The invention aims to solve the defects that a personal protective article does not have the pathogen killing function, cannot meet comfortable requirements when being worn and cannot be reused, and provides a protective disinfection device which is convenient to wear, can realize pathogen killing and can be reused.
The protection disinfection device is characterized by comprising a ring neck ring and a breathing mask, wherein the ring neck ring and the breathing mask are both provided with cavities surrounded by a shell, the front end of the ring neck ring is connected with the bottom end of the breathing mask through a connecting part, the two connecting parts are provided with connecting through holes communicated with the cavities, the two connecting through holes are mutually communicated, the shape of an inner shell of the breathing mask corresponds to the shape of the face of a human body, the edge of the breathing mask is provided with a sealing ring which can be attached to the face of the human body, the nose and the mouth can only exchange air with the breathing mask, the shell of the ring neck ring is provided with an air inlet, the inner shell of the breathing mask is provided with a breathing mechanism corresponding to the nostrils and the mouth of the human body, the cavity between the air inlet and the breathing mask is provided with a disinfection mechanism, the outer shell of the breathing mask is provided with an exhaust through hole, a one-way valve is arranged in the exhaust through hole, and air exhaled by the human body can be exhausted outwards through the one-way valve after entering the breathing mask cavity, and outside air must enter from the ring neck ring and can reach the disinfection vent through the air inlet of the disinfection mechanism to the breathing mask.

The sterilizing mechanism is an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp.
A fan is arranged in the cavity between the air inlet and the breathing air vent, and the fan blows air to one side of the breathing air vent, so that the air circulation speed is increased, the air flow is ensured to quickly reach the breathing air vent of the human body, and the oxygen content requirement of the breathing air of the human body is met.
The connecting part of the annular neck ring and the breathing mask is a cylinder body, the annular neck ring and the breathing mask are connected through the cylinder body in an inserting mode, the breathing mask can rotate around the center line of the cylinder body, the breathing mask can be well matched with the rotation of the head of a human body, the fan is contained in the inner cavity of the cylinder body of the breathing mask, the air inlet end of the fan is connected with the cavity of the annular neck ring, and the air outlet end of the fan is connected with the cavity of the breathing mask.
The respiratory mask is protruded obliquely forwards corresponding to the nose part of the human body, the respiratory vent is formed in the inner side shell at the bottom of the protruded part, and the bottom of the protruded part is opposite to the air outlet end of the fan, so that the fan can directly pass through the respiratory vent through the blown clean air flow.
The air inlet is communicated with the air inlet, the air outlet is communicated in the cavity, and the air input through the air inlet is primarily purified through the filtering and purifying mechanism.
The fan and the disinfection mechanism are powered by batteries or by an external power supply through a power line, and the batteries are accommodated in the cavity of the annular neck ring or are independently arranged outside the annular neck ring and connected into the annular neck ring through a lead.
The protection disinfection device also comprises a controller which is accommodated in the annular neck ring cavity, an oxygen content gas sensor is accommodated in the cavity of the breathing mask, the oxygen content gas sensor and the fan are connected with the controller, and the controller controls the operation of the fan according to the set oxygen content solubility and the real-time oxygen content solubility sensed by the oxygen content gas sensor, so that automatic control is realized, and comfort requirements are better met.
The inner side of the annular neck ring is fixedly provided with a soft collar, the annular neck ring is supported between the annular neck ring and the human neck through the soft collar when the annular neck ring is worn, a good supporting and fixing effect is achieved on the annular neck ring, friction damage of the hard annular neck ring to the neck can be reduced, and wearing comfort is improved.
The soft collar is a thin-wall soft body with an air cavity inside, the soft collar is inflated and supported when the air cavity is inflated, the inner ring space of the ring neck ring can be increased when the air cavity is deflated, the soft collar is conveniently sleeved on the neck, and the soft collar is inflated into the air cavity after being sleeved on the neck.

The breathing mask can be further provided with goggles, the goggles are mounted on the breathing mask shell through the bendable supporting frames, the positions of the goggles can be adjusted, the glasses frames of the goggles are tightly attached to the eyesockets of a human body, the eyes and the external environment are blocked, and pathogens are prevented from invading the human body from the eyes.
When the novel breathing mask is used, the surface of the shell on the inner side of the breathing mask is sterilized firstly, the ring neck is sleeved on the neck during wearing, the sealing ring on the edge of the breathing mask is attached to a human face, the power switch is turned on to start the sterilizing mechanism and the fan, external air enters the filtering and purifying mechanism through the air inlet, enters the cavity after being filtered and purified, the sterilizing mechanism kills pathogens in the cavity, the sterilized clean air is blown into the cavity of the breathing mask by the fan, and is emitted into the nasal cavity or the oral cavity of the breathing port of the human body through the breathing vent, so that breathing gas exchange is completed, and the exhaled turbid gas is discharged to the external environment from the breathing vent and the check valve in the exhaust through hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the breathing cover with the cavity and capable of being sealed and attached to the face of the human body is arranged to form gas exchange, the breathing cover is supported by the annular neck ring with the cavity, and the air is disinfected and purified by the disinfection mechanism and the filtration and purification mechanism arranged in the annular neck ring cavity, so that the wearing type personal protection, the repeated use and the convenient carrying are realized.

As shown in figures 1-5, the novel breathing mask comprises a ring neck ring 1 and a breathing mask 2, wherein the ring neck ring 1 and the breathing mask 2 are provided with cavities surrounded by shells, the ring neck ring comprises two half rings, the rear ends of the two half rings are connected through a soft connecting piece 5, the front end of each half ring is provided with a half cylinder body, the half cylinders are fixedly combined to form a cylinder body which is used as a connecting part with the breathing mask 2, the bottom end of the breathing mask 2 is provided with a corresponding cylinder body which is used as a connecting part, the inner cavities of the two cylinder bodies are used as connecting through holes, the breathing mask 2 and the ring neck ring 1 are connected through the cylinder bodies in an opposite-inserting fit manner, and the two connecting through holes are mutually communicated and are communicated with the cavities of the ring neck ring 1 and the breathing mask 2. The shape of the inner side shell of the breathing cover 2 corresponds to the shape of the face of a human body, a sealing ring which can be attached to the face of the human body is arranged at the edge of the breathing cover, an air inlet 11 is formed in the shell of the annular neck ring 1, a breathing air vent 21 is formed in the inner side shell of the bottom surface of the bottom of the protruding part and the inclined inner side shell, the breathing air vent 21 corresponds to the nostrils and the mouth of the human body, and an air channel which is communicated from the air inlet 11 to the breathing air vent 21 is formed. The inner side of the annular neck ring 1 is fixedly provided with a soft collar 4, the soft collar 4 is a thin-wall soft body with an air cavity arranged therein, air filled in the air cavity bulges when the annular neck ring is worn, the annular neck ring is supported between the annular neck ring and the human neck, a good supporting and fixing effect is achieved on the annular neck ring, friction damage of the rigid annular neck ring to the neck can be reduced, and wearing comfort is improved. The inner ring space of the ring neck ring can be increased when the air is shrunken, the ring is conveniently sleeved on the neck, and the air cavity is inflated after the ring is sleeved on the neck.
The cavity of the annular neck ring is internally provided with a filtering and purifying mechanism 8, a sterilizing mechanism 6, a battery and a controller 7, the inner cavity of the cylinder of the breathing mask 2 is internally provided with a fan 7, and the cavity of the breathing mask 2 is internally provided with an oxygen content gas sensor near a breathing vent. The air inlet end of the fan 7 is connected with the cavity of the annular neck ring 1, and the air outlet end of the fan is connected with the cavity of the breathing cover 2. The air input end of the filtering and purifying mechanism 8 is communicated with the air inlet 11, the air output end is communicated in the cavity, and the air input by the air inlet is primarily purified through the filtering and purifying mechanism. The sterilizing mechanism 6 is an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp which is positioned in an air passage between the filtering and purifying mechanism 8 and the fan 7.
The controller comprises an integrated circuit board, a singlechip and a relay, wherein the fan 7 and the disinfection mechanism 6 are connected with a battery and an external power supply interface through a power supply circuit with the relay, and are powered by the battery or powered by an external power supply through a conversion power line. The relay is connected with the singlechip through a control circuit on the integrated circuit board, the oxygen content gas sensor is connected with the singlechip through a signal amplifying circuit on the integrated circuit board, and the singlechip is connected with the battery and an external power interface through a power supply circuit. The controller controls the operation of the fan according to the set oxygen content solubility and the real-time oxygen content solubility sensed by the oxygen content gas sensor, so that automatic control is realized.
As a further embodiment, the battery may be provided separately outside the collar and connected to the collar by a wire. The breathing mask 2 can be further provided with goggles, the goggles are mounted on the breathing mask shell through the bendable supporting frames, the positions of the goggles can be adjusted, the glasses frames of the goggles are tightly attached to the eyesockets of a human body, the eyes and the external environment are blocked, and pathogens are prevented from invading the human body from the eyes.
