本发明属于石英陶瓷辊技术领域,具体地,涉及一种防腐耐热石英陶瓷辊道生产工艺。
背景技术

如专利公开号:CN104140196A,公开了一种熔融石英陶瓷空心辊的生产方法,该方法属于熔融石英陶瓷领域,以10-30目熔融石英粉、30-50目熔融石英粉、50-80目熔融石英粉、200目以上熔融石英粉、纳米胶、聚丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾、四甲基乙二胺为原料,以掺混机、球磨机、成型机、梭式窑炉、外园磨床和镗床为设备,通过掺混、球磨、制浆、浇注、脱模、干燥、烧结、精加工等一系列工艺制成熔融石英陶瓷空心辊,具有使用设备少、工艺简单、无污染废弃物排放、产品质量好等一系列优点,产品熔融石英陶瓷空心辊在1200℃以下具有优异的热性能、化学稳定性能和电绝缘性能。然而,该现有专利公开的生产方法,工序复杂,生产成本高。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐耐热石英陶瓷辊道生产工艺,所述生产工艺,采用特制的石英陶瓷辊原料制成石英陶瓷辊,制得的石英陶瓷辊强度高、防腐耐热性能好,石英陶瓷辊与轴套之间采用特制的粘结剂连接,装配稳固,所述石英陶瓷辊道可以作为水平钢化炉、硅钢热处理等生产线中的水平输送辊道使用,所述石英陶瓷辊道具有与密度高,强度大,高温变形小,辊道光滑细腻,径向跳动小等优点,从而被广泛应用于水平钢化炉中承载和传输玻璃。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种防腐耐热石英陶瓷辊道生产工艺,所述生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)配制浆料:取搅拌机,加入生产石英陶瓷辊所需的配料加入搅拌机,加入胶粘剂和水,配料、胶粘剂和水的质量比为5:1:4,在2000~3000转/分的转速下,搅拌1~2小时,得到浆料;
2)压制:将步骤1)所得浆料送入石英陶瓷辊模具,合模,在100~200Mpa下加压放置36~48小时,开模,晾干,得石英陶瓷坯辊;
3)烧结:将步骤2)所得石英陶瓷坯辊送入窑炉,升温至1500~1600℃,烧结1~2小时,冷却至室温,得石英陶瓷辊;
4)组装:在步骤3)所得石英陶瓷辊两端套设轴套,并用粘结剂粘结,得到石英陶瓷辊道。
进一步地,步骤1)中所述胶粘剂为羧甲基纤维素。
进一步地,生产石英陶瓷辊所需配料包括如下重量份的成分:熔融石英粉:40~50份,氧化铝:20~40份,二氧化锆:5~10份,防腐剂:1~5份,耐热剂:1~5份。

3)烧结:将步骤2)所得石英陶瓷坯辊送入窑炉,升温至1500~1600℃,烧结1~2小时,冷却至室温,得石英陶瓷辊;
4)组装:在步骤3)所得石英陶瓷辊两端套设轴套,并用粘结剂粘结,得到石英陶瓷辊道。
