Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paper diapers, in particular to a paper diaper with a multilayer core.
Background
The paper diaper products are classified into infant paper diapers and adult paper diapers, which are mainly used for infants, hospitals and incontinent patients requiring nursing care, and the performance requirements thereof are high absorbability, breathability and comfort.
The traditional paper diaper consists of a bottom film, a core body and a surface layer. The paper diaper has a large absorption capacity, and can be changed after the paper diaper is saturated after absorbing urine for a plurality of times. But after absorbing urine for the first time, the urine passes through the surface layer, and user's skin will be followed the surface layer contact that receives the urine to pass for a long time, and it is not changed after reaching the saturation to reach panty-shape diapers.
Because the replacement of the paper diaper is troublesome and the price is relatively high, in order to reduce the replacement frequency of the paper diaper, the existing method generally places an additional diaper in the worn paper diaper, and only the diaper can be replaced after the diaper absorbs urine without replacing the whole paper diaper, so that the replacement steps of a user are greatly simplified. However, this method has many disadvantages, such as the defect that the diaper and the diaper are not matched in size, the diaper and the diaper need to be adjusted when in use, the wearing is difficult, the wearing is not tight, the tightness is not good, and the urine leakage is caused, and the cost is too high because the diaper and the diaper are two products.
For example, a manifold panty-shape diapers of application number CN201810711290.9, including the first panty-shape diapers body, the intermediate position of the upper end of the first panty-shape diapers body has the fixed plate, install first test paper on the fixed plate, the second test paper is installed to the below of second permeable paper, elastic waistline is installed on the top of the ventilative layer of top layer. Although the diaper has the function of reminding the user of replacing the diaper in time, the whole diaper needs to be replaced when the diaper is replaced, so that the diaper is inconvenient to use and high in replacement cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the paper diaper with the multilayer core, which can be repeatedly used for many times, has simple use method and low cost, and aims to overcome the defects that the paper diaper in the prior art can only be used once, is inconvenient to replace and has higher cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the paper diaper with the multilayer core body is characterized in that an absorption part in the paper diaper is formed by connecting and combining a plurality of layers of mutually separable absorption layers, and each absorption layer can be independently used for absorbing urine.
The paper diaper is different from the paper diaper in the prior art in that the absorption part of the prior paper diaper can only be used once, so that the whole paper diaper can only be used once, and the whole paper diaper needs to be replaced during replacement, so that the use is troublesome and the cost is high. The paper diaper is characterized in that the absorbent part of the paper diaper is formed by connecting and combining a plurality of mutually separable absorbent layers, and after the uppermost absorbent layer absorbs enough urine, only the uppermost absorbent layer needs to be detached, so that the absorbent layer of the second layer can become a new absorbent layer which is in contact with a user.
The prior art and the prior art also have a structure that the absorption layer can be separated, but the separation in the prior art belongs to destructive separation, and the paper diaper can not be used any more after being separated, but the separation between the absorption layer and the absorption layer in the invention does not cause the paper diaper to be used any more, and belongs to non-destructive separation.
Meanwhile, the shape, size and area of the absorption layers are the same as those of the absorption layers in the diaper, so that each absorption layer can be close to the body of a user, the problem of urine leakage is solved, and the cost is lower compared with the cost of integrally replacing the diaper and additionally using the diaper.
Preferably, the absorbent layer comprises a surface layer disposed on the surface of the absorbent layer, a bottom film disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer, and an absorbent core sandwiched between the surface layer and the bottom film.
Preferably, the left side and the right side above the surface layer are respectively provided with a layer of three-dimensional enclosure.
Preferably, the absorption layers are fixedly connected through non-woven fabrics with tearing lines arranged on the surfaces.
According to the invention, the non-woven fabric with the tearing line is used between the upper and lower absorption layers, and when the non-woven fabric needs to be replaced, the non-woven fabric is only torn along the tearing line, so that the uppermost absorption layer can be conveniently taken down.
Preferably, the nonwoven fabric comprises a tear line disposed between the midpoints of the upper and lower absorbent layers and a tear line disposed adjacent to the lower absorbent layer.
The surface of the non-woven fabric is provided with two tearing lines, wherein the tearing line positioned between the middle points of the two absorption layers can facilitate a user to tear off the upper absorption layer, and the user can exert force more conveniently. And the purpose that is close to the tear line setting of below absorbed layer can be torn the remaining non-woven fabrics that is located new absorbed layer top for this part non-woven fabrics can not rub the user, prevents the phenomenon such as red swelling allergy of appearing.
Preferably, the upper end of the non-woven fabric is fixedly connected with the bottom film of the upper absorption layer, and the lower end of the non-woven fabric is fixedly connected with the inner side of the three-dimensional enclosure of the lower absorption layer.
Preferably, a plurality of flow guide layers are uniformly distributed between the surface layer and the absorption core body.
Set up the water conservancy diversion layer and can effectively be with urine homodisperse for the absorbent layer can all-round utilization, and it is too much to prevent that the partly urine volume of absorbing of absorbent layer from appearing, and the absorbent layer of surplus portion then can't further absorb the urine.
Preferably, the flow guide layer can be divided into a plurality of layers in the vertical direction, and the upper and lower adjacent flow guide layers are arranged in a staggered manner in the horizontal direction.
The diversion layer is arranged in a staggered mode, so that the diversion effect of the whole paper diaper on urine can be effectively improved.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the paper diaper can be repeatedly used for many times;
(2) the replacement steps of the paper diaper are simple, and the use cost is low;
(3) the utility model is more fit with the user and the urine leakage phenomenon can not occur.
