It should be noted that, the integrated management platform 108 may query basic information of all communities of all community-level management and control platforms 101 in each community in the jurisdiction, such as personnel passing information, vehicle passing information, community resident information, and the like, and the integrated management platform 108 may query which communities the personnel go according to the personnel's identification card number or personnel name, and query which people go to the community in a certain time period according to the community name and time conditions, and the like.
The community management system further comprises parking lot vehicle collection equipment arranged in the parking lot.
The parking lot vehicle acquisition equipment is used for acquiring vehicle information of a parking lot, parking space quantity information of the parking lot and vacant parking space information, and sending the vehicle information of the parking lot, the parking space quantity information of the parking lot and the vacant parking space information to the community-level management and control platform 101 for display.
The parking lot collecting devices are arranged in the parking lot of the community, and the number of the parking lot collecting devices can be multiple.
And displaying the acquired parking space quantity and the acquired vacant parking space information of the district parking lot to a user, so that the user can park in the district parking lot quickly and conveniently.

A community management system for managing a plurality of cells within a county, jurisdiction, the system comprising: the community-level management and control platform is respectively connected with personnel information acquisition equipment, visitor registration equipment, pedestrian passageway gate, vehicle information acquisition equipment and vehicle passageway gate arranged at the exit/entrance of each cell; the system comprises at least one superior management and control platform, an integrated management platform, a person and certificate integrated verification device arranged at the exit/entrance of a cell, and at least one parking lot vehicle acquisition device arranged in a parking lot of each cell;
Each personnel information acquisition device is used for acquiring personnel information corresponding to personnel entering/exiting a community and sending the personnel information to the community-level management and control platform, wherein the personnel information comprises at least one of face images, identity card information and biological characteristic information;
each vehicle information acquisition device is used for acquiring vehicle information corresponding to vehicles entering/exiting a community and sending the vehicle information to the community-level management and control platform;
the visitor registration device is used for collecting visitor information of visitors and sending the visitor information to the community-level management and control platform;
each community-level management and control platform is used for identifying the identity of a person entering/exiting the community according to the received personnel information and the visitor information, controlling the switching state of the pedestrian passageway gate, identifying the identity of a vehicle entering/exiting the community according to the received vehicle information, and controlling the switching state of the vehicle passageway gate; recording personnel passing data and vehicle passing data entering/exiting the community and sending the personnel passing data and the vehicle passing data to an upper-level management and control platform connected with the community-level management and control platform in real time; the personnel pass data includes: personnel transit time, personnel name, identification card number and cell name;
The upper management and control platform is used for sending the received personnel traffic data and vehicle traffic data sent by each community-level management and control platform in the district to the comprehensive management platform;
the comprehensive management platform is used for comparing the personnel passing data of each cell sent by the upper management and control platform with the information in the person attention library to identify attention personnel, or comparing the vehicle passing data with the information in the vehicle attention library to identify attention vehicles;
the personnel and evidence integrated verification equipment sends the identity card information and the biological characteristic information corresponding to the personnel to be inspected to the community-level management and control platform for inspection and comparison to judge whether the identity card information and the biological characteristic information of the personnel to be inspected are information of the same person;
the community-level management and control platform is further used for comparing and analyzing personnel traffic data or vehicle traffic data corresponding to special personnel acquired in a recent period with personnel traffic data or vehicle traffic data corresponding to the special personnel in a history contemporaneous state, obtaining personnel information or vehicle information corresponding to the special personnel in the history contemporaneous travel rule but without travel records in the recent period, and generating prompt information, wherein the special personnel comprises: old, weak, sick and disabled people;
The parking lot vehicle acquisition equipment is used for acquiring vehicle information of the parking lot, the parking space quantity information of the parking lot and the vacant parking space information, and sending the vehicle information of the parking lot, the parking space quantity information of the parking lot and the vacant parking space information to the community-level management and control platform for display;
the upper management and control platform and the integrated management and control platform are also used for inquiring the personnel passing data and the vehicle passing data recorded by the community-level management and control platform in each district in the district, inquiring the district which is to be inquired for by the personnel to be inquired according to the identification card number or the name of the personnel to be inquired, inquiring according to the district name and the time condition, and obtaining the personnel which reach the district corresponding to the district name in the time period corresponding to the time condition.
