The backrest plate 9 and the leg plate 3 are rotated to the upper part in a horizontal state. The leg massage mechanism 5 and the second massage mechanism 8 are then mounted. The leg massage mechanism 5 is inserted into the positioning hole through the insertion rod 29 at the end part, so that the slide rail 27 can rotate on the upper part of the leg plate 3, and after the position of the leg massage mechanism 5 is adjusted, the magnet plate 28 at the bottom of the slide rail 27 is adhered and fixed with the leg plate 3, so that the leg massage mechanism 5 can be stably installed on the upper part of the leg plate 3. The second massage mechanism 8 is inserted into the positioning hole through the insertion rod 29 at the end part, so that the slide rail 27 can rotate on the upper part of the handrail 6, and after the position of the second massage mechanism 8 is adjusted, the magnet plate 28 at the bottom of the slide rail 27 is adhered and fixed with the handrail 6, so that the second massage mechanism 8 can be stably installed on the upper part of the handrail 6.
The moving plate 22 is removed from the upper portion of the housing tube 25, the user's leg is put into the sleeve 23 inside the leg massage mechanism 5, the arm is put into the sleeve 23 inside the second massage mechanism 8, and then the moving plate 22 is mounted on the upper portion of the housing tube 25. During installation, the plugs 30 at the two ends of the moving plate 22 are inserted into the insertion grooves 31, so that the moving plate 22 is not easy to fall off during use. Access to the interior of the sleeve 23 for the legs and arms is simple and convenient for the user.
When massage is needed, the electric sliding plates 26 in the leg massage mechanism 5 and the second massage mechanism 8 move on the sliding rails 27, and then the shell barrel 25 is driven to move on the sliding rails 27, so that the inner sleeve 23 is driven to move together, the inner massage cushion 24 in the sleeve 23 massages the arms and the legs, and the massage position can be continuously moved. When the electric skateboard 26 moves back and forth on the slide rails 27, the inner massage cushion 24 can massage arms and legs comprehensively, the massage effect is better, the efficiency is higher, and the human body is more comfortable.
Meanwhile, the third massage mechanism 10 massages the back in use, the driving motor drives a driving shaft 17 to rotate, and further drives a plurality of massage wheels 18 on the outer portion to rotate, and the massage wheels 18 further massage the back. In the rotating process of the massage wheels 18, the inner inserted rod 29 drives the driving roller 20 to rotate through the groove 19, so as to drive the adjacent driving shafts 17 to rotate, a plurality of driving shafts 17 can run simultaneously, and a plurality of massage wheels 18 can massage the back fully. Meanwhile, one driving motor can drive a plurality of driving shafts 17 to operate simultaneously, so that energy consumption in use is saved, and use cost is reduced.
The sleeve 23, the first massage cushion 4 and the second massage cushion 7 can be replaced according to actual needs in use, so that different users can select different massage instruments for massage. The first massage cushion 4 and the second massage cushion 7 are both fixedly installed through suckers, so that the disassembly and the installation are convenient and quick. The sleeve 23 is connected with the housing tube 25 by screw threads, so that the sleeve is not easy to fall off after installation. The replacement is simple and convenient, the efficiency is high, and different working requirements can be met.

1. A massage method for rehabilitation therapy is characterized in that the following medical instruments for massage are adopted: the leg massage device comprises a bearing plate (21), leg plates (3) and a back plate (9), wherein the leg plates (3) are rotatably installed below one end of the bearing plate (21), the back plate (9) is rotatably installed above the other end of the bearing plate (21), a detachable second massage cushion (7) is installed at the top of the bearing plate (21), handrails (6) are rotatably installed on two sides of the top of the bearing plate (21), and a detachable second massage mechanism (8) is installed on one opposite side of each of the two handrails (6);
a detachable first massage cushion (4) is arranged at the upper part of the leg plate (3), and detachable leg massage mechanisms (5) are arranged on both sides of the upper part of the first massage cushion (4);
the leg massage mechanism (5) and the second massage mechanism (8) both comprise a sliding rail (27), one end of the bottom of the sliding rail (27) is connected with an insert rod (29), the other end of the bottom of the sliding rail (27) is connected with a magnet plate (28), positioning holes matched with the insert rod (29) are formed in the side faces of the leg plate (3) and the handrail (6), and one ends of the leg massage mechanism (5) and the second massage mechanism (8) are inserted into the positioning holes through the insert rod (29); the leg plate (3) and the handrail (6) are made of iron materials;
an electric sliding plate (26) is slidably mounted at the upper part of the sliding rail (27), an outer shell barrel (25) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the electric sliding plate (26), a sleeve (23) is connected to the inner part of the outer shell barrel (25) in a threaded manner, an inner layer massage cushion (24) is mounted on the inner wall of the sleeve (23), the upper part of the sleeve (23) is arranged in an open manner, and a detachable moving plate (22) is mounted at the upper part of the outer shell barrel (25);
a third massage mechanism (10) is arranged inside the backrest plate (9), a detachable first massage cushion (4) is also arranged on the upper part of the backrest plate (9), and the first massage cushion (4) covers the third massage mechanism (10);
the bearing plate (21) is arranged on the upper part of the main frame (2), and the main frame (2) is arranged on the upper part of the base (1);
the two ends of the side surface of the top of the bearing plate (21) are both connected with a supporting plate (11), and the two ends of the bottom of the handrail (6) are both rotatably connected with the supporting plates (11);
