Abstract
The invention discloses a flywheel damper integrated with a torque limiting device.A torque limiting main damper sub-assembly and a pre-damper sub-assembly form a radially distributed structure, and are connected through snap springs, so that the flywheel damper is convenient to disassemble quickly; the torsion limiting main vibration absorber subassembly is characterized in that friction plates are respectively installed on two sides of the outer diameter of a main vibration reduction steel sheet, flexible discs and pressure plates are arranged on two sides of each friction plate, a torsion limiting disc spring and a cover are arranged on the outer side of each pressure plate, the cover is fixed with the flexible discs, the axial space formed between the cover and the pressure plates is the compression stroke of the torsion limiting disc spring, and the torsion limiting disc spring compresses the friction plates through the pressure plates to achieve the torsion limiting function. The invention has the advantage that the problem of difficult disassembly of the flywheel damper after the action of the torque limiting device is solved through the quick disassembly type pre-damper subassembly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flywheel shock absorber, in particular to a flywheel shock absorber integrated with a torque limiting device, which is applied to a hybrid electric vehicle power assembly system.
Background
The flywheel damper is mainly applied to an automobile power assembly system, is usually arranged on a part between an engine and a gearbox, and provides the functions of damping and reducing noise for an automobile.
At present, in a hybrid electric vehicle, due to the use of an internal combustion engine, a shock absorber must be assembled at the output end of a crankshaft of the engine generally, and due to the particularity of the power assembly structure of some hybrid electric vehicles, a clutch with a torque limiting function is not installed between the engine and a gearbox, a flywheel shock absorber must have a torque limiting function in the application, and due to the addition of the torque limiting function, a crankshaft bolt assembling hole can be dislocated due to the action of a torque limiting device, so that a crankshaft bolt cannot be detached quickly and conveniently. This is where the application needs to be focused on.

The main vibration reduction steel sheet and the main vibration reduction cover plate are fixedly connected through flat pins, the spring assemblies are placed in a plurality of spring windows formed by the main vibration reduction steel sheet and the main vibration reduction cover plate, a shaft sleeve plate is placed between the main vibration reduction steel sheet and the main vibration reduction cover plate and plays a role of driving a spring, and a main vibration reduction damping ring, a damping disc spring and a disc spring seat are respectively arranged on two sides of the shaft sleeve plate.
The shaft sleeve plate is provided with a main vibration reduction driving groove and a pre-vibration reduction steel sheet clamping groove, and the main vibration reduction cover plate is provided with a clamp spring clamping groove.
The pre-vibration absorber subassembly comprises a spline, a pre-vibration-absorbing cover plate, a pre-vibration-absorbing steel sheet, a wave spring, a pre-vibration-absorbing damping ring and a pre-vibration-absorbing spring, wherein the pre-vibration-absorbing steel sheet is connected with the pre-vibration-absorbing cover plate, the pre-vibration-absorbing spring is placed in a plurality of spring windows formed by the pre-vibration-absorbing steel sheet and the pre-vibration-absorbing cover plate, the spline is arranged between the pre-vibration-absorbing steel sheet and the pre-vibration-absorbing cover plate and plays a role in driving the pre-vibration-absorbing spring and outputting torque.
A spline driving angle is arranged on the spline, and a pre-vibration-reduction steel sheet clamping angle is arranged on the pre-vibration-reduction steel sheet; when the torsion limiting main shock absorber sub-assembly and the pre-shock absorber sub-assembly are assembled, the spline driving angle is inserted into the main shock absorption driving groove, the clamping angle of the pre-shock absorption steel sheet is inserted into the clamping groove of the pre-shock absorption steel sheet, and the clamping spring is arranged in the clamping groove of the clamping spring to restrain and fix the two sub-assemblies.
The structure of the invention has the following excellent effects:
1) the flywheel damper is added with a part with a torsion limiting function, so that the flywheel damper has wider application in a hybrid power system;
2) the structure of the invention solves the problem that the flywheel damper is difficult to disassemble after the torque limiting device acts through the quick-disassembling pre-damper subassembly.

As shown in fig. 3, the flywheel damper integrated with the torque limiting device includes a torque limiting main damper subassembly 101 and a pre-damper subassembly 102, which are conveniently and quickly disassembled and assembled by a clamp spring 20.

The main vibration reduction steel sheet 6 and the main vibration reduction cover plate 9 are fixedly connected through a flat pin 7, spring assemblies formed by installing inner springs 11 in the centers of outer springs 10 are placed in a plurality of spring windows formed by the main vibration reduction steel sheet 6 and the main vibration reduction cover plate 9, the number of the spring windows is more than 2, the shaft sleeve plate 8 is placed between the main vibration reduction steel sheet 6 and the main vibration reduction cover plate 9 to play a role of driving the springs, and a main vibration reduction damping ring 12, a damping disc spring 13 and a disc spring seat 14 are respectively arranged on two sides of the shaft sleeve plate.

The pre-vibration damper subassembly 102 comprises a spline 15, a pre-vibration damper cover plate 16, a pre-vibration damper steel sheet 17, a wave spring 18, a pre-vibration damper damping ring 19 and a pre-vibration damper spring 21, wherein the pre-vibration damper steel sheet 17 and the pre-vibration damper cover plate 16 are fixed through welding or riveting, the pre-vibration damper spring 21 is placed in a plurality of spring windows formed by the pre-vibration damper steel sheet 17 and the pre-vibration damper cover plate 16, and the number of the windows is more than 2; the spline 15 is placed between the pre-vibration damping steel sheet 17 and the pre-vibration damping cover plate 16, and plays a role in driving the pre-vibration damping spring 21 and outputting torque, and the pre-vibration damping ring 19 and the wave spring 18 are respectively arranged on two sides of the spline 15.
As shown in fig. 3, the pre-damper subassembly 102 has a plurality of spline drive angles 1501 disposed on the splines 15 and a plurality of pre-damper steel plate slip angles 1701 disposed on the pre-damper steel plates 17. The shaft sleeve plate 8 of the torque-limiting main vibration absorber subassembly 101 is provided with a corresponding number of main vibration-damping driving grooves 801 and pre-vibration-damping steel sheet clamping grooves 802, and the main vibration-damping cover plate 9 is provided with a clamp spring clamping groove 901.
When the two sub-assemblies are assembled, the pre-vibration-reduction steel sheet clamping angle 1701 is arranged in the pre-vibration-reduction steel sheet clamping groove 802, the spline driving angle 1501 is arranged in the main vibration-reduction driving groove 801, the two sub-assemblies form a radial distribution structure after the two sub-assemblies are assembled in place, and then the clamp spring 20 is arranged in the clamp spring clamping groove 901 to restrain and fix the two sub-assemblies.
