Abstract
The invention discloses an application of river channel solid waste in an environment-friendly baking-free solid brick and a preparation method thereof, wherein the formula of the environment-friendly baking-free solid brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60% of tail mud, 40-60% of stone powder, 5-10% of sand, 10-25% of cement and 0.1-0.3% of curing agent, wherein the tail mud is a mud cake with the water content of less than 50%; the mud cake is processed by the following steps: and (3) pumping the oxidized and aerated mud sand with the particle size of less than 0.075mm into a mud-water separation system along with mud water, adding a flocculating agent to quickly precipitate under the action of an inclined plate, reacting the precipitated mud with the solid content of 10% by a mud pump, adding polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide into a pipeline mixer, and dewatering and squeezing the mud cake into a filter press.
