Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device for vegetable packaging which overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
The packaging equipment for packaging vegetables comprises a machine body, wherein an opening door for providing packaging bags is arranged on the lower side of the machine body, a moving rack is arranged on the lower side of the opening door, a working cavity is arranged on the right side of the opening door, an electric rotating wheel for pulling out the packaging bags is rotatably arranged in the working cavity, a moving rod is arranged on the right side of the opening door in a sliding manner in the left side wall body of the working cavity, a fixed sliding block for auxiliary clamping is fixedly arranged on the right side wall body of the moving rod, an auxiliary block for cutting and clamping is fixedly arranged on the right side wall body of the moving rod on the upper side of the fixed sliding block, a fixed block for opening a bag opening is arranged on the upper side of the moving rod, a fixing device for lower fixing when the bag opening is separated is arranged on the left end face and the right end face of the fixed sliding block, the cutting device for cutting and separating the bottom of the packaging bag is arranged in the wall body on the right side of the working cavity on the right side of the auxiliary block in a sliding manner, the hydraulic device is arranged in the machine body on the right side of the clamping and moving device, the fixed push rod cavity is arranged on the left side of the hydraulic device, the fixed push rod which is slidably mounted in the fixed push rod cavity is fixedly arranged on the left side of the hydraulic device, a reset spring is arranged between the wall body on the left side of the fixed push rod cavity and the fixed push rod, the left side of the fixed push rod cavity is connected with a pull rope, an opening device for automatically opening the bag mouth is arranged in the wall body on the right side of the working cavity on the right side of the fixed block in a sliding manner, a symmetrical sealing device is arranged on the left side and the right side of the working cavity on the upper side, the hydraulic pressure inslot slides and is equipped with the hydraulic stem, the hydraulic stem is close to working chamber one side sets firmly and is used for sealing the piece that seals to the wrapping bag of adorning vegetables.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the clamping and moving device comprises a moving cavity arranged in the machine body and on the upper side of the push slide rod, a reciprocating cavity is arranged on the left side of the moving cavity, a sliding cavity is arranged in the rear side wall body of the moving cavity, a rotating cavity is arranged in the upper side wall body of the moving cavity, a transmission gear cavity is arranged in the lower side wall body of the moving cavity and on the lower side of the rotating cavity, a clamping gear cavity is arranged on the right side of the transmission gear cavity, a reciprocating motor is fixedly arranged in the upper side wall body of the sliding cavity, a threaded rod is fixedly arranged on a power output shaft of the reciprocating motor, a sliding block is arranged on the threaded rod in a meshed manner, a clamping rod is arranged in the sliding block in a sliding manner, the lower side of the clamping rod is connected with a right clamping gear which is rotatably arranged on the front side and, the left side of the sliding rod is rotatably provided with a lower sliding rack, the lower side wall body of the sliding rod is meshed and connected with a large gear wheel which is rotatably arranged at the front side and the rear side in a transmission gear cavity, a driving motor is fixedly arranged in the rear side wall body of the transmission gear cavity, a power output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly arranged on a fixed rotating shaft of the large gear wheel, the front side of the large gear wheel is provided with a lower side synchronous pulley, the front side of the lower side synchronous pulley is fixedly provided with a left side synchronous pulley, a rotating wheel is rotatably arranged at the front side and the rear side in the rotating wheel cavity, the front side of the rotating wheel is fixedly provided with an upper side pulley, a rear side synchronous belt is arranged between the upper side pulley and the lower side synchronous pulley, the right side of the sliding rod in the working cavity is provided with an adherence sliding block, and a, the upper side and the lower side of the sliding cavity are provided with symmetrical small sliding cavities, small push rods are arranged in the small sliding cavities in a sliding mode, the left sides of the small push rods are fixedly provided with clamping push blocks which are slidably mounted on the sliding rods, the right side wall bodies of the small sliding cavities are provided with springs between the small push rods, the right side wall bodies of the sliding cavities are provided with clamping telescopic springs between the right sides of the sliding rods, and the right sides of the sliding rods are connected with linkage ropes connected with the right sides of the small push rods.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fixing device is arranged, so that the packaging bags needing to be cut and separated can be clamped and fixed, and the cutting efficiency is improved;
the clamping and moving device is arranged, so that the used working cavity can be supplemented with a packaging bag, and the device can continuously and efficiently work;
the cutting device is arranged and can be matched with the fixing device, so that the packaging bag can be effectively cut and separated.

When the packaging bags are clamped and cut, the hydraulic device 51 is started first, the hydraulic device 51 is started to drive the fixed push rod 68 to move leftwards, so that the clamping push rod 36 and the fixed slide block 63 are driven to move inwards to clamp the lower side of the whole packaging bag 58, the auxiliary block 57 and the cutting knife 85 are driven to move inwards to contact with the packaging bag 58, the starting motor 48 is started again, the starting motor 48 rotates to drive the left conical gear 50 to rotate, the left conical gear 50 rotates to drive the transmission shaft 102 to rotate, the transmission shaft 102 rotates to drive the cutting rotating gear 82 to rotate, the cutting rotating gear 82 rotates to drive the movable slide rod 80 to move forwards, the movable slide rod 80 moves forwards to drive the cutting knife 85 to rotate and cut the packaging bag 58 abutted by the auxiliary block 57, and therefore the packaging bags.
When the cut packaging bag is opened, the opening push rod 19 moves leftwards when the fixed push rod 68 moves leftwards, the fixed block 53 clamps the packaging bag sent by the clamping and moving device 902 at the moment, the cutting knife 85 contacts with the packaging bag 58 at the moment, the lower rotating gear 45 is meshed with the lower gear 47, the starting motor 48 is started, the starting motor 48 rotates to drive the cutting device 903 to classify the packaging tapes, then the lower side gear 47 rotates to drive the lower side rotating gear 45 to rotate, the lower side rotating gear 45 rotates to drive the lower side synchronous belt 44 to rotate, the lower side synchronous belt 44 rotates to drive the synchronous belt 43 to rotate, the synchronous belt 43 rotates to drive the upper side synchronous belt wheel 41 to rotate, the upper side synchronous belt wheel 41 rotates to drive the opening rotating wheel 40 to rotate, and the opening rotating wheel 40 rotates to drive the opening push rod 19 to move rightwards to stick to a packaging bag for opening and placing vegetables.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fixing device is arranged, so that the packaging bags needing to be cut and separated can be clamped and fixed, and the cutting efficiency is improved;
the clamping and moving device is arranged, so that the used working cavity can be supplemented with a packaging bag, and the device can continuously and efficiently work;
this is worth being equipped with cutting device, can cooperate with fixing device, makes the wrapping bag carry out effectual cutting separation.
