Abstract

As the 1000kV ultrahigh voltage transmission line in China just starts to be established and operated, no dominant fault occurs at present. According to the structural characteristics of the insulator string synthesized by the jumper wire of the extra-high voltage line and the hardware related to the insulator string, the technical difficulty in replacing the insulator string synthesized by the jumper wire of the extra-high voltage line is analyzed, and a replacement scheme aiming at the insulator string synthesized by the jumper wire of the 1000kV extra-high voltage line is researched. The advantages of live insulator replacement are as follows: in the replacement process, the power supply does not need to be cut off, the power failure can be avoided, and the normal power supply is ensured.
One end of the insulator is connected with the cross arm of the power transmission iron tower, and the other end of the insulator is connected with the power transmission cable. The insulator can bear larger axial tension load under normal state due to the tension of the transmission cable, so that the insulator is in a tight state, and the insulator is difficult to replace.

When the connecting seat is connected with the cross arm, the angle steel card on the cross arm is clamped into the clamping groove, and the screw rod is axially moved by rotating the screw rod, so that the pressing plate is pushed to move, the pressing plate is enabled to press the angle steel on the cross arm, and the connecting seat is more stable in connection.
