Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a hollow fiber non-woven fabric, which comprises the following steps: selecting 20% of high-melting-index elastomer, 1.5% of soft master batch, 2.5% of whitening master batch and 76% of conventional spinning binder as raw materials, mixing the selected raw materials, adding the mixed raw materials into a hopper, extruding and melting the mixed and stirred raw materials through a feeding system to a screw to obtain a hot melt, filtering, metering and distributing the hot melt, spinning the distributed and metered hot melt through a hollow spinneret plate, cooling the spun filaments through side cold air to obtain nascent filaments, drafting the nascent filaments to obtain fibers, touching the fibers on a screen forming curtain to form a fiber web, and hot rolling the fiber web to obtain non-woven fabric; according to the invention, the hollow spinneret plate is adopted to replace a conventional spinneret plate, and the special raw material proportion is adopted, so that the produced non-woven fabric has lower gram weight and better softness, is more suitable for the use of the bottom film and the waistline of the paper diaper, and has lower production cost.

s6, enabling the fibers in the S5 to touch the net forming curtain, performing downward suction below the net forming curtain through an exhaust fan, fixing the fibers on the net forming curtain, and performing prepressing through a prepressing roller to form a fiber web;
and S7, conveying the fiber web in the S6 to a hot rolling mill through a net forming curtain under the drive of a net curtain roller, obtaining non-woven fabric through the hot-pressing bonding effect of an upper roller and a lower roller of the hot rolling mill, and conveying the non-woven fabric to an after-finishing system through an upper winding roller and a lower winding roller.
Preferably, the high melt index elastomer is one of an S401 elastomer and an RT400 elastomer, the soft masterbatch is GA531 masterbatch, and the whitening masterbatch is TY668 masterbatch.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the hollow spinneret plate is adopted to replace a conventional spinneret plate, and the special raw material proportion is adopted, so that compared with the conventional nonwoven fabric, the produced nonwoven fabric has the advantages of lower gram weight and better softness under the condition of the same thickness, is more suitable for the use of the bottom film and waistline of the paper diaper, is suitable for the optimization and improvement of the light and thin paper diaper, and has lower production cost.

As shown in figure 1, tests show that all performance indexes of the non-woven fabric produced by the invention belong to the standard reaching state, and compared with the traditional non-woven fabric, the non-woven fabric has lower gram weight and better softness, is more suitable for the use of a paper diaper bottom film and waistline, and has lower production cost.
