Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ash discharging device of a dry-wet gravity dust collector, belonging to the technical field of blast furnace iron making.
Background
Blast furnace iron making is still the main process mode of iron making at the present stage, the stability and the smooth running of the blast furnace are the basis of all economic and technical indexes, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the ultra-clean emission standard is the primary index for the survival of the blast furnace iron making.
The blast furnace gas containsThe calorific value of combustible gas such as carbon oxide, hydrogen and the like is greater than 3140.1 kilojoules, the gas quantity is large, the user is wide, and the fuel is an important fuel for steel plants. However, the blast furnace gas discharged from the top of the blast furnace contains a large amount of dust, generally up to 10-40 g/Nm3Dust, some of which can reach 60-100 g/Nm3The dust is mainly based on the conditions of furnace charge sieving condition, powder rate, furnace top pressure, smelting strength, gas flow rate, gas temperature and the like, so that blast furnace raw gas must be purified by a group of dust removing equipment to reduce the dust content to 5-10 g/Nm3Then the next procedure is carried out to continue dedusting. The gravity dust collector is a first dust collector for blast furnace raw gas, the raw gas enters the gravity dust collector from the upper part, the flow of the raw gas is suddenly reversed by 180 degrees, gas ash in the raw gas leaves air flow due to inertia force and gravity, is settled to the bottom of the gravity dust collector, and is discharged through ash removal equipment.
After being discharged, the gas ash can be discharged into vehicles or other devices through different processes and transported to a sintering plant for reuse. The gas ash has smaller particles and higher temperature, so that on-site dust emission with different degrees is often caused in the discharge process. In order to reduce environmental pollution, a dust humidifying and stirring machine type dust discharging method is generally adopted, the method is low in cost, equipment is safe and reliable to operate, certain dust still exists, in order to further reduce environmental pollution, a dry type dust discharging method is adopted and directly placed into a tank car, a dust suction pipe is arranged at an interface to avoid dust rising, and the method basically reaches an ultra-clean emission standard. However, when the blast furnace is abnormally produced, the gas ash in the gravity dust collector reaches more than 300 ℃, and if a tank car is adopted to convey the gas ash, the parts such as a tank car hose, a connector seal and the like are damaged. The method needs to be changed into a dust stirrer for humidifying and discharging ash, reduces the temperature of gas ash, and adopts a truck for conveying, so that the problem to be solved by a plurality of manufacturers is how to quickly and effectively discharge ash.
