Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料的制备方法。该方法配制银氨溶液:将硝酸银加入去离子水中,加入氨水,调节PH值至9。然后在搅拌的条件下加入还原剂和保护剂溶液,混合进行反应,进一步超声和过滤后,得到无色透明的纳米银溶液。将上述纳米银溶液加入过氧化氢溶液中,在加入水杨酸,最终制得纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料。该方法制备的纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料,该复合消毒材料安全、环保、无毒,可以实现光谱、持久的杀菌消毒效果,能够解决公共场所,特别是医院等室内空气环境中细菌、病毒污染的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种增强型光谱杀菌的制备方法,特别涉及一种杀菌消毒能力强、种类多、效果持久的纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公共场所,特别是医院环境中,传统的流感病菌、禽流感,肺炎双球菌等200多种的细菌、病毒弥散在空气中,时刻威胁着人类的健康。随着气温的升高和环境的恶化,传统的病毒产生了耐药性,新型细菌、病毒又层出不穷,这些细菌、病毒随着空气进行传播,速度快,影响广,很容易引发大规模疫情,给人民群众生命财产和社会秩序带来不可估量的潜在影响。
现在季胺盐消毒材料因其对物体表面的持久杀菌消毒能力和光谱、低毒等特性得到大规模应用,但是雾化后季胺盐对空气中的病毒、细菌杀灭能力及其有限。而含氯消毒材料、臭氧或者过氧化氢等对空气中的细菌、病毒有非常好的杀灭作用。但是含氯消毒材料和臭氧有刺鼻气味,散发在空气中,对人体有潜在的危害。普通低浓度过氧化氢溶液不稳定以及消毒效果差也限制了其应用。人们急需一种新型的杀菌消毒材料来应对当下严峻的环境。
纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料的出现可解决上述问题,该复合材料具有以下功能和特点:(1)纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料无味,无色,不起泡沫,在10倍建议使用浓度的情况下,消毒材料属于无毒级。(2)所制备纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料中的纳米银颗粒尺寸小于5nm,本身具有非常高的活性可以快速杀菌、抑菌的作用;(3)低浓度过氧化氢溶液在酸性条件下,氧化性明显增强,杀菌、消毒能力明显提高。水杨酸本身具有很好的杀菌抑菌效果,又可调节过氧化氢溶液呈酸性,将水杨酸加入过氧化氢溶液后,耦合效应使得纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料杀菌消毒能力呈几何级提高。(4)低浓度过氧化氢溶液容易分解,造成寿命短,性能也会大大降低。但是将纳米银溶液加入到过氧化氢中,作为稳定剂而存在,这种稳定剂可以阻止过氧化氢的缓慢分解,此复合消毒材料可以被保存至少28个月,同时此消毒材料可以长期高效的维持杀毒效果,应用弹性大,几乎不受温度、光线影响,在温度高时,其杀菌能力甚至增强。(5)复合消毒材料的两个基本成分(H202和纳米银)通过协作提高了各自优点,杀菌消毒效果更加迅速和集中。细菌、病毒本身有生物膜保护层,杀死细菌、病毒的最重要手段在于能够彻底摧毁生物膜,纳米银可以摧毁细菌或病毒的细胞膜,然后过氧化氢瞬间把细菌或病毒的中蛋白质氧化掉,从而达到高效、快速杀灭细菌、病毒。(6)复合消毒材料拥有强效的广谱杀菌,可以杀灭传统的流感病菌、禽流感,肺炎双球菌等200多种的细菌、病毒,也可以杀灭医院比较难以杀灭的超级细菌和脊髓灰质炎、诺沃克等病毒。(7)纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料是通过氧化作用进行杀菌的,因此,解决了病毒、细菌、真菌、微生物以及其他未知疾病的抗药性难题,可以长期一直使用。(8)纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料中纳米银颗粒在过氧化氢作用下,具有良好的催化氧化性能,可以快速地去除空间中的甲醛,异味等问题,大大拓展了此发明专利的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料的制备方法。该复合消毒材料安全、环保、无毒,可以实现光谱、持久的杀菌消毒效果,能够解决公共场所,特别是医院等室内空气环境中细菌、病毒污染的问题。本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
(1)银氨溶液的制备:将硝酸银加入到去离子水中,硝酸银和去离子水的总量比为1:(100-250),加入氨水,调节PH值至9-11,制得银氨溶液,作为A溶液。
(2)纳米银溶液的制备:称取还原剂和保护剂溶于去离子水中,得到B溶液,利用滴定管将B溶液滴加到A溶液中,滴加过程中,A溶液处于30 0C-500C,150-300rpm条件下,混合反应2-3小时后,将混合溶液超声60-100分钟,最后将混合溶液用水性过滤膜过滤,得到无色透明的纳米银溶液。
(3)上述所用还原剂为过氧化氢、水合肼、丙酮、葡萄糖其中一种;上述所用保护剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硬脂酸、聚山梨酯其中一种。
(4)将上述纳米银溶液加入到过氧化氢溶液中,添加完成后,过氧化氢溶液浓度为2%-3%,得到C溶液;
(5)将称取一定水杨酸加入C溶液中,调节PH值到4-5,最终制得纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
称取0.1g将硝酸银加入到20ml去离子水中,加入氨水,调节PH值至9,制得银氨溶液,作为A溶液。称取0.4g水合肼还原剂和0.3g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮保护剂溶于去80ml离子水中,得到B溶液,利用滴定管将B溶液滴加到A溶液中,滴加过程中,A溶液处于30 0C,150rpm条件下,混合反应2小时后,将混合溶液超声60分钟,最后将混合溶液用水性过滤膜过滤,得到无色透明的纳米银溶液。将上述纳米银溶液加入到100ml 浓度为4%过氧化氢溶液中;将称取0.13g水杨酸加入其中,最终制得纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料。
实施例2:
称取0.2g将硝酸银加入到20ml去离子水中,加入氨水,调节PH值至10,制得银氨溶液,作为A溶液。称取0.8g葡萄糖还原剂和0.6g聚山梨酯保护剂溶于去80ml离子水中,得到B溶液,利用滴定管将B溶液滴加到A溶液中,滴加过程中,A溶液处于40 0C,200rpm条件下,混合反应3小时后,将混合溶液超声60分钟,最后将混合溶液用水性过滤膜过滤,得到无色透明的纳米银溶液。将上述纳米银溶液加入到300ml 浓度为4%过氧化氢溶液中;将称取0.27g水杨酸加入其中,最终制得纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料。
将该实施例中制备出的纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料进行检测,检测结果如下:
采用细菌悬液定量杀菌实验法评价本发明复合消毒材料对微生物的杀灭效果,试验株菌是大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌。结果表明:该复合消毒材料在20 ℃时作用3分钟,对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌灭杀率为100%,对白色念珠菌灭杀率为99.9999%,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率均达到99.9999%以上。

1.一种纳米银/过氧化氢/水杨酸复合消毒材料的制备方法,特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
银氨溶液的制备:将硝酸银加入到去离子水中,硝酸银和去离子水的总量比为1:(100-250),加入氨水,调节PH值至9-11,制得银氨溶液,作为A溶液。
2.纳米银溶液的制备:称取还原剂和保护剂溶于去离子水中,得到B溶液,利用滴定管将B溶液滴加到A溶液中,滴加过程中,A溶液处于30 0C-500C,150-300rpm条件下,混合反应2-3小时后,将混合溶液超声60-100分钟,最后将混合溶液用水性过滤膜过滤,得到无色透明的纳米银溶液。
