Abstract
The invention discloses a light environment-friendly exterior wall leveling putty and a preparation method thereof, and the light environment-friendly exterior wall leveling putty consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40% of cement, 50-70% of construction waste powder, 0.3-0.6% of water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.3% of water repellent, 1.0-3.0% of active carbon, 0.5-1.0% of triethanolamine, 1.0-3.0% of dust-free wood fiber, 4.0-8.0% of inorganic mineral fiber, 0.1-0.3% of slip agent, 1.0-3.0% of latex powder and 2.0-4.0% of pigment. The light environment-friendly leveling putty for the outer wall has the characteristics of smooth construction, good cracking resistance, light weight, environment friendliness and zero influence on ecology.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to light environment-friendly exterior wall leveling putty and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When developed countries are in urbanization and industrialization promotion projects, the resource recycling of construction waste is gradually paid attention to, and a lot of experiences related to the resource recycling of the construction waste are already accumulated through legislation and practice. At present, the recycling rate of the construction waste is 87% in Germany, 99% in Japan and 89% in America, nearly 100% in the Netherlands, but only few cities in China research the resource recycling of the construction waste, and the resource recycling of the construction waste in China just starts.
At present, the construction waste (garbage) is treated by the following two methods in foreign countries:
(1) the generated waste materials are directly disposed, processed and utilized on site in a construction site.
