Abstract
The invention relates to an AR (augmented reality) safety helmet which comprises a safety helmet body and AR goggles connected with the safety helmet body, wherein the AR goggles comprise a goggle body, a camera shooting module and an optical waveguide display module which are arranged on the goggle body; the camera shooting module collects photo or video information; the optical waveguide display module drives signal transmission and displays the acquired photo or video information; the electrochromic film control switch is arranged on one side of the goggle body, and the color of the electrochromic film is adjusted through the switch. The helmet body has the advantages that the weight is reduced under the condition of increasing functions, the helmet body is more suitable for people wearing glasses, the light can be adjusted in a bright external environment, and the helmet body can be conveniently replaced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a safety helmet, in particular to an AR safety helmet.
Background
Currently, AR glasses are widely used in various construction sites, however, the existing AR glasses have the following problems:
(1) AR glasses are heavy, and safety helmets must be worn on electric power working sites, so that the weight is increased, and the use is inconvenient.
(2) AR glasses are difficult to adapt to the wearer.
(3) The brightness of the display screen of the AR glasses is not enough, and the content is difficult to see in the sun.
(4) The power supply capacity of the AR glasses is not enough, and the AR glasses can only last for about 1-2 hours, so that the requirement of remote cooperation is difficult to meet. The rechargeable battery is used for endurance, and the use is inconvenient due to the need of adding a connecting wire.
(5) The satellite positioning is needed for field personnel, but the satellite positioning effect is not good when the mobile phone is worn on the body.
(6) Indoor positioning cannot be performed.

As shown in fig. 1, the AR helmet of the present invention comprises a helmet body 1, an AR goggle 2 connected to the helmet body 1, the AR goggle 2 comprising a goggle body, a control module 201 disposed on the goggle body, a camera shooting module 202, a gesture interaction module 203, a transmission module 204, and an optical waveguide display module 205 connected to the control module 201, wherein an electrochromic film 3 is disposed in front of the goggle body, and the camera shooting module 202 and the optical waveguide display module 205 are disposed in the middle of the goggle body; the shooting and photographing module 202 collects photo or video information; the optical waveguide display module 205 drives signal transmission to display the collected photos or video information;
the transmission module 204 is connected with the control module 201 and performs information interaction with the mobile terminal 4.
The optical waveguide display module 205 is arranged in the embodiment, the distance between the display screen and the eyes is large, and the requirements of users wearing glasses can be met.
Still be equipped with orientation module 101 in the safety helmet body 1, orientation module 101 is connected with control module 201, updates the safety helmet position in real time.
Still be equipped with gesture interaction module and light response module around the module of shooing of making a video recording. The gesture interaction module is connected with the control module, recognizes the confirmation gesture collected by the camera shooting module, and can confirm through the gesture when the operator inconveniently confirms the sent instruction. The light sensing module is connected with the electrochromic film, and the electrochromic film adjusts the light transmittance according to the information received by the light sensing module.
The control switch of the electrochromic film 3 is arranged on one side of the goggles body 1, and the color of the electrochromic film is adjusted through the control switch.
The safety helmet is characterized in that a charging module is further arranged on one side of the safety helmet body 1, and the charging module is connected with a control module 201, a camera shooting module 202, an optical waveguide display module 205, a transmission module 204, a positioning module 101 and an electrochromic film 3 control switch.
The helmet body 1 is carried out according to the requirements of GB 2811. The electrochromic film 3 is pasted on the AR eye protection display mirror body and can be controlled by a switch to achieve the effect of sunglasses. In the case of a bright background, the electrochromic film changes color to ensure that the user can clearly see the content displayed by the optical waveguide display module 205.
The camera shooting module 202 can be a depth camera, and the positioning module 101 comprises a satellite positioning module and an antenna, a UWB indoor positioning module, a satellite positioning and UWB indoor positioning combined module, and the modules can be detached and replaced.
The price of the satellite positioning and UWB indoor positioning combined module is higher, and the separate selection is favorable for reducing the cost of a client.
The receiving antenna of the satellite positioning module is required to face the sky, the satellite positioning module is installed at the top of the safety helmet, the receiving antenna faces vertically upwards, satellite signals can be received conveniently, and the positioning speed is higher than that of a mobile phone.
The top of the safety helmet body is provided with an H-shaped raised rib, and the anti-falling strength of the safety helmet can be improved by the H-shaped convex reinforced design. The positioning module can be arranged on the inner side of the H-shaped convex, the space is fully utilized, and the buffer gap inside the safety helmet is also ensured.
The charging module can be connected with a charging part through a composite connecting wire, and can meet the requirement of USB3.0 video signal transmission while being charged.
The present embodiment is worn as shown in fig. 2, and the visor 2 is turned up as shown in fig. 3.

Such a detachable interface allows the helmet body to be replaced when the helmet is damaged or expired.
