Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to an FPC assembly and electronic equipment with the same.
Background
In the related art, an NFC (Near Field Communication) antenna generally exists singly in the form of an FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit), and a flash lamp is generally mounted on a main board. But because the demand of arranging of the inside spare part of electronic equipment, the flash lamp can't be pasted on the mainboard.

The application provides a FPC subassembly, FPC subassembly is with low costs, and the assembly efficiency is high.
The application also provides an electronic device, which comprises the FPC component.
The FPC subassembly according to this application embodiment includes: FPC; the NFC antenna is arranged on the FPC; a flash lamp disposed on the FPC and spaced apart from the NFC antenna; the first elastic sheet set is arranged on the FPC and connected with the NFC antenna; and the second elastic sheet group is arranged on the FPC and is connected with the flash lamp.
According to the FPC subassembly of this application embodiment, through making the flash light establish on FPC, and make flash light and NFC antenna establish on same FPC, not only can make the hookup location of flash light 3 and mainboard more nimble, be favorable to the overall arrangement of the inside spare part of electronic equipment, and can avoid a FPC of flash light exclusive connection, save FPC's cost, on flash light and NFC antenna can install the mainboard simultaneously in addition, can improve assembly efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1, an FPC assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present application includes an FPC 1, an NFC antenna 2, a flash lamp 3, a first elastic sheet set 4, and a second elastic sheet set 5.
Specifically, the NFC antenna 2 is arranged on the FPC 1, the flash lamp 3 is arranged on the FPC 1 and is spaced from the NFC antenna 2, the first elastic sheet group 4 is arranged on the FPC 1, the first elastic sheet group 4 is connected with the NFC antenna 2, the second elastic sheet group 5 is arranged on the FPC 1, and the second elastic sheet group 5 is connected with the flash lamp 3. The first elastic sheet group 4 and the second elastic sheet group 5 may be connected to a motherboard of the electronic device 100, so that the NFC antenna 2 and the flash lamp 3 are connected to the motherboard.
The flash lamp 3 is arranged on the FPC 1, so that the flash lamp 3 can be connected with a main board of the electronic device 100 through the FPC 1, and the arrangement requirements of internal parts of the electronic device 100 are met. In addition, because NFC antenna 2 also need establish on FPC 1 for NFC antenna 2 and flash light 3 establish on same FPC 1, can avoid flash light 3 to connect a FPC 1 alone, save FPC 1's cost. In addition, in the installation process, because the NFC antenna 2 and the flash lamp 3 are simultaneously positioned on one FPC 1, only one FPC 1 is required to be connected to the mainboard, the assembly process is simplified, the assembly cost is saved, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
According to FPC subassembly 10 of this application embodiment, through making flash light 3 establish on FPC 1, and make flash light 3 and NFC antenna 2 establish on same FPC 1, not only can make the hookup location of flash light 3 and mainboard more nimble, be favorable to the overall arrangement of the inside spare part of electronic equipment 100, and can avoid flash light 3 to connect FPC 1 alone, save FPC 1's cost, flash light 3 and NFC antenna 2 can be installed on the mainboard simultaneously in addition, can improve assembly efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the FPC 1 includes a main body portion 11 and a connection portion 12 connected to the main body portion 11, the NFC antenna 2 and the flash lamp 3 are both provided on the main body portion 11, and the first spring piece group 4 and the second spring piece group 5 are both provided on the connection portion 12. Thereby facilitating connection between the FPC 1 and the main board. It can be understood that the first spring sheet group 4 and the second spring sheet group 5 are arranged at the same position of the FPC 1.
The first elastic sheet group 4 comprises two elastic sheets which are spaced apart, the second elastic sheet group 5 comprises four elastic sheets which are spaced apart, the number of the flash lamps 3 is two, and each flash lamp 3 is connected with the two elastic sheets respectively. In addition, the plurality of elastic sheets of the first elastic sheet group 4 and the plurality of elastic sheets of the second elastic sheet group 5 are arranged in rows and columns.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the FPC assembly 10 further includes a first reinforcing plate 6, the first reinforcing plate 6 and the connecting portion 12 are stacked and located on one side of the connecting portion 12 away from the first elastic sheet set 4 and the second elastic sheet set 5, and the first reinforcing plate 6 is opposite to the first elastic sheet set 4 and the second elastic sheet set 5 in the thickness direction of the connecting portion 12. Therefore, the structural strength of the connecting part 12 can be enhanced, the first spring sheet group 4 and the second spring sheet group 5 on the connecting part 12 are connected with the main board conveniently, and the reliability of connection between the first spring sheet group 4 and the main board and the reliability of connection between the second spring sheet group 5 and the main board are ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, the first reinforcing plate 6 is stacked only on a partial region of the connecting portion 12, and the first fin group 4 and the second fin group 5 are opposed to each other in the thickness direction of the connecting portion 12, whereby cost saving can be achieved. Of course, the first reinforcing plate 6 may be stacked on all the connecting portions 12, that is, the first reinforcing plate 6 may reinforce all the regions of the connecting portions 12. In addition, the first elastic sheet group 4 and the second elastic sheet group 5 are located at the same position, and can share the first reinforcing plate 6, so that the material cost is saved.
Alternatively, the first reinforcing plate 6 may be a steel sheet.
As shown in fig. 1, the main body portion 11 includes a first mounting portion 111 and a second mounting portion 112, the NFC antenna 2 is provided on the first mounting portion 111, one end of the second mounting portion 112 is connected to the first mounting portion 111, the flash 3 is provided on the second mounting portion 112, and one end of the connecting portion 12 is connected between the first mounting portion 111 and the second mounting portion 112. Therefore, the flash lamp 3 and the NFC antenna 2 are conveniently arranged, and the wiring of the flash lamp 3 and the wiring of the NFC antenna 2 are conveniently extended to the connecting portion 12 to be connected with the second elastic sheet group 5 and the first elastic sheet group 4 respectively.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the main body portion 11 further includes a transition portion 113, the transition portion 113 is connected between the first mounting portion 111 and the second mounting portion 112, one end of the connecting portion 12 is connected between the transition portion 113 and the second mounting portion 112, and the NFC antenna 2 extends to the transition portion 113 to be connected with the first spring piece group 4. It is understood that one end of the transition portion 113 is connected to the first mounting portion 111, the other end of the transition portion 113 is connected to the second mounting portion 112, and one end of the connecting portion 12 is connected between the transition portion 113 and the second mounting portion 112. Therefore, interference between the flash lamp 3 and the NFC antenna 2 can be avoided, and wiring and processing of the FPC assembly 10 are facilitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the transition portion 113 and the second mounting portion 112 extend in the circumferential direction of the first mounting portion 111, and the connecting portion 12 is located on a side of the transition portion 113 and the second mounting portion 112 away from the first mounting portion 111. Therefore, the structure of the FPC 1 can be more reasonable, and the installation of the FPC assembly 10 is convenient.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first mounting portion 111 is formed in a ring shape, and the transition portion 113, the second mounting portion 112, and the connection portion 12 are all located within the first mounting portion 111. The structure of the FPC assembly 10 can thereby be made more compact and reasonable. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the transition portion 113, the second mounting portion 112, and the connection portion 12 are all located outside the first mounting portion 111. Therefore, the first elastic sheet group 4 and the second elastic sheet group 5 on the connecting part 12 are connected with the main board conveniently, the structural diversity of the FPC assembly 10 can be improved, and the requirements of users which are not used are met.
As shown in fig. 2, the FPC assembly 10 further includes a second reinforcing plate 7, the second reinforcing plate 7 is stacked on the second mounting portion 112 and is located on a side of the second mounting portion 112 away from the flash 3, and the second reinforcing plate 7 is opposed to the flash 3 in a thickness direction of the second mounting portion 112. Thereby facilitating the mounting of the flash 3 on the FPC 1. In the example shown in fig. 2, the second reinforcing plate 7 extends onto the transition portion 113, whereby the flash 3 can be more easily attached to the FPC 1.
Alternatively, the second reinforcing plate 7 may be a steel sheet.
The electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below.
As shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a housing 20, a main board, and the FPC assembly 10 described above.
Specifically, the mainboard is established in casing 20, and FPC subassembly 10 is established in casing 20, and first play piece group 4 and second play piece group 5 all are connected with the mainboard, realize the connection between flash light 3 and NFC antenna 2 and the mainboard from this.
According to electronic equipment 100 of this application embodiment, through making flash light 3 establish on FPC 1, and make flash light 3 and NFC antenna 2 establish on same FPC 1, not only can make the hookup location of flash light 3 and mainboard more nimble, be favorable to the overall arrangement of electronic equipment 100 internal parts, and can avoid flash light 3 to connect FPC 1 alone, save FPC 1's cost, flash light 3 and NFC antenna 2 can be installed on the mainboard simultaneously in addition, can improve assembly efficiency.
By way of example, the electronic device 100 may be any of various types of computer system devices that are mobile or portable and that perform wireless communications. Specifically, the electronic device 100 may be a mobile phone or smart phone (e.g., an iPhone (TM) based, Android (TM) based phone), a Portable gaming device (e.g., a Nintendo DS (TM), a PlayStation Portable (TM), a Game Advance (TM), an iPhone (TM)), a laptop, a PDA, a Portable Internet device, a music player and data storage device, other handheld devices and headsets such as watches, in-ear headphones, pendant, headphones, etc., and the electronic device 100 may also be other wearable devices (e.g., a Head Mounted Device (HMD) such as electronic glasses, electronic clothing, electronic bracelets, electronic necklaces, electronic tattoos, electronic devices, or smart watches).
The electronic device 100 may also be any of a number of electronic devices including, but not limited to, cellular phones, smart phones, other wireless communication devices, personal digital assistants, audio players, other media players, music recorders, video recorders, cameras, other media recorders, radios, medical devices, vehicle transportation equipment, calculators, programmable remote controllers, pagers, laptop computers, desktop computers, printers, netbook computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), Portable Multimedia Players (PMPs), moving Picture experts group (MPEG-1 or MPEG-2) Audio layer (MP3) players, portable medical devices, and digital cameras, and combinations thereof.
In some cases, electronic device 100 may perform multiple functions (e.g., playing music, displaying videos, storing pictures, and receiving and sending telephone calls).
