Description

Massage device and use thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of massage devices, and further relates to massage equipment and application thereof.
Background
In busy work or daily life, people often experience physical strain, and in order to relieve strain or relieve stress, more and more people tend to use a massage device to assist in performing a massage or relaxing task, such as a massage bar, a massage chair, a hand-held massager, and the like. Under the general condition, massage equipment adopts massage modes such as vibration, pat or suck to act on user's health to the realization is to user's musculature's massage effect, relax effect or physiotherapy effect, thereby alleviates user's sense of fatigue, perhaps assists postoperative patient to accomplish physiotherapy exercise etc..
In some applications, the massage device can assist a user to complete at least one physical therapy exercise session, wherein the physical therapy exercise session, for example, the massage device stimulates a physiological organ of the user, such as a genital organ, an anal organ, or an underarm organ, etc., by massage, so as to enable the physiological organ of the user to generate a corresponding physiological response, so as to perform physical therapy exercise on the physiological response capability of the physiological organ, thereby achieving the effect of restoring or maintaining the physiological response capability of the physiological organ. For example, the massage device can be placed in a physiological organ of a user to achieve a massage effect or a physical therapy exercise effect on a muscle group of a human organ, such as a genital tract cavity, a pelvic bone cavity, a urethral cavity, or an anal cavity of a female, or a urethral cavity, an anal cavity, or a pelvic bone cavity of a male, or the like, corresponding to the physiological organ, the muscle group, such as a pelvic floor muscle group, a sphincter muscle group, or a pubococcygeus muscle group, or the like.
Fig. 1 shows a massage apparatus 100P with sucking function currently on the market, which comprises a housing 10P, a motor 20P, an eccentric shaft 30P and a connecting element 40P, wherein the housing 10P has a mounting cavity 101P and a massage opening 102P communicating with the outside, wherein the motor 20P is operatively mounted to the mounting cavity 101P, wherein the motor 20P drives the eccentric shaft 30P to rotate eccentrically, wherein the connecting element 40 extends from the eccentric shaft 30P to the massage opening 102P, wherein the connecting element 30 has a flexible portion 31P, wherein the flexible portion 31P closes the massage opening 102P and forms a negative pressure cavity 103P facing the outside at the massage opening 102P. As the motor 20P drives the eccentric shaft 30P to perform eccentric shaft rotation, the eccentric shaft 30P drives the connecting element 40P to perform reciprocating motion between the eccentric shaft 30P and the massage opening 102P, and the flexible portion 41P of the connecting element 40P generates back and forth convex and concave deformation on the massage opening 102P by virtue of flexibility of itself, so that the negative pressure cavity 103P forms intermittent negative pressure suction toward the outside. That is, when the flexible portion 41P deforms concavely, the negative pressure cavity 103P generates negative pressure suction force, i.e., the air pressure in the negative pressure cavity 103P decreases, so that the massage mouth 102P forms a suction mode acting force, and when the flexible portion 31P deforms convexly, the negative pressure in the negative pressure cavity 103P disappears, i.e., the air pressure in the negative pressure cavity 103P increases, so that the massage mouth 102P forms a suction mode acting force, and the above-mentioned steps are repeated to realize an alternating suction massage effect on the body part of the user.
However, in daily use, the massage apparatus 100P has only one function of suction massage, but cannot have both a tapping massage function, and has too single function and single stimulation effect, so that it cannot bring a richer or combined massage experience to the user, and if only a suction acting force is applied to the user's physiological organs for a long time, the massage apparatus 100P will cause only one physiological reaction to the user's physiological organs for a long time, thereby being not conducive to comprehensive physical therapy exercise of the user's physiological organs, even damage to physiological organs, and the like.
In addition, the massage device 100P only has one massage opening 102P, and only one point of suction acting force can be formed, so that during use, the massage device 100P can only generate suction massage effect on one part of the body part of the user, but cannot generate massage effect on multiple parts at the same time, and the experience effect is poor. For example, when the massage device 100P is used for massage, the massage mouth 102P of the massage device 100P can only perform suction massage on one stimulation site of the organ, but cannot perform massage on multiple stimulation sites simultaneously, resulting in poor massage experience.

As the eccentric shaft 30 is driven by the driving device 20 to perform eccentric shaft rotation, the eccentric shaft 30 drives the massage end portions 43 of the massage elements 40 to respectively extend or retract to the corresponding surfaces of the massage contact portions 102 of the housing 10 in a reciprocating manner. When the massage tip 43 is extended out of the surface of the housing 10 where the massage contact portion 102 is located, the massage tip 42 can just contact the body part of the user, and when the massage tip 43 is retracted into the surface of the housing 10 where the massage contact portion 102 is located, the massage tip 42 is correspondingly separated from the body part W of the user. Therefore, as the massage end 43 alternately contacts and separates from the body part W of the user, the massage end 43 at the position of the massage contact portion 102 can produce an alternately slapping massage effect on the body part W of the user.
Therefore, when the at least two massage contacts 102 of the massage apparatus 100 are simultaneously contacted and attached to different positions of the body part W of the user, the eccentric shaft 30 simultaneously drives the at least two massage ends 42 of the at least two massage elements 40 to generate a flapping massage force acting on different positions of the body part W of the user along with the operation of the driving device 20, thereby achieving a function of simultaneously massaging a plurality of positions of the body part W of the user.
As shown in fig. 3A, further, the connecting end 41 has a fixing hole 411, wherein the eccentric shaft 30 is inserted into the fixing hole 411 of the connecting end 41, wherein the diameter of the eccentric shaft 30 is adapted to the diameter of the fixing hole 411, so that the eccentric shaft 30 and the connecting end 41 are always fixed relatively. As the driving device 20 drives the eccentric shaft 30 to rotate, the eccentric shaft 30 drives the connecting end 41 to synchronously rotate on a circle-like plane Y.
It should be noted that the free end of the eccentric shaft 30 has a limiting portion 301, wherein the size of the limiting portion 301 is larger than that of the fixing hole 411, and the limiting portion 301 is used for blocking the connecting end 41 from being separated from the eccentric shaft 30. That is, during the process of the driving device 20 driving the eccentric shaft 30 to rotate, the limiting portion 301 keeps limiting the connecting end portion 41 from rotating synchronously with the eccentric shaft 30, preventing slipping.
Preferably, the massage end 42 is in the same plane as the turnaround plane Y in which the connection end 41 is located, wherein the massage end 42 is fixed to the massage contact 102, wherein the massage end 42 has a certain flexibility such that the massage end 42 does not detach from the massage contact 102. As the connecting end 41 makes a circular-like rotation on the revolving plane Y, the massaging end 42 reciprocates between an extended state and a retracted state, in which the massaging end 42 makes a telescopic motion with respect to the surface on which the massaging contact 102 is located, thereby producing an effect of massaging the body part W of the user with patting on the surface of the massaging contact 102 of the housing 10.
As shown in fig. 1B, further, the massage contact portion 102 has a through port 1021, wherein the through port 1021 is communicated with the mounting cavity 101, and wherein the massage end portion 42 is extended to the through port 1021 of the massage contact portion 102. Preferably, the massage end portion 42 includes an extension portion 421, a massage portion 422 and a flexible connection portion 423, wherein the flexible connection portion 423 is fixedly connected between the massage portion 422 and the massage contact portion 102, wherein the flexible connection portion 423 is adapted to the through opening 1021, and a plane of the flexible connection portion 423 is close to or flush with an outer surface of the massage contact portion 102. The massage portion 422 is integrally connected to the flexible connection portion 423, wherein the extension portion 421 is integrally connected between the massage portion 422 and the connection end portion 41, wherein the extension portion 421 is maintained in the same plane as the revolving plane Y of the connection end portion 41, so as to increase the maximum moving amount of the massage portion 422 extending out of or retracting into the through opening 1021 of the massage contact portion 102 of the housing 10.
It should be noted that the extension portion 421 has a certain strength, wherein the strength of the extension portion 421 is greater than the strength of the flexible massage portion 423, and as the connection end portion 41 makes a circular-like motion in the revolving plane Y, the extension length of the extension portion 421 remains unchanged, wherein the connection end portion 41 drives the extension portion 421 to make a reciprocating linear motion, and wherein the extension portion 421 drives the massage portion 422 to make reciprocating extending and retracting motions in a plane where the outer surface of the massage contact portion 102 is located. During the reciprocating motion of the massage part 422, the flexible connection part 423 generates corresponding flexible deformation between the massage part 422 and the massage contact part 102, and keeps the massage part 422 located at the through port 1021 of the massage contact part 102 all the time, so as to prevent the massage part 422 from disengaging.
In other words, when the massage tip 42 is in the extended state, the connection tip 41 is rotated to a distance from the proximal end of the massage contact 102, wherein the extension 421 drives the massage part 422 to move towards the outside of the through opening 1021, wherein the flexible connection 423 is deformed outwards, such that the massage tip 42 forms an outward bulge, wherein the bulge is capable of sucking on a body part W that is in contact with the surface of the massage contact 102. When the massage end part 42 is in the retracted state, the connection end part 41 rotates to a far end away from the massage contact part 102, wherein the extension part 421 drives the massage part 422 to move towards the inner side of the through opening 1021, and wherein the flexible connection part 423 deforms inwards, so that the massage end part 42 forms an inward groove to separate the massage end part 42 from the body part W of the user. Therefore, the massage end portion 42 just produces an effect of performing a reciprocating flap massage on the body part W of the user as the massage end portion 42 is reciprocated between the extended state and the massage state.
Preferably, the through hole 1021 of the massage contact part 102 is implemented as a circular opening, wherein the flexible connection part 423 is implemented as a circular structure, and wherein the massage part 422 is integrally formed at the center of the flexible connection part 423, so that the flexible connection part 423 is uniformly deformed from the center to the periphery, thereby prolonging the service life. Further, the flexible connection portion 423 has a peripheral edge 4231, wherein the massage contact portion 102 has a locking groove 1022, wherein the peripheral edge 4231 is fittingly engaged with the locking groove 1022 of the massage contact portion 102, so that the flexible connection portion 423 is engaged with the massage contact portion 102. It will be appreciated that the rim 4231 can be removably separated from the catch 1022 to allow for removal between the massage end 42 of the massage element 40 and the massage contact 102 of the housing 10 for cleaning, maintenance, replacement, or the like. Of course, the through opening 1021 of the massage contact part 102 may be square, pentagonal, irregular, etc., wherein the flexible connection part 423 is configured to have a shape matching with the through opening 1021, which is not limited herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the connection of the peripheral edge 4231 of the flexible connection 423 with the massaging contact 102 of the housing 10 may also be implemented as an adhesive connection. In particular, the peripheral edge 4231 and the massage contact portion 102 of the housing 10 can be coated with a layer of fixing glue, wherein the fixing glue is solid glue or glue,
for improving massage tip 42's the dynamics effect of patting massage, extension 421 chooses for use the silica gel material that has certain thickness to make, like the silica gel pole of platelike structure or cylinder type structure, has certain extension intensity promptly, has certain flexibility again, thereby makes extension 421's intensity be greater than the intensity of flexonics portion 423, thereby guarantee promptly massage tip 42 can massage contact portion 102's surface forms in turn smoothly protruding or the recess makes again and works as massage tip 42 sucks when user's health position, extension 421 can provide certain cushion effect in order to prevent to damage the user, increases the effect that the massage was experienced.
Preferably, the total extension of the massage element 40 is approximately equal to the distance between the two massage contacts 102 of the housing 10, i.e. the distance between the two massage ends 42 of the massage element 40 is approximately equal to the distance between the two massage contacts 102 of the housing 10. Since the massage ends 42 are parallel to the outer surface of the massage contact portion 102, the two massage ends 42 of the massage element 40 just form an alternating patting massage effect at both ends of the housing 10, respectively, as the eccentric shaft of the eccentric shaft 30 rotates.
It should be mentioned that massage portion 422 with flexible massage portion 423 all preferably adopts silica gel material integrated into one piece to make, wherein massage portion 422's thickness is greater than flexible massage portion 423's thickness, so that massage portion 422 can pat at user's health position with certain intensity, simultaneously flexible massage portion 423 can provide good deformation effect, in order to guarantee massage tip 42 can be smoothly stretch out the state with change between the indentation state to realize patting the massage function.
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, preferably, the massage contacts 102 of the housing 10 are implemented in two, specifically, the two massage contacts 102 are implemented as a first massage contact 102A and a second massage contact 102B, respectively, wherein the first massage contact 102A and the second massage contact 102B are symmetrically located at opposite sides of the housing 10, respectively. Correspondingly, the massage ends 42 of the massage element 40 are also embodied in two, in particular in two massage ends 42 respectively embodied as a first massage end 42A and a second massage end 42B, wherein the first massage end 42A extends from the connection end 41 to the first massage contact 102A, wherein the second massage end 42B extends from the connection end 41 to the second massage contact 102B.
It is worth mentioning that the first massage end portion 42A, the second massage end portion 42B and the connecting end portion 41 are preferably kept in a same straight line, so that the massage elements 40 alternately generate a beating type massage effect on the surface where the two massage contacts 102 are located, respectively. In other words, when the first massage end portion 42A is in the extended state, the second massage end portion 42B is in the retracted state, whereas when the first massage portion 42A is in the retracted state, the second massage end portion 42B is in the extended state.
As shown in fig. 3A, in the preferred embodiment, the massage element 40 is implemented as an integrated structure, wherein the first massage end portion 42A and the second massage end portion 42B are integrally extended from both sides of the connection end portion 41, respectively, so that the integrity of the massage element 40 is improved and is not easily damaged.

Of course, the first massage end 42A and the second massage end 42B can be maintained on the same line to ensure the balance of the massage effects on both sides of the massage apparatus 100.
As shown in fig. 3C, in the second variant of the preferred embodiment, the connecting end portion 41 is also implemented as two, wherein the two connecting end portions 41 are respectively implemented as a first connecting end portion 41C and a second connecting end portion 42C, wherein the first connecting end portion 41C and the second connecting end portion 42C are connected to the eccentric shaft 30 in parallel, wherein the first massage end portion 42A integrally extends from the first connecting end portion 41C, wherein the second massage end portion 42B integrally extends from the second connecting end portion 41D, and wherein the extending directions of the first massage end portion 41A and the second massage end portion 42B are opposite.
In the second modified embodiment, the first connecting end 41C has a first fixing hole 411C for being sleeved on the eccentric shaft 30, wherein the second connecting end 41D has a second fixing hole 411D for being sleeved on the eccentric shaft 30, wherein the first connecting end 41C and the second connecting end 41D are staggered and not connected, wherein the extending direction of the first massage end 42A is opposite to the extending direction of the second massage end 42B and not on the same straight line, so that the massage points on the two sides of the massage apparatus 100 are not on the same horizontal plane, thereby increasing the experience effect.
In the preferred embodiment, the housing 10 is made of a plastic material, a PVC material, or a metal material, and the like, wherein the housing 10 has a certain strength and hardness to ensure the stability of the mounting cavity 101. Further, the housing 10 further has a holding portion 103, wherein the holding portion 103 is located at the rear end of the housing 10, wherein the holding portion 103 is configured to be held by a user, so that the user moves the massage contact portion 102 of the massage apparatus 100 relative to the body part W of the user by operating the holding portion 103 to change the massage position where the massage contact portion 102 of the massage apparatus 100 contacts the body part W of the user.
Further, the housing 10 forms the closed installation cavity 101, wherein the housing 10 can reduce the noise generated by the driving device 20 driving the eccentric shaft 30 to rotate. Alternatively, the housing 10 may have a sound insulating material for reducing noise, such as a sound insulating film, or a sound insulating layer, etc., to enhance a sound insulating effect, reduce noise generated during massage, and the like, without being limited thereto.
Further, for increasing massage device 100 has better sense of touch when using, the outside of casing 10 has one deck silica gel layer 11, wherein silica gel layer 11 chooses for use medical silica gel material to make, and has certain flexibility, wherein silica gel layer 11 is wrapped up in the outside of casing 10, when using, silica gel layer 11 is used for direct contact user's body position W to give user good sense of touch, and the noise that produces when the massage can further be reduced to silica gel layer 11.
It should be noted that the position of each massage contact portion 102 on the surface of the housing 10 can be preset, so that the massage end portion 42 can generate a corresponding tapping massage effect at the preset position on the surface of the housing 10, and thus each massage end portion 42 can simultaneously perform a tapping massage operation on the corresponding position of the body part W of the user, and the massage experience is more excellent.
As shown in fig. 4A, in the third variant of the present preferred embodiment, the number of the massage ends 42 of the massage element 40 may also be implemented as three, and correspondingly, the number of the massage contacts 102 of the housing 10 may also be implemented as three. Specifically, the connecting end portion 41 of the massage element 40 is fixedly mounted on the eccentric shaft 30, wherein the three massage contact portions 102 are arranged around the outer surface of the housing 10 at equal intervals, wherein the extending portions 421 of the three massage end portions 42 of the massage element 40 extend radially from the connecting end portion 41 to the corresponding massage contact portions 102 at equal intervals, respectively. Alternatively, the massage component 40 is in a Y-shaped configuration, i.e. a central symmetrical configuration, and the extending angle between the adjacent massage ends 42 is approximately 120 °, so that the three massage ends 42 of the massage component 40 are located near the same horizontal plane. As the eccentric shaft 30 drives the eccentric shaft of the connecting end portion 41 to rotate, the three massage end portions 42 respectively form a continuous alternating convex or concave shape with different degrees on the surface of the corresponding massage contact portion 102, so as to form three equally spaced massage points on the surface of the housing 10 for simultaneously massaging three points of the body part W of the user.
As shown in fig. 4B, it is understood that the number of the massage tips 42 of the massage element 40 may also be implemented as four, and correspondingly, the number of the massage contacts 102 of the housing 10 is also implemented as four, wherein the four massage tips 42 extend radially from the connecting tip 41 to the corresponding massage contacts 102 at equal intervals. Alternatively, the massage elements 40 are of a cross-shaped configuration, i.e., a centrally symmetric configuration. Of course, the number of the massage ends 42 of the massage element 40 may also be embodied as five, six or even more, without being limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5C, in the preferred embodiment, the sucking massage component 450 further comprises at least one sucking element 50, wherein the sucking element 50 is detachably mounted on the outer side of the massage contact portion 102 of the housing 10, wherein the sucking element 50 is used to contact the body part W of the user instead of the massage contact portion 102, wherein the sucking element 50 can generate a sucking massage effect on the body part W by using the beating massage effect generated by the massage device 10 at the massage contact portion 102, thereby providing both beating massage and sucking massage functions. Therefore, as the suction member 50 is detached or attached to the massage contact portion 102 of the housing 10, the massage apparatus 100 can have a massage function of a suction method or a tapping method, or the massage apparatus can simultaneously have a massage function of a suction method and a tapping method, thereby providing a user with various massage experiences.
In particular, the suction element 50 comprises at least one suction opening 51, wherein the suction opening 51 has a suction opening 501, wherein the suction opening 51 of the suction element 50 is held fixed to the outer side of the massaging contact 102 of the housing 10, wherein a suction chamber 502 is formed between the suction opening 51 and the opening 1021 of the massaging contact 102, wherein the suction chamber 502 communicates with the outside via the suction opening 501. The suction port 501 of the mouthpiece section 51 is brought into close contact with the body part W of the user during the massage. That is, when the massage end portion 42 of the massage element 40 is alternatively convex or concave at the through opening 1021 of the massage contact portion 102, the chamber volume of the suction chamber 502 is alternatively decreased or increased accordingly, so that the air pressure in the chamber of the suction chamber 502 is alternatively increased or decreased, thereby generating a force of alternatively blowing or sucking at the suction opening 501, thereby forming a suction massage effect on the body part W of the user.
That is, when the massage contact portion 102 forms a concave groove while the mouthpiece portion 51 is attached to the body part W of the user, the chamber volume of the suction cavity 502 of the mouthpiece portion 51 increases to generate a negative pressure, thereby generating a suction force acting on the surface of the body part W at the mouthpiece 501 to achieve a suction massage effect. When the massage contact portion 102 is formed to be convex, the chamber volume of the suction chamber 502 of the mouthpiece portion 51 is reduced, the air pressure is increased, and the air in the suction chamber 502 is blown from the mouthpiece 501 to the surface of the body part W of the user, thereby generating a suction force acting on the surface of the body part W at the mouthpiece 501 to achieve a suction massage effect.
As shown in fig. 5C, further, the height of the protrusion formed by the massage element 40 is slightly larger than the depth of the sucking cavity 502, that is, when the sucking member 50 is installed on the outer side of the housing 10, the protrusion formed by the massage element 40 can still protrude from the suction opening 501 and form a beating massage force to act on the body part W of the user, thereby achieving a beating massage effect and a sucking massage effect at the same time.
It is worth mentioning that the mouthpiece part 51 of the sucking member 50 is hermetically connected with the massage contact part 102 of the housing 10, so that the sucking cavity 502 is communicated with the outside only through the mouthpiece 501, thereby ensuring the strength of the action force generated at the mouthpiece part 501 of the mouthpiece part 51 and improving the force transmission efficiency of the sucking massage as much as possible.
Preferably, the sucking element 50 further comprises a mounting portion 52, wherein the mounting portion 52 extends from the mouthpiece portion 51, wherein the mounting portion 52 is fixedly mounted to the housing 10, such that the mouthpiece portion 51 is kept fixed to the outer side of the massage contact portion 102 of the housing 10, thereby preventing the massage effect from being affected by shaking or falling off.
Further, the mounting portion 52 has a fixed cavity 521, wherein the size of the housing 10 is matched with the size of the fixed cavity 521, wherein the housing 10 is fittingly received in the fixed cavity 521 of the mounting portion 52, or the mounting portion 52 is sleeved on the outer side of the housing 10, wherein the mouthpiece portion 51 is located just outside the massage contact portion 102, wherein the mouthpiece cavity 502 is in communication with the fixed cavity 521, and the mouthpiece 501 of the mouthpiece portion 51 faces the outside.
It will be appreciated that the suction piece 50 can be detached from the housing 10, wherein the massage contact portion 102 of the massage device 100 can be directly contacted to the body part W of the user, such that the massage end portion 42 of the massage element 40 can generate a tapping massage effect on the body part W of the user, thereby providing the massage device 100 with only a tapping massage effect.
It is worth mentioning that the installation part 52 is preferably made of a flexible silica gel material, wherein the size of the fixed cavity 521 is slightly smaller than that of the shell 10, so that the installation part 52 is sleeved on the outer side of the shell 10 through interference fit to realize the double effects of fixation and sealing.
It is worth mentioning that the mouthpiece part 51 is also made of medical silica gel material, which is friendly to human body, wherein the mouthpiece part 51 has a certain thickness and thus has a certain hardness. When the mouthpiece section 51 is applied to a body part of a user and massaged, the shape and structure of the mouthpiece section 51 can be kept stable without affecting the massage effect when the air pressure in the suction chamber 502 changes.
Further, the hardness of the suction piece 50 is slightly less than the hardness of the housing 10, so that the touch of the suction piece 50 is softer. In addition, the hardness of the suction element 50 may also be slightly less than the hardness of the extension 42 of the massage element 40, without being limited thereto.
Preferably, the number of the mouthpiece parts 51 is two, wherein two mouthpiece parts 51 are respectively located at both sides of the mounting part 52, and when the mounting part 52 is coupled to the housing 10, two mouthpiece parts 51 are respectively located just outside two massage contact parts 102 to form the suction cavity 502 at the outside of two massage contact parts 102, respectively, thereby generating a suction massage effect on the body part of the user at both sides of the massage apparatus 100.
Alternatively, the number of the mouthpiece sections 51 may be implemented as one, wherein the mouthpiece section 51 is fixed to the outer side of the massage contact section 102 of one side of the housing 10, thereby forming a sucking massage effect on the outer side of the massage contact section 102 of the one side of the housing 10, while the outer side of the massage contact section 102 of the other side is not mounted with the mouthpiece section 51, thereby still having a slapping massage effect. In other words, one side of the massage apparatus 100 can achieve an effect of forming a tapping massage to one location point of the body part W, and the other side can achieve an effect of forming a sucking massage to another location point of the body part W.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in order to adapt to the three massage contacts 102 of the massage apparatus of the third modified embodiment, the mouthpiece parts 51 of the sucking element 50 may also be implemented in three, wherein the mouthpiece parts 51 are respectively detachably matched to the outer sides of the massage contacts 102 so that the massage apparatus has both a tapping massage function and a sucking massage function. Of course, to accommodate four, five or a greater number of massage contacts 102, the number of mouthpiece parts 51 of the suction element 50 can also be implemented in a corresponding number and be mounted detachably on the outer side of the massage contacts 102, without being limited thereto.
Preferably, the mouthpiece section 51 is implemented as a tapered mouthpiece structure in which the mouthpiece section 51 is convexly tapered from the fixing section 52 to form a kind of circular mouthpiece 501, wherein the size of the mouthpiece 501 can be preset to be adapted to cover a corresponding area of the user's body part W.
In a fourth preferred variant embodiment, as shown in fig. 5B, the fastening portion 52 of the suction element 50 is embodied as a collar structure, wherein the fastening portion 52 has a fastening cavity 521, wherein the size of the fastening cavity 521 is adapted to the size of the housing 10, wherein the fastening portion 52 is secured to the outside of the housing 10 by a collar via the fastening cavity 521, wherein the mouthpiece portion 51 is located just outside the massage contact 102. Alternatively, the fixing portion 52 is made of an elastic material, wherein the size of the fixing cavity 521 of the fixing portion 52 in the natural state is smaller than that of the housing 10, wherein the fixing portion 52 is sleeved outside the housing 10 in the stretched state and generates an elastic force fixed to the housing 10 to maintain the fixing.
Preferably, the drive means 20 is implemented as a motor, wherein the drive shaft 20 has a rotation axis 21, wherein the eccentric shaft 30 is mounted to the rotation axis 21 of the drive means 20. Further, the eccentric shaft 30 comprises a base 31 and a deflection portion 32, wherein the base 31 is fixedly mounted to the rotating shaft 21 of the driving device 20, wherein the deflection portion 32 extends from the base 31, and wherein the deflection portion 32 makes a circular motion around the axis of the rotating shaft 21. That is, the deflecting portion 32 is offset from the axis of the rotating shaft 21, and the deflecting portion 32 moves circularly around the axis of the rotating shaft 21 as the rotating shaft 21 rotates. The connecting end 41 of the massage element 40 is sleeved and fixed on the deflection part 32 through the fixing hole 411, wherein the limiting part 301 is integrally formed at the free end of the deflection part 32 to prevent the connecting end 41 of the massage element 40 from being separated from the deflection part 32, so that the deflection part 32 of the eccentric shaft 30 can drive the connecting end 41 of the massage element 40 to synchronously rotate.
It is understood that, without limitation, a power supply device, such as a battery or a power source, may be installed in the installation cavity 101 of the housing 10 of the massage device 100, wherein the power supply device is electrically connected to the driving device 20 for providing the operation power required by the operation of the driving device 20.
In the present embodiment, there is further provided a manufacturing method of the massage apparatus 200, which includes the steps of:

With the rotation of the eccentric shaft 30E, the extension 421E drives the massage part 422E to perform reciprocating telescopic motion along the massage contact part 41E during the relative movement, so as to form protrusions at different positions of the flexible connection part 423E in a reciprocating manner, thereby achieving a massage effect.
It is worth mentioning that the extension length of the massage end portion 42E can be preset so that the massage end portion 42E can protrude or retract from the outer surface of the massage end portion 102E of the housing 10E to form a flapwise massage effect on the body surface of the user.
In the present embodiment, the number of the massage end portions 42E may be implemented as one, wherein the massage end portions 42E extend from the connecting end portion 41E to the massage contact portion 102E, wherein the massage end portions 42E make a telescopic motion while making a circular motion along the massage contact portion 102E. Therefore, the massage end portion 42E can still achieve a massage effect at different points of the user's body part.
Alternatively, the massage ends 42E are implemented as two, wherein two of the massage ends 42E symmetrically extend from the connecting end 41E to the massage contact portion 102E, and wherein two of the massage ends 42E do the telescopic motion while doing the circular motion along different positions of the massage contact portion 102E at the same time. Therefore, the massage end portion 42E can achieve a massage effect at two different points of the body part at the same time. Of course, the number of the massage ends 42E may be three, four or more, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the massage contact portion 102E of the housing 10E is made of a flexible material, wherein the massage contact portion 102E is implemented as a closed structure, when the massage end portion 42E contacts the massage contact portion 102E and protrudes outward, the massage end portion 42E forms a protrusion on the surface of the massage contact portion 102E, and the massage end portion 102E can be deformed accordingly without preventing the protrusion from forming, so as to form a flapping massage effect.
As shown in fig. 7, further, the massage device 100E further comprises a suction element 50E, wherein the suction element 50E comprises at least a mouthpiece portion 51E and a fixing portion 52E, wherein the fixing portion 52E extends from the mouthpiece portion 51E and forms a fixing cavity 521E for being fixedly mounted to the housing 10E, wherein the mouthpiece portion 51E is kept outside the massage contact portion 102E of the housing 10E. The mouthpiece section 51E has a mouthpiece 501E and a suction chamber 502E communicating with the outside through the mouthpiece 501E, wherein the suction chamber 502E is formed enclosed between the mouthpiece section 51E and the massage contact section 102E, and wherein the mouthpiece section 51E is located at a position just outside the massage end section 42E protruding from the massage contact section 102E. The suction port 501E of the mouthpiece section 51E is adapted to directly contact the body part W of the user in place of the massage contact section 102E, and the massage apparatus 100E has both tapping massage effect and sucking massage effect through the suction port 501E by the change of the air pressure in the suction chamber 502 of the mouthpiece section 51E.
It is worth mentioning that, depending on the rotation frequency of the driving device 20E and the extension length of the massage end portion 42E of the massage element 40E, the position of the massage end portion 42E forming the protrusion at the massage contact portion 102E can be estimated, wherein a plurality of the mouthpiece portions 51E can be preset and fixed to the outer side of the position of the massage contact portion 102E forming the protrusion, respectively, so that the air pressure of the suction cavity 502 of the mouthpiece portion 51E can be changed to form a suction massage effect on the body part of the user through the suction port 501.
