Background
At present, the infusion apparatus used in clinic mainly comprises a plug 10', an infusion tube, a Murphy dropper, a flow control switch, a puncture needle head and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the plug 10 'comprises a needle base 1' and a needle 2 'protruding from one side 11' of the needle base 1 ', when the infusion apparatus is used for infusion of a patient, the plug 10' is inserted into the infusion bottle from a rubber plug at the opening of the infusion bottle, for the young, or the patient with dysphoria and senile dementia, the plug 10 'is easy to be pulled out from the infusion bottle, and the plug 10' after being pulled out is easy to be polluted, so that the medical staff has to replace the whole infusion apparatus.
In order to prevent the plug from falling off from the infusion bottle, patent No. CN103212141B discloses a medical infusion anti-drop plug, as shown in FIG. 2, the plug is provided with an anti-drop structure, the anti-drop structure comprises two root small holes 18 and two needle stand holes 17 which are arranged on a needle head 10, the root small holes 18 are positioned at the upper part of a needle stand 12, and the needle stand holes 17 are positioned at the lower part of the needle stand 12; the needle 10 is provided inside with a plug-securing plate 20, and the plug-securing plate 20 is made of an elastic material. The plug fixing piece 20 has two fixing bosses 29 at an upper portion thereof and two button bosses 27 at a lower portion thereof, the fixing bosses 29 being adapted to protrude from the root apertures 18, and the button bosses 27 being adapted to protrude from the hub apertures 17. When in use, the button convex cap 27 is firstly pressed down by a thumb and a forefinger, and the plug fixing sheet 20 is forced to be in an arc shape by the pressure action, so that the fixing convex cap 29 retracts into the root small hole 18; then the needle 10 is inserted into the infusion bottle through the rubber plug 32; then the button convex cap 27 is loosened, the plug fixing piece 20 restores the original shape or natural shape under the elastic action, so that the fixing convex cap 29 passes through the root small hole 18, and the whole needle head 10 is clamped and does not slide down due to the raised fixing convex cap 29 positioned above the rubber plug 32 of the infusion bottle, thereby playing the role of anti-falling and fixing.
Although the medical transfusion anti-drop plug in the patent improves the plug in the prior art, the plug is not easy to drop from a transfusion bottle, the structure strength of the plug is weak and the plug is easy to break because the existing plug is very small and the root small hole 18 and the needle seat hole 17 are arranged on the plug; in addition, for the existing sold plug without the anti-drop structure, the plug without the anti-drop structure can only be discarded, and then the plug with the anti-drop structure is purchased again, which is a huge waste for the sold plug without the anti-drop structure, so that how to reasonably utilize the sold plug without the anti-drop structure and enable the sold plug without the anti-drop structure to meet the anti-drop requirement is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
In addition, the plug can be stained with medicines after being used to become a dangerous article, generally, the plug needs to be sent to a professional mechanism for scrapping treatment after being used, but still a lawbreaker can detach the plug from an infusion bottle, so that the polluted plug is reused by the lawbreaker, and the potential safety hazard is very high.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a medical transfusion anti-drop plug, which mainly solves the problems that: how to improve a sold plug to enable the sold plug to have a separation prevention function and prevent the plug from being detached and reused by lawless persons.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention mainly provides the following technical scheme:
the embodiment of the invention provides a medical infusion anti-drop plug, which comprises a plug body, wherein the plug body comprises a needle seat and a needle head protruding out of one side of the needle seat; the anti-falling part comprises a barrel body and a fixing ring, the barrel body is fixedly sleeved on the needle head, and one end of the barrel body is abutted against one side of the needle seat; a position-avoiding through hole is formed in the side wall of the cylinder, an elastic sheet is arranged on the inner wall of the position-avoiding through hole, and the elastic sheet extends out of the position-avoiding through hole in an initial state; the fixing ring is slidably sleeved on the outer wall of the cylinder body so as to enable the elastic sheet to be abutted into the through hole from the initial position when the fixing ring slides to the first position, and to be released when the fixing ring slides to the second position towards one side of the needle base, and a gap for accommodating a bottle stopper of an infusion bottle is formed between the fixing ring and the elastic sheet; the elastic sheet is in a straight strip shape, and one end of the elastic sheet is connected with one side of the avoiding through hole, which is far away from the needle base; the elastic sheet is integrally formed on the cylinder body; the number of the elastic sheets is multiple, and the elastic sheets are uniformly distributed in a circular shape along the circumferential direction of the cylinder body; each elastic sheet corresponds to one avoidance through hole.
By means of the technical scheme, the medical transfusion anti-drop plug at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. for a processed or sold plug body without an anti-disengaging structure, the anti-disengaging piece can be quickly refitted into a plug with the anti-disengaging structure only by mounting the anti-disengaging piece on the plug body, the refitting is convenient and quick, and therefore the existing processed plug body resources can be effectively utilized, and resource waste can not be caused;
2. when the plug is inserted into the infusion bottle through the rubber plug, the plug can not be pulled out, so that a lawbreaker can be prevented from detaching the plug from the infusion bottle for reuse.

As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the invention provides a medical infusion anti-drop plug, which comprises a plug body 10, wherein the plug body 10 comprises a needle holder 1 and a needle 2 protruding out of one side 11 of the needle holder 1. The plug body 10 is a plug without an anti-separation structure in the prior art (see the structure in fig. 1 in particular). The medical transfusion anti-drop plug also comprises an anti-drop part 3. The retaining member 3 includes a cylindrical body 31 and a retainer ring 32. As shown in fig. 4, the barrel 31 is configured to be fixedly disposed on the needle 2, for example, the barrel 31 may be fixed relative to the needle 2 by interference fit. One end 301 of the barrel 31 abuts one side 11 of the hub 1. The sidewall of the barrel 31 is provided with a clearance through hole 30, the inner wall of the clearance through hole 30 is provided with a spring sheet 311, and the spring sheet 311 extends out of the clearance through hole 30 in an initial state (as shown in fig. 3). The fixed ring 32 is slidably sleeved on the outer wall of the cylinder 31, and the fixed ring 32 may be a flexible rubber ring or a metal ring. As shown in fig. 4, the fixing ring 32 is used for pushing the elastic sheet 311 into the through hole from the initial position when sliding to the first position; as shown in fig. 5, the fixing ring 32 is further used for releasing the elastic sheet 311 when sliding to the side 11 of the needle holder 1 to the second position, and a gap for accommodating the rubber stopper 4 of the infusion bottle is formed between the elastic sheet 311 and the elastic sheet 311, at this time, the elastic sheet 311 restores to deform and extends out of the clearance through hole 30 again.
When the medical infusion anti-drop plug is used, as shown in fig. 4, firstly, the barrel 31 of the anti-drop part 3 is sleeved on the needle head 2, then the fixing ring 32 is sleeved on the barrel 31, the fixing ring 32 slides to the first position, at this time, the fixing ring 32 presses the elastic sheet 311, and the elastic sheet 311 is pressed into the avoiding through hole 30; as shown in fig. 5, the needle 2 is then inserted into the rubber stopper 4 of the infusion bottle, the needle 2 drives the cylinder 31 to be inserted into the infusion bottle together, because the fixing ring 32 can slide relative to the cylinder 31, the cylinder 31 is pushed to the second position by the rubber stopper in the process of being inserted together with the needle 2, at this time, because of no limitation of the fixing ring 32, the elastic sheet 311 recovers deformation and stretches out of the avoiding through hole 30, the lower end of the elastic sheet 311 abuts against the upper end of the rubber stopper 4, so that the cylinder 31 connected with the elastic sheet 311 and the needle 2 fixed with the cylinder 31 can be prevented from being separated from the rubber stopper 4, and the purpose of preventing the plug from falling off is achieved.
It can be seen from the above example that, as shown in fig. 3, for the sold plug body 10 without an anti-disengaging structure, the plug with the anti-disengaging structure can be quickly refitted only by installing the anti-disengaging piece 3 thereon, specifically, the refitting of the plug body 10 can be realized only by sleeving the machined anti-disengaging piece 3 on the existing plug body 10, the refitting is convenient and fast, so that the resources of the existing machined plug body 10 can be effectively utilized, and the resource waste can not be caused.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, after the plug body 10 of the present invention drives the cylinder 31 to be inserted into the infusion bottle through the rubber stopper 4, the opened elastic sheet 311 will abut against the rubber stopper 4, on one hand, the plug can be prevented from falling off from the infusion bottle, on the other hand, the plug can be prevented from being pulled out from the infusion bottle after the infusion is completed, so that the plug can be prevented from being detached from the infusion bottle for reuse by a lawbreaker.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic sheet 311 may be a straight strip, one end of the elastic sheet 311 is connected to one side of the avoiding through hole 30, which is away from the needle seat 1, so that after the fixing ring 32 is sleeved on the first position of the barrel 31, the whole elastic sheet 311 can be completely supported to the avoiding through hole 30, and thus, the process of inserting the fixing ring 32 into the rubber plug 4 cannot be interfered.
The elastic piece 311 may be integrally formed on the cylinder 31, for example, both the elastic piece 311 and the cylinder 31 may be plastic pieces, and both the elastic piece 311 and the cylinder 31 may be integrally injection molded; or both the elastic sheet 311 and the cylinder 31 are metal pieces, and the elastic sheet 311 can be integrally formed on the cylinder 31 in a welding manner. Wherein, what kind of mode specifically chooses can be selected according to actual need.
As shown in fig. 4, the barrel 31 may be in a straight tube shape, and the outer side wall of the end away from the needle holder 1 is provided with a guiding inclined plane 312 in a truncated cone shape, the guiding inclined plane 312 in a truncated cone shape has a small opening end and a large opening end, the diameter of the small opening end is identical to the outer diameter of the needle 2, and the diameter of the large opening end is identical to the outer diameter of the barrel 31. The guide slope 312 and the cylinder 31 are both straight tubes, which facilitates the cylinder 31 to be inserted into the infusion bottle from the rubber stopper 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the number of the elastic pieces 311 may be multiple and be uniformly distributed in a circular shape along the circumferential direction of the cylinder 31. Each elastic sheet 311 corresponds to one avoiding through hole 30. In this example, the anti-separation performance of the plug can be further improved by increasing the number of the elastic pieces 311.
In a specific application example, the number of the elastic sheets 311 and the anti-bit through holes 30 is four.
