cover (33) fixed connection.

The coating machine for automotive interiors according to claim 1, characterized in that the activation switch comprises a laser emitter (32) mounted at the bottom of the coating device (30), the upper end of the fixing plate (25) and the inner bottom of the coating tank (1) are fixedly connected to a photosensitive element (11) located directly below the laser emitter (32), and a connecting line between the laser emitter (32) and the photosensitive element (11) runs through the first gap and the second gap.
