Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗清洗剂,尤其涉及一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂。它适用于医疗机构的医疗器械手工清洗、自动清洗机和超声波清洗机等,其应用范围包括外科、内科、齿科、妇产科所使用的手术器械以及各类内窥镜如胃镜、肠镜和腹腔镜等。
背景技术
医疗手术器械和内窥镜等器械在手术或检查使用中,会沾有大量生物污染物如血液、蛋白、粘膜组织和脂肪等。这些附着的污染物干枯会极强地附在医疗器械表层,物理或化学清洁剂无法快速、彻底分解和清除这些残留物,从而存在污染,影响器械的后续使用。
现有开发出的多酶清洗剂,包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶等能够通过水解反应将血液、蛋白和脂肪等生物污染物分解成溶于水的物质而将其清除。
然而目前市场上医疗用酶清洗剂通常作用缓慢,清洗过程长,仅局限于生物残留物的清除,并且多酶之间的相互影响会降低其去污能力,无法有效地脱除金属表面无机污物、对生物残留物中病毒和病菌不具备杀灭功能,对器械金属表面也会产生腐蚀斑点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂,它解决了上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,能够快速、有效、彻底地清除所有类型的生物污染物,如血液、蛋白质、细胞碎屑、人体组织、分泌物、粘液、唾液和粪便,对病毒病菌有很好的杀灭功能,同时具有保护金属表面免受腐蚀。
技术方案如下所示:
一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂,包含表面活性剂、防锈剂和助剂等,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂如烷基聚萄糖苷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,以及阴离子表面活性剂如仲烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。本发明的配方质量组成为非离子表面活性剂0.3%~2%,阴离子表面活性剂0.3%~2%,防锈剂为三乙醇胺0.1%-2%、乌洛托品0.1%-2%,防腐剂为丙酸钙1%-5%、助剂为乙醇1%-5%、余量为去离子水。本发明的脱酯剂能够迅速有效地清除马口铁金属表面的油脂及污染物,并对金属表面具有良好的防锈作用。
进一步说明的是,本发明的抗病毒抗菌的复合酶清洗剂在稀释成工作液后,其pH值处在7.0-9.0范围,呈现中性或弱碱性,对所有材料包括塑料、玻璃和各类金属都安全可靠,对金属表面具有很好的防锈功能。
进一步说明的是,所采用的表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基聚葡萄糖苷等,在水中不电离,其亲水基团主要是由一定数量的含氧基团(醚基和羟基)构成,比离子表面活性剂具有稳定性好,不受电解质、酸和碱影响,且兼容性好、易于复配,不与固体表面发生强烈吸附,协同效果好。
进一步说明的是,所采用的复合酶是包括强活性的蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶等生物酶,对血渍、蛋白和脂肪类生物污物有很好的清洗效果,采用的酶稳定剂对复合酶的活性有很好的保护作用,采用的非离子表面活性剂如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基聚葡萄糖苷等具有强的渗透性和湿润性,对脱除生物污物,特别是干的生物污垢有很好的清洗效果。
再进一步说明的是,所采用的抗病毒抗菌剂如大蒜素和生姜提取物,对病毒和病菌有很好的清除功能。所采用的防腐剂丙酸钙和防锈剂三乙醇胺对金属器械具有很好的保护功能。

①本发明提供的复合酶清洗剂能够在无须预处理(保持器械表层湿润)和超声波的条件下快速清洗所有医疗器械。
②本发明提供的复合酶清洗剂,使用时可将清洗剂稀释到100~300倍,来适应不同条件下的污染物的清洗。通常情况下,仅需2~5min就可以完成整个生物残留物的分解过程。
③本发明根据原料产品规格和特性,本发明的复合酶清洗剂所使用的原料均为可生物降解,无毒,对环境无害,经稀释后工作溶液。呈清澈透明溶液,无任何浑浊,在清洗过程中一直保持极低泡沫甚至无泡沫的状态,可适用于所有的自动循环清洗机和超声波清洗机。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵1%、烷基聚葡萄糖苷3.5%、复合酶(蛋白酶:脂肪酶:淀粉酶=3:0.1:0.1)2.5%、酶稳定剂5%、大蒜素2%、生姜提取物2%、三乙醇胺1%、丙酸钙1%、pH调节剂0.1%、乙醇5%、香精0.1%、色素0.1%,去离子水73.7%。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵7.5%、烷基聚葡萄糖苷2%、复合酶(蛋白酶:脂肪酶:淀粉酶=1:1:1)4%、酶稳定剂12%、大蒜素1.5%、生姜提取物2%、三乙醇胺1.2%、丙酸钙1.5%、pH调节剂1.2%、乙醇4%、香精0.1%、色素0.1%,去离子水62.9%。
本发明制得的复合酶清洗剂1、复合酶清洗剂2、复合酶清洗剂3、复合酶清洗剂4,通过在制备过程中进行了低泡实验、浊点实验、清洗效果实验、杀毒灭菌实验和缓蚀性能实验。
(1)低泡实验
本发明的医疗器械抗病毒抗菌的复合酶清洗剂在工作状态时,呈现低泡至无泡的状态,属于低泡清洗剂,其低泡性能达到并超过国外进口的同类产品。
(2)浊点实验
将本发明的医疗器械抗病毒抗菌的复合酶清洗剂与自来水按照1:100和1:300比例稀释,并使溶液温度从10℃~60℃程序升温,两种工作溶液始终保持清澈透明状态,而无浑浊现象。
(3)清洗效果实验
对人体血液的新鲜样本和干枯样本,通过本发明的医疗器械抗病毒抗菌的复合酶清洗剂进行清洗,去污率均达99.99%。
(4)杀毒杀菌实验
本发明的医疗器械抗病毒抗菌的单酶复合清洗剂对病毒、病菌具有很强的杀灭能力。
(5)缓蚀性能实验
本发明的医疗器械抗病毒抗菌的复合酶清洗剂1-4对金属器械具有很好的防菌、防锈能力,其缓蚀率达99%以上。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗病毒抗菌剂为大蒜素、生姜提取物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述助剂为乙醇、香精、色素。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为丙酸钙。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医疗器械抗菌抗毒的复合酶清洗剂,其具体组成为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐1%~10%、烷基苷1%~5%、复合酶1%-5%、酶稳定剂5%-15%、大蒜素0.5%-1%、生姜提取物0.5%-2%、pH调节剂0.1%-2%、三乙醇胺1%-2%、丙酸钙1%-3%、乙醇2%-5%、香精0.1%、色素0.1%,余量为去离子水。
