Abstract
The invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus diseases and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide compounding. The active ingredients of the pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating the peanut stripe virus disease are brassinolide and ningnanmycin; the concentration ratio of brassinolide to ningnanmycin in the medicinal composition is 0.1-0.3: 80. The brassinolide and ningnanmycin compound in the pharmaceutical composition has better prevention effect on PStV than that of a single agent, and has obvious promotion effect on growth and yield of peanuts.

Background
Peanut Stripe virus (PStV) is widely prevalent in Peanut producing areas in China, is the most serious in northern planting areas, and has the most serious influence on the Peanut industry in China in virus diseases. The popular years are in Hebei and Beijing in North China, Henan in China, Shaanxi in northwest China, Liaoning in northeast China, peanut planting areas in Shandong, Anhui, Jiangsu and other provinces (cities) in east China, the common planting areas have more than 50 percent of peanut plants, and some plots or even all plots have diseases, so that the yield reduction of peanuts is serious and the quality is reduced. The prevention and treatment of peanut stripe virus mostly adopts a method of planting disease-resistant varieties, and effective prevention and treatment measures are lacked. At present, the natural product antiviral preparation has more researches on resisting virus diseases of solanaceae crops, but reports on application of the natural product antiviral preparation to peanut virus diseases are not found.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus diseases and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus disease contains brassinolide and ningnanmycin as effective components; the concentration ratio of brassinolide to ningnanmycin in the medicinal composition is 0.1-0.3: 80.
On the basis of the scheme, the concentration ratio of the brassinolide to the ningnanmycin in the pharmaceutical composition is 0.3: 80.
The pharmaceutical composition is applied to preventing and treating peanut stripe virus diseases, promoting peanut growth and improving peanut yield.
A method for preventing and treating stripe virus disease of peanut, promoting peanut growth, improving peanut output at the same time, add water and dilute the above-mentioned pharmaceutical composition until the brassinolide concentration is 0.1-0.3 mg/L, the concentration of ningnanmycin is 80 mg/L; and uniformly spraying peanut plants.

The PStV control effect (45.0%) of the combination of Brassinolide and Ningnanmycin in the pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus diseases is higher than that of the combination of single-dose Brassinolide (36.1%) and Ningnanmycin (34.5%), the promotion effect on peanut growth and yield is obvious, and the improvement of the flower yield (35.6%) of the combination of the Brassinolide and the Ningnanmycin (21.2%) is better than that of the combination of single-dose Brassinolide (13.8%) and the Ningnanmycin.

Example 1
A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus disease contains brassinolide and ningnanmycin as effective components; the concentration of brassinolide in the medicinal composition is 0.1mg/L, the concentration of ningnanmycin is 80mg/L, and the balance is water.
Example 2
A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus disease contains brassinolide and ningnanmycin as effective components; the concentration of brassinolide in the medicinal composition is 0.2mg/L, the concentration of ningnanmycin is 80mg/L, and the balance is water.
Example 3
A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating peanut stripe virus disease contains brassinolide and ningnanmycin as effective components; the concentration of brassinolide in the medicinal composition is 0.3mg/L, the concentration of ningnanmycin is 80mg/L, and the balance is water.
Test of drug efficacy
The test is arranged at a Laxi test station of peanut research institute in Shandong province, the selected plot peanuts are continuously planted for 12 years, the PStV diseases are serious in the past year, and the disease incidence rate in 2017 and 2018 reaches more than 85%. Adopting ridge culture and film covering for planting, the ridge distance is 85cm, the ridge surface width is 55cm, the ridge ascending distance is 30cm, the hole distance is 15.7cm, and the peanut density is 15 ten thousand holes/hm22 seeds per hole are cultivated in a mulching film.

The brassinolide single agent, the ningnanmycin single agent and the compound agent are uniformly sprayed on peanut plants by an electric sprayer for 10 kg/mu, sowed in 5 months and 2 days, and applied for 2 days in 6 months, 17 days in 6 months and 2 days in 7 months respectively for 3 times in total. And (5) investigating the disease condition 14 days after the last pesticide application, and counting the prevention and treatment effect.

during harvesting, 20 plants are randomly selected for each treatment, and the main stem height, the lateral branch length, the branch number of each plant, the pod number of each plant and the plumpness rate are investigated, and the yield is calculated after the pods are dried in the sun and indoor seed test. Excel and sps software is used for carrying out variance analysis on the prevention and treatment effect of the virus diseases, and a Duncan's new repolarization method is used for carrying out difference significance test.

As can be seen from Table 3, both the brassinolide and the ningnanmycin have certain control effects on PStV, and after the two medicaments are compounded according to a certain proportion, the control effects are obviously better than those of a single medicament, wherein the treatment effect of V is the best, the control effect can reach 45.0 percent, and the control effect is better than that of the single medicament of brassinolide (0.3mg/L, the control effect is 36.1 percent) and that of the ningnanmycin (80mg/L, the control effect is 34.5 percent), which shows that the compounding of the two medicaments has a synergistic effect. The brassinolide has the best control effect at the concentration of 0.3mg/L no matter whether a single agent or a compound agent is used (Table 3).

As can be seen from Table 4, the treatment with brassinolide and ningnanmycin single or compound agent is better than the control in the stem height, the side branch length and the branch number; the number of single plant fruits, the number of full fruits, the weight of all kernels, the kernel yield and the yield are all obviously higher than those of the control. The yield of the brassinolide and the ningnanmycin which are singly used are increased, wherein the brassinolide (0.3mg/L) and the ningnanmycin (80mg/L) are respectively increased by 13.8 percent and 21.2 percent compared with a control; the yield increasing effect of the treatment V is best, and the yield is increased by 35.6%. The compound preparation is shown to have synergistic effect on the control effect and the yield of the peanut virus (Table 4).
