Abstract
The invention relates to a formula of a cleaning agent, a preparation method and a using method of the cleaning agent, wherein the formula of the cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a formula of a cleaning agent and a preparation method of the cleaning agent.
Background
Food can drip or splash on the surface of the inner container when the steam box and the oven are used, and the food is oxidized and solidified after being heated at high temperature and firmly adhered to the surface of the inner container, so that the steam box and the oven bring great troubles to users for cleaning. The prior art proposal is a cleaning agent containing alkali salt, surfactant, boiling agent, scale inhibitor and other components, or cleaning with glycol ether, isopropanol and other organic solvents, which have higher toxicity. The cleaning agent containing the surfactant has poor cleaning effect on stubborn dirt and cannot clean the stubborn dirt. The organic solvent has relatively good cleaning effect, but cannot be completely cleaned, and the organic solvent is easy to volatilize and absorb into human bodies, thus being harmful to human health.
CN200510027112.7 discloses a high-solid-content scale-inhibition type tableware detergent, which comprises: 30-50% of caustic alkali; 1-5% of an alkali-resistant low-foaming surfactant; 0.5-5% of an organic multi-phosphonate scale inhibitor; 10-40% of a chelating agent; 5-25% of a builder; 0.5-3% of an organic silicon defoaming agent; 0.1-1% of chlorine-containing bactericide; the balance of water. According to the application, high-concentration alkali, low-foaming surfactant, chelating agent and organic polyphosphonate are compounded, so that the detergency is improved, and the water-insoluble salt generated by the surfactant, calcium, magnesium and other ions in water and the protein and fatty acid in dirt is reduced, so that the scale formation on the surface of a conductive electrode and the residue on the surface to be cleaned are realized. The chelating agent contains chlorine bactericide, and has bactericidal effect. However, the detergent is not effective in removing stubborn dirt.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an environment-friendly detergent formula capable of effectively removing stubborn dirt aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the formula of the cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

Preferably, the chelating agent comprises 3 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate sodium, 5 parts of methylglycine diacetic acid trisodium and 2 parts of sodium phytate.
In each of the above embodiments, the imidazolone complex is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of 2-methylimidazoline, 2-ethylimidazoline, oleylhydroxyethylimidazoline, betaine imidazoline, imidazoline amide, and cycloalkyl imidazoline.
Preferably, the layered crystalline sodium disilicate is used in an amount of 10 to 20 parts.
More preferably, the layered crystalline sodium disilicate is used in an amount of 10 parts by weight.
The method for preparing the cleaning agent by using the cleaning agent formula in each scheme is characterized by comprising the following steps:

5) and grinding the cleaning agent mixture into powder with uniform granularity to obtain the cleaning agent powder.
The method for using the prepared detergent is characterized in that the prepared detergent powder is diluted by adding 5-10 times of water for use.
The alkali salt in the formula can provide an alkaline environment for the formula, so that saponification of grease is facilitated, and emulsification is promoted by the alkali salt in cooperation with a surfactant; the surfactant promotes dirt to be separated from the surface of the base material through penetration, wetting and emulsification; the chelating agent can chelate calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and other ions in hard water and dirt, prevent the surfactant from losing efficacy due to the hard water, and chelate the calcium, magnesium and chelating agent in the dirt to separate from the substrate; bleaching agents help the soil break down by oxidation, leaving the substrate surface; the bleaching activator assists the bleaching agent to decompose active oxygen; the scale inhibitor prevents secondary precipitation of dirt; the water-soluble organic solvent can permeate the bottom layer of the dirt to promote the dirt to swell and dissolve; the corrosion inhibitor can protect the base material from being corroded; the enzyme can decompose the corresponding dirt; the modified phyllosilicate can adsorb a surfactant during dosing, can adsorb calcium and magnesium ions and dirt during cleaning, and can be used as an abrasive during wiping.
Compared with the prior art, the formula of the cleaning agent, the preparation method of the cleaning agent and the using method provided by the invention can easily and effectively remove stubborn stains, are environment-friendly, meet the GB14930.1 national standard for food safety detergent, and are particularly suitable for being used as the cleaning agent for food containers.
