Simultaneously, after grouting is completed, the inner tube 2 is lifted up, the outer wall of the inner tube 2 and the bottom inner wall of the outer tube 1 are separated from each other, water stagnating above the inner tube 2 flows out to the lower side from a gap between the middle part of the inner wall of the outer tube 1 and the outer wall of the inner tube 2, and then water below is directly pumped out by a pump at a drilling position, so that a water-bearing layer stagnates above the inner tube 2 completely, and convenience is brought to constructors to go into the well for maintenance operation.
The invention solves the construction and drainage technical problems under the condition of drainage depressurization during coal mining interfered by aquifer. So that the whole water drainage process is controllable.
