Background
The packaging bag is generally made of composite plastic films, the bottom of the packaging bag is square, the packaging bag is unfolded to be similar to a paper box, the length, the width and the height can be different, and the packaging bag is custom-made according to different sizes of products to be packaged. The package typically has 5 sides, an upper (front, lower) and lower (back, lower) film, two side gussets (sides), and a bottom (bottom, lower). The unique construction of the package determines that it is convenient to package a three-dimensional or square product. The bag not only takes the packaging meaning of the traditional plastic bag into consideration, but also fully expands the novel packaging thought.
The processing equipment of traditional wrapping bag is to the last membrane of two piece at least membrane material processing formation wrapping bag, lower membrane and carrier film, and the last membrane, lower membrane and the carrier film of the wrapping bag that obtain through this equipment are independent split structure, or lower membrane and carrier film as an organic whole, and with last membrane separation's structure, under this kind of structure, the separation department between membrane and the membrane is fastened through scalding the pressure mode, scalds pressure department fastness and reliability low, leads to the fact the rupture of the bag body easily.
Accordingly, those skilled in the art have been directed to develop an apparatus for processing an integrated packing bag and a method for processing the same, which enhance the firmness of the body of the packing bag.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide processing equipment and a processing method for an integrated packaging bag, which can be used for integrally processing the packaging bag, avoid the problem of poor firmness of the joint of each film material on the packaging bag, reduce the processing cost of printing the packaging bag and the like, and reduce the operation difficulty of bag making.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
The processing equipment of the integrated packaging bag comprises a film material conveying device, a guiding turnover device, a side organ conveying device, a hot pressing device, a pressing plate and a traction device; the film material conveying device is used for conveying the packaging bag film material along the length direction of the packaging bag film material; the guiding turnover device is used for guiding and turnover the packaging bag film material along the length direction thereof to form an upper film and a lower film of the packaging bag, and the turned film material forms a bending part with a certain width at the turnover position of the upper film and the lower film; the hot pressing device is arranged at the downstream of the side organ conveying device and is used for fixing a side organ point between the upper film and the lower film on the upper film and the lower film, and comprises a first pressing plate, a second pressing plate and a third pressing plate, wherein the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate are arranged in a matching way, are all arranged at the downstream of the hot pressing device, the upper film and the lower film after point ironing are conveyed to the position between the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate to be pressed, the third pressing plate is arranged at one side of the bending part and corresponds to the bending part and is used for applying a force to one side of the side organ to the bending part to form a bottom film of the packaging bag, and the traction device is arranged at the position corresponding to the point fixing position of the side organ and is used for applying a force to the bending part of the point-ironed film structure in the vertical direction;

Based on the processing equipment, the processing method of the integrated packaging bag comprises the following steps of,
1) The film material conveying device conveys the film material along the length direction, and the film material is guided and folded along the length direction by the guiding folding device to form an upper film, a lower film and a bending part of the film material;
2) The film material in the conveying process passes through the side organ conveying device, the side organ conveying device sends the side organ between the upper film and the lower film, and the side organ point is fixed on the upper film and the lower film through the ironing device;
3) The continuously conveyed film passes through the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate, the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate apply a pressing force to the upper film and the lower film oppositely, and the upper film, the lower die and the side organ under the action of the pressing force are in a bonding state;
4) Under the action of the pressing force, traction force vertical to the membrane material is applied to the bending part of the membrane material through the traction device, and the bending part is upwards and downwards opened under the action of the traction force, so that a side organ port close to the bending part is driven to be opened to form a quadrilateral structure;
5) Under the dual actions of the pressing force and the traction force, a folding force towards one side of the side organ is applied to the unfolded bending part through the third pressing plate, so that the bending part is folded towards one side of the side organ, and the end part of the quadrilateral structure of the side organ is folded;
6) The traction force and the turning force are removed, and the turning device applies a pressing force at the turning position of the bending part and the side organ, so that the bending part after turning forms two symmetrical square turning surfaces, and the turning position of the side organ forms two symmetrical triangular turning surfaces;
6) Shearing along the central line of the triangular folded surface on the side organ by the cutting device to obtain a packaging bag;

Based on the processing equipment and the processing method, the integrated packaging bag is obtained, and the bag body structure of the packaging bag comprises the upper film, the lower film, the bottom film and the side organ, wherein the upper film, the lower film and the bottom film are of an integrated structure.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
The processing equipment and the processing method can ensure that the upper film, the lower film and the bottom film of the packaging bag are of an integrated structure, the film materials are not required to be cut and spliced, the processing program is reduced, the film material loss is reduced, the problem that the firmness of the joint of each film material on the packaging bag is poor can be avoided, in the processing process, the uniform folding of the film material and the side organ can be realized, the consistency of the folding position and the angle is ensured, the matching degree among the upper film, the lower film and the bottom film of the packaging bag is improved, the packaging bag finished product can be obtained by direct shearing, the secondary packaging is not required, the processing efficiency is improved, and the operation difficulty of bag making is reduced.

Detailed Description

Based on the integrated packaging bag processing equipment in the embodiment, the following processing method of the integrated packaging bag is obtained:
1) The film material conveying device 1 conveys the film material 10 along the length direction thereof, and guides and folds the film material 10 along the length direction thereof through the guiding folding device 2 to form an upper film, a lower film and a folding part 11 of the film material, as shown in fig. 1;
2) The film material 10 in the conveying process passes through the side organ conveying device 3, the side organ conveying device 3 sends the side organ 12 between the upper film and the lower film, and the placing positions of the side organs 12 are equal in distance from the bending part 11 of the film material 10, as shown in fig. 2;
3) The ironing device 4 performs point ironing fixation on edges on one diagonal line of the side organ 12 and the upper membrane and the lower membrane, and each side organ 12 is the same as the edges on which the upper membrane and the lower membrane are subjected to point ironing fixation, wherein the edges refer to areas taking edges on a quadrangular structural body as symmetry axes and taking certain areas on two sides of the symmetry axes as point ironing areas, as shown in fig. 3;
4) The film material 10 which is continuously conveyed passes through the first pressing plate 5 and the second pressing plate 6, the first pressing plate 5 and the second pressing plate 6 apply a pressing force to the upper film and the lower film oppositely, and the upper film, the lower film and the side organ 12 under the action of the pressing force are in a bonding state, as shown in fig. 4;
5) Under the action of the pressing force, traction force vertical to the membrane material 10 is applied to the bending part 11 of the membrane material through the traction device 8, and the bending part 11 is opened upwards and downwards under the action of the traction force, so that the port of the side organ 12 close to the bending part 11 is driven to be opened to form a quadrilateral structure, as shown in fig. 4;
6) Under the dual actions of the pressing force and the traction force, a turning force facing one side of the side organ 12 is applied to the opened bending part 11 through the third pressing plate 7, the turning force direction is coincident with the transverse diagonal line of the quadrangular structure of the port of the side organ 12, so that the bending part 11 is turned over to one side of the side organ, meanwhile, two included angles where the transverse diagonal line of the side organ 12 is positioned are turned inwards and folded, two included angles where the longitudinal diagonal line is positioned are perpendicular to the transverse diagonal line to form a vertex angle, and the surface where the vertex angle is positioned is formed into a triangular folded surface as shown in fig. 5;
7) The traction force and the turning force are removed, and the turning device 9 applies a pressing force at the turning positions of the bending part 11 and the side organ 12, so that the bending part 11 after turning forms two symmetrical square turning surfaces, and the turning position of the side organ 12 forms two symmetrical triangular turning surfaces, as shown in fig. 6;
8) Cutting along the midline of the triangular folded surface on the side organ 12 by a cutting device, wherein one side organ 12 is divided into two completely symmetrical parts which are respectively used as one side surface of two adjacent packaging bags, as shown in figures 7 and 8;
9) A package was obtained as shown in fig. 9.
