Disclosure of Invention
The patrol tracking system at least comprises: the NFC carrier is internally provided with an NFC circuit, the NFC circuit corresponds to a switching-on label, and the NFC carrier is used for being placed on an inspection place; the handheld device comprises a screen unit, a GPS unit, an NFC scanning unit and a control unit, wherein the control unit is connected with the screen unit, the GPS unit and the NFC scanning unit, and comprises an interface management module for providing a plurality of operation interfaces which can be displayed on the screen unit; an account login module connected to the interface management module for logging in a user account; a data filing module connected with the account number login module and used for establishing an NFC device setting file, wherein the NFC device setting file comprises NFC data, basic data, a patrol location coordinate or/and a setting photo file; the identification and authentication module is connected with the NFC scanning unit, the interface management module and the data filing module and is used for inputting or scanning one or more than one opening label on the operation interface and acquiring NFC data transmitted by the NFC circuit after the NFC carrier is scanned by the handheld device, and the identification and authentication module can judge whether the NFC data is the same as the content of the opening label; a basic data setting module connected with the interface management module, the identification and authentication module and the data filing module, and being capable of inputting one or more basic data on the operation interface after the identification and authentication module judges that the NFC data is the same as the content of the opening label; a coordinate setting module connected to the GPS unit, the interface management module and the data filing module for obtaining one or more coordinates of the inspection location (GPS) via the GPS unit; the inspection confirming module is connected with the NFC scanning unit, the GPS unit and the interface management module and used for scanning the NFC carrier and generating an inspection record file after the scanning is finished, wherein the inspection record file at least comprises an inspection place coordinate and a scanning time point; a data uploading module connected to the data filing module and the patrol scanning module for uploading the NFC device configuration file and the patrol record file; a high in the clouds servo equipment, carries out the line with this handheld device's the control unit, and wherein this control unit includes: an account management unit, which is used to store and establish one or more user accounts and passwords, wherein the user account is the account of the manager or/and the inspector; a profile storage unit for receiving and storing one or more NFC device profiles, each of which corresponds to one or more accounts of the administrator; and the inspection recording unit is connected with the setting file storage unit and used for receiving and storing one or more inspection recording files, and the inspection recording unit can correspond the NFC device setting file corresponding to the inspection recording file in the setting file storage unit according to the content of the inspection site coordinate and generate an inspection recording list.
Furthermore, the hand-held device also comprises a microphone unit and a loudspeaker unit which are connected with the control unit, and the control unit also comprises a voice setting module which is connected with the microphone unit, the interface management module and the data file building module and is used for recording or selecting more than one reminding voice file; after the inspection confirming module scans the NFC carrier, the reminding voice file can be played through the loudspeaker unit.
Furthermore, the hand-held device also comprises a photographing unit connected with the control unit, and the control unit also comprises a photo setting module which is connected with the photographing unit, the interface management module and the data filing module and is used for photographing or selecting more than one set photo file.
Furthermore, the control unit also comprises an information display module, and the information display module is connected with the interface management module and is used for displaying one or more information contents on the operation interface, wherein the information contents are characters, images, symbols or the combination of more than two of the characters, the images and the symbols.
Furthermore, the cloud servo equipment also comprises a patrol reminding unit, and the patrol reminding unit is connected with the setting file storage unit and used for judging that the set reminding time is close to or expired according to the contents of reminding time limit data, reminding notification mode data and reminding notification frequency data, and then sending out reminding information.
Furthermore, the patrol reminding unit sends the reminding information out in a mobile phone short message or e-mail transmission mode.
Furthermore, the control unit also comprises a reminding time limit setting module which is connected with the interface management module and the data filing module and is used for inputting or selecting one or more reminding time limit data.
Furthermore, the control unit also comprises a reminding notification mode setting module which is connected with the interface management module and the data filing module and is used for inputting or selecting one or more reminding notification mode data.
Furthermore, the control unit also comprises a reminding notification frequency setting module, and the reminding notification frequency setting module is connected with the interface management module and the data filing module and is used for inputting or selecting one or more reminding notification frequency data.
Further, the NFC carrier is a sticker, a magnetic fastener, a key ring ornament, a pendant ornament, or a card.
Compared with other prior art, the patrol tracking system provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention can be matched with a GPS positioning mechanism, so that a background manager can definitely know whether the patrol scanning place of a patrol inspector is correct, and the aim of controlling and managing the actual patrol states of different patrol places at any time can be achieved.
(2) The NFC carrier can be placed on different inspection places, the electronic device software is matched, the inspection time and the inspected information of the different inspection places can be controlled, and the inspector can be informed of the reminding information of the inspection when the set inspection time is close.
(3) The NFC carrier scanning system can further generate a patrol record file and upload the patrol record file to the cloud end to generate a report after a patroller patrols and scans the NFC carrier on site, so that a background manager can control and manage patrol states of different patrol places at any time.
(4) The invention can receive GPS coordinates (global satellite geographic positioning coordinate system) at irregular time, so that whether the patrol operation route of the patroller meets the regulation can be tracked immediately, and the tracked record of the patroller can be used as evaluation operation such as performance evaluation.
(5) The NFC carrier has a voice playing function, and a piece of reminding voice matched with an inspection place can be played synchronously as long as an inspector scans the NFC carrier so as to remind the inspector of related cautions in the place.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1A, fig. 1B and fig. 1C, it can be seen that the patrol tracking system of the present invention includes an NFC carrier 1, a handheld device 2 and a cloud server 3, wherein the NFC carrier 1 includes an NFC circuit, the NFC circuit corresponds to an activation tag, the NFC carrier is used to be placed in a patrol location, the number of the NFC carriers may be multiple, and the activation tags corresponding to each NFC carrier may be the same or different;
the handheld device 2 includes a screen unit 21, a camera unit 22, a GPS unit 23, an NFC scanning unit 24, a speaker unit 25, a microphone unit 26, and a control unit 27, wherein the control unit 27 is connected to the screen unit 21, the camera unit 22, the GPS unit 23, the NFC scanning unit 24, the speaker unit 25, and the microphone unit 26, and the handheld device 2 can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a mobile electronic device;

the basic data setting module 2705 is configured to input one or more basic data on the operation interface 27011 after determining that the NFC data is the same as the content of the activation tag, where the basic data at least includes name data and/or location data; the coordinate setting module 2706 is used to obtain one or more coordinates of the inspection location through the GPS unit 23;
the patrol checking module 2707 scans the NFC carrier 1 through the NFC scanning unit 24, and after the scanning is completed, can play the reminding voice file and generate a patrol record file through the speaker unit 25, where the patrol record file at least includes a patrol location coordinate and a scanning time point;
the data uploading module 2708 is configured to upload the NFC device profile and the patrol record file to the cloud server 3; the voice setting module 2709 is used to record or select one or more reminding voice files;
the reminding time limit setting module 2710 is used for inputting or selecting one or more reminding time limit data, and the reminding time limit data is set by year, month and time; the reminding notification mode setting module 2711 is used for inputting or selecting one or more reminding notification mode data, wherein the reminding notification mode data comprises a mail notification or a mobile phone pushing mode;
the reminding notification frequency setting module 2712 is used for inputting or selecting one or more reminding notification frequency data, wherein the reminding notification frequency data comprises single reminding or continuous reminding for multiple times or reminding at intervals; the photo setting module 2713 is used for shooting or selecting more than one setting photo file;
the information display module 2714 is configured to display one or more information contents on the operation interface, where the information contents are text, image, symbol or a combination of two or more of the above, and can display information such as advertisement or comment warning words in ticker mode.
As shown in fig. 1C, the cloud server 3 includes an account management unit 31, a profile storage unit 32, a patrol recording unit 33, and a patrol reminding unit 34, wherein the account management unit 31 is configured to store and establish one or more user accounts and passwords, the profile storage unit 32 is configured to receive and store one or more NFC device profiles, and each NFC device profile corresponds to one or more administrator accounts;
the patrol recording unit 33 is configured to receive and store one or more patrol records, and the patrol recording unit can correspond the NFC device profile corresponding to the patrol record in the profile storage unit 32 according to the contents of the patrol location coordinates and generate a patrol record form;
the patrol reminding unit 34 is used for determining that the set reminding time is close to or expired according to the reminding time limit data, the reminding mode data and the reminding times data, and then sending out a reminding message, wherein the patrol reminding unit 34 can send out the reminding message by a mobile phone short message or an e-mail transmission mode, and can receive the reminding message by other devices which can read the e-mail or the pushed e-information besides the handheld device 2 if the reminding message is transmitted by the e-mail.
The NFC carrier 1 can be a sticker, a magnetic fastener, a key ring ornament, a hanging ornament, or a card (and the NFC carrier 1 can also be combined with more than one lamp), taking a sticker as an example, the sticker has an NFC circuit, and the sticker can be attached to any object in the patrol place.
As shown in fig. 2A, 2B and 2C, the sticker 11 includes an NFC circuit 111, and the multiple poster paper 1 is attached to a release paper 4, as shown in fig. 2B, when the sticker 11 is torn, an open label can be displayed on the release paper 4, where the open label is a symbol label 41 (the symbol label is a combination of characters, symbols or/and numbers); the opening label can also be a barcode label, and as shown in fig. 2C, when the sticker 11 is torn, the release paper 4 can display a one-dimensional barcode label 42 or a two-dimensional barcode label 43.
When a new device is to be added, the steps are shown in fig. 3-1 and 3-2, and the steps are as follows:
(1) when an NFC carrier is to be newly added 301, it is first determined whether to start a newly added function 302, if not, another flow a is entered, and if yes, a manager key (open tag) 303 is prompted to be input;
(2) then, it is necessary to determine whether the key of the administrator is correct 304, if not, a key input error 305 is displayed, and if so, an NFC key 306 is input;
(3) then, scanning the NFC carrier 307 to obtain NFC data transmitted by the NFC circuit, and determining whether the NFC data is the same as the content of the activation tag 308, if not, displaying information 309 such as an NFC input error on the operation interface of the reminding software unit;
(4) if the NFC data is judged to be the same as the content of the open tag, enter a process B to start inputting the device name, the remark description, and the location 310, and then input the voice and acquire positioning 311, input the reminding time limit 312, input the reminding mode 313, and input the reminding mode 314;
(5) finally, judging whether the input data is correct 315, if not, displaying the information that the input data is incorrect 316 on the operation interface, if so, displaying the information that the input data is correct 317 on the operation interface, and updating the local database (reminding the data stored in the software unit);
(6) otherwise, if steps 305, 309 and 317 are incorrect, the process returns to step 302 to be performed again.
As shown in fig. 4A, the account password of the administrator must be input first, and then, as shown in fig. 4B to 4C, the user can input or scan the opening tag first, and then prompt to scan the sticker body to obtain the NFC data transmitted by the NFC circuit, and then determine whether the NFC data is the same as the contents of the opening tag;
if the same, as shown in fig. 4D to 4H, the user can input basic data (the data further includes a photo, a device name, an attached note or a device position), a GPS position, a reminding time limit data, a reminding notification mode data, and a reminding notification frequency data, wherein the reminding notification mode data is pushed by a mobile phone or transmitted by a mail, and after the setting is completed, the basic data, the reminding time limit data, the reminding notification mode data, and the reminding notification frequency data can be established as an NFC device setting file, and the NFC device setting file is uploaded to the cloud server 3;
in addition, the configured NFC device profile is uploaded to the cloud server 3, and the control unit 27 also archives the profile, so that the user can open the profile content for modification and upload the modified profile again to replace the old profile.
As shown in fig. 5, since different NFC carriers 1 can have the same open tag, manufacturers producing NFC carriers 1 can mass-produce NFC carriers, and after a manager attaches a plurality of stickers 11(NFC carriers) to objects 5 (e.g., mailboxes) at different locations, a plurality of locations to be patrolled can be established; the cloud server 3 will automatically or manually match different inspection sites with the inspection personnel, and remind different inspection personnel to go to different inspection sites for inspection according to the content set by the reminding notification mode data and the reminding notification frequency data.
As shown in fig. 6, when the APP is generally started 601, it is first determined whether the APP is connected to the internet 602, if yes, the data in the local database (control unit 27) is uploaded to the server (cloud server 3)603, and the server (cloud server 3) determines whether the database needs to update the set content 604, if yes, the server (cloud server 3) automatically updates the database 605; if not, go to step 606;
then, the server (cloud server 3) will determine whether the set time has expired 606, if yes, push information 607 according to the setting, otherwise, if steps 602 and 606 are determined as no, or after pushing information, determine whether there is execution of APP function 608;
if yes in step 608, execute 609 according to the start APP function, otherwise, if no in step 608, return to step 602.
As shown in fig. 7A to 7C, after the inspector logs in the account, the location to be inspected and the inspection rule (not shown, but including the reminding time limit data, the reminding notification mode data, and the reminding notification frequency data) are known, so that after the inspector goes to the scene and scans the NFC carrier 1, as shown in fig. 7C, one or more reminding voice files are played and the GPS position is obtained, and the information display column 27012 displays the information contents such as advertisements or comments on the police in a horse light mode; then, the upload confirmation field 27013 can be pressed to upload data, or automatic upload data can be set, and after the upload is successful, information such as upload success can be displayed on the upload confirmation field 27013.
In addition, the NFC carrier 1 can be a magnetic fastener, as shown in fig. 8, wherein the magnetic fastener 12 has an NFC circuit 121 thereon, and a cover 122 is attached on the surface of the magnetic fastener 12 for covering an opening label 123 on the surface of the magnetic fastener 12 (the opening label 123 can also be printed on the back of the cover 122), and the magnetic fastener 12 can also be used as a key ring ornament.
In addition, the NFC carrier 1 can be a card, as shown in fig. 9, wherein the card 13 has an NFC circuit 131 thereon, and a cover 132 is attached on the surface of the card 13 for covering an opening label 133 on the surface of the card 13 (the opening label 133 can also be printed on the back surface of the cover 132).
In addition, the NFC carrier 1 can be a suspension component, as shown in fig. 8, wherein the suspension component 14 has an NFC circuit 141 thereon, and a cover 142 is attached on the surface of the suspension component 14 to cover an opening label 143 on the surface of the suspension component 14 (the opening label 143 can also be printed on the back of the cover 142).
After uploading, the system will automatically compare according to the GPS location and generate a patrol record form from the patrol record, and the contents of the form are shown in table 1 below:
therefore, the present invention can be widely applied to the police, security patrol fields, the fields of periodic maintenance or repair of mechanical or electronic equipment, warehouse logistics, property management, fire safety patrol, construction and engineering safety patrol, or other fields requiring patrol, and the listed application fields are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the claims of the present invention, and only patrol is required.
Compared with other prior art, the patrol tracking system provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention can be matched with a GPS positioning mechanism, so that a background manager can definitely know whether the patrol scanning place of a patrol inspector is correct, and the aim of controlling and managing the actual patrol states of different patrol places at any time can be achieved.
(2) The NFC carrier can be placed on different inspection places, the electronic device software is matched, the inspection time and the inspected information of the different inspection places can be controlled, and the inspector can be informed of the reminding information of the inspection when the set inspection time is close.
(3) The NFC carrier scanning system can further generate a patrol record file and upload the patrol record file to the cloud end to generate a report after a patroller patrols and scans the NFC carrier on site, so that a background manager can control and manage patrol states of different patrol places at any time.
(4) The invention can receive GPS coordinates (global satellite geographic positioning coordinate system) at irregular time, so that whether the patrol operation route of the patroller meets the regulation can be tracked immediately, and the tracked record of the patroller can be used as evaluation operation such as performance evaluation.
