Abstract
The invention relates to a ground ramming device for traffic road engineering, which aims to solve the problems of insufficient ramming force and inconvenient operation of the existing ramming device. The ground ramming device for the traffic highway engineering comprises a cabinet body, wherein a ramming mechanism is arranged at the front end of the cabinet body, a storage battery is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the cabinet body, a motor is arranged at the upper end of the storage battery, and the motor drives a ramming plate of the ramming mechanism to move up and down through a transmission mechanism; the ramming mechanism comprises slide rails, the slide rails are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the ramming mechanism, connecting supports are arranged between the slide rails and are in sliding connection with the slide rails, ramming boards are arranged at the lower ends of the connecting supports and are fixed on the connecting supports through connecting rods, slide rods are arranged on the connecting supports and are connected with a transmission mechanism, and springs are arranged at the upper ends of the slide rods.

Background
In the process of traffic highway engineering construction, before concrete pouring is carried out on the ground, the ground needs to be tamped so as to improve the compaction degree of a ground laying cushion layer and prevent the occurrence of phenomena such as surface subsidence after the concrete pouring is finished. In the prior art, the tamping of the road surface is usually carried out by workers in cooperation with manual tamping. The existing ramming device for traffic highway engineering generally uses an oil cylinder or a motor to drive a ramming plate to rise under the driving of a chain and a pulley, and then the ramming plate can fall under the action of gravity to tamp the ground. However, the tamping force of the existing tamping device comes from the gravity of the tamping plate completely, so that the tamping force is insufficient, the tamping effect is influenced, and meanwhile, the existing tamping device is complex in structure, heavy in volume and inconvenient to operate.

The driving rod of the transmission mechanism has quick return motion characteristics, so that the tamping plate has quick return motion characteristics, more elastic potential energy can be stored when the tamping plate moves upwards, and the tamping plate can smash the ground at higher speed when moving downwards, so that better tamping effect is realized.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and specific examples:
a ground ramming device for traffic road engineering is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a cabinet body 1, wherein a ramming mechanism, a storage battery 2, a motor 3 and a control panel 11 are arranged in the cabinet body 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper surface and the left and right sides of the cabinet body 1 are provided with solar panels 9, and the solar panels 9 are connected with the storage battery 2. The solar cell panels 9 on the two sides are rotatably connected with the top end of the side of the cabinet body 1. As shown in fig. 2, one of the solar panels on the side of the two cabinets 1 is in a retracted state, and the other is in an extended state.
The battery 2 sets up the bottom at the internal rear end of cabinet 1, and the top of battery 2 is equipped with motor 3, and battery 2 supplies power for motor 3 through control panel 11.

The lower end of the connecting support 6 is provided with a tamping plate 4, the tamping plate 4 is fixed on the connecting support 6 through a connecting rod, and the upper surface of the tamping plate 4 is provided with a balancing weight 17.
The connecting support 6 is provided with a slide rod 7, the slide rod 7 is provided with a convex block, and the transmission mechanism drives the connecting support 6 to move up and down through the convex block.
The upper end of the sliding rod 7 is provided with a mounting plate 18, and a reinforcing rod 19 is arranged between the mounting plate 18 and the connecting bracket 6.
The mounting plate 18 is provided with a column, one end of the spring 8 is sleeved in the column, and the other end is fixedly mounted on the column on the inner surface of the cabinet body 1. Through setting up spring 8, ramming plate 4 when upward movement, spring 8 can be with partial kinetic energy conversion elastic potential energy, and then when ramming plate 4 moves down, when elastic potential energy conversion ramming plate 4's kinetic energy, ramming plate 4 can exert bigger impact force to ground.
As shown in fig. 1, the transmission mechanism includes a belt 13, a driven wheel, a driving wheel, a rotating rod 14, a slider 15 and a driving rod 16.
The action wheel sets up in motor 3's pivot, follows driving wheel fixed mounting, is connected with the action wheel through belt 13 from the driving wheel, and then realizes the rotation.
One end of a driving rod 16 is hinged in the cabinet body 1, the other end of the driving rod is provided with a long hole, a convex block on the sliding rod 7 is positioned in the long hole, one end of a rotating rod 14 is connected with a driven wheel through a shaft, the other end of the rotating rod is hinged with a sliding block 15, and the driving rod 16 is sleeved in the hole of the sliding block 15.
When the motor 3 rotates, the rotating rod 14 is driven to rotate, the rotating rod 14 drives the sliding block 15 to do circular motion, the sliding block 15 drives the driving rod 16 to do reciprocating motion around the hinge point of the driving rod 16, and then the sliding rod is driven to do up-and-down motion. The driving rod 16 has a quick return motion characteristic, so that the tamping plate 4 has a quick return motion characteristic, more elastic potential energy can be stored when the tamping plate 4 moves upwards, and the tamping plate 4 can smash the ground at a higher speed when moving downwards, so that a better tamping effect is realized.
