The invention relates to the field of petrochemical product storage and transportation, in particular to a safe ventilation device for an inner floating roof storage tank.
Background
The vent hole of the tank top of the storage tank is arranged at the edge of the tank top of the inner floating roof storage tank for storing light oil products without sealing requirements or volatile chemical products and is a safe venting device for diffusing oil vapor in the tank and preventing the oil vapor in the tank from reaching explosion limit, the traditional tank top vent hole is of an arch structure, one end of the traditional tank top vent hole is welded at the opening of the tank top, the other end of the traditional tank top vent hole is downward and is welded with a bird-proof silk screen, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the traditional tank light hole is arranged at the tank top and is a round hole with the diameter of 500-600 mm generally, the round hole is sealed by a flange and a flange cover, all bolt and nut fasteners are required to be disassembled during lighting, and the flange cover is opened to realize lighting. In order to realize the two functions, a plurality of openings are respectively arranged on the top of the storage tank, and a large number of fasteners are required to be assembled and disassembled when the light holes are opened and closed, so that the operation is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device for a vertical cylindrical inner floating roof storage tank, which solves the problems that the tank top has more holes, more operation and maintenance facilities, high material consumption and inconvenient operation of opening and closing the light holes of the tank top when the tank top of an independent storage tank and the light holes of the tank top are adopted at present.
The technical scheme includes that the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device for the vertical cylindrical inner floating roof storage tank is characterized in that the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device is arranged at the top edge of the outer tank of the vertical cylindrical inner floating roof storage tank, a rectangular opening is formed in a tank top plate, the opening is reinforced by a tank top reinforcing ring, a whole circle of water retaining frame is connected to the edge of the opening, a half-cylinder type escutcheon is mounted on the upper portion of the opening, one side of the half-cylinder type escutcheon is connected with the tank top reinforcing ring through a connecting hinge, a rectangular hole surrounded by the half-cylinder type escutcheon and the tank top plate is shielded by an anti-bird net when the half-cylinder type escutcheon is closed, a locking device is mounted between the half-cylinder type escutcheon and the tank top reinforcing ring, and a handle is mounted on the upper portion of the half-cylinder type escutcheon.
When the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device is used as a ventilation hole under the operating condition, the locking device is locked, the semi-cylindrical hole cover is in a closed state, and oil gas in the storage tank sequentially passes through the hole of the tank top plate, the pore canal of the semi-cylindrical hole cover and the bird preventing net to be diffused to the atmosphere, so that the oil gas in the storage tank is prevented from reaching the explosion limit.
When the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device is installed and overhauled, the locking device is opened, the half-cylinder type escutcheon is pulled up through the handle to be opened by rotating the connecting hinge, the upper part of the opening of the tank top is not shielded, and light enters the storage tank through the opening to realize lighting.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention can effectively reduce the number of holes on the storage tank, has more operation and maintenance facilities, reduces material consumption, and improves the lighting effect and the operation convenience of the light holes.

In the attached drawing, the device comprises a 1-half-cylinder type escutcheon, a 2-handle, a 3-bird-preventing net, a 4-connecting hinge, a 5-water-retaining frame, a 6-locking device, a 7-tank top reinforcing ring and an 8-opening.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. As shown in figures 1,2 and 3, the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device for the vertical cylindrical inner floating roof storage tank comprises a semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1, a handle 2, an anti-bird net 3, a connecting hinge 4, a water retaining frame 5, a locking device 6 and a tank roof reinforcing ring 7.
The dual-purpose device for ventilation and light transmission is arranged at the top edge of the outer tank of the vertical cylindrical inner floating roof storage tank, a rectangular opening 8 is formed in a tank top plate, the opening is reinforced by a tank top reinforcing ring 7, a whole ring of water retaining frame 5 is connected to the edge of the opening, a semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 is arranged at the upper part of the opening, one side of the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 is connected with the tank top reinforcing ring 7 through a connecting hinge 4, a rectangular hole surrounded by the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 and the tank top plate is shielded by an anti-bird net 3 when the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 is closed, the anti-bird net 3 is connected with the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1, a locking device 6 is arranged between the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 and the tank top reinforcing ring 7, and a handle 2 is arranged at the upper part of the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1.
As shown in fig. 1, when the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device is used as a ventilation hole under the operating condition, the locking device 6 is locked, the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 is in a closed state, and oil gas in the storage tank sequentially passes through the opening of the tank top plate, the pore canal of the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 and the bird prevention net 3 to be diffused into the atmosphere, so that the oil gas in the storage tank is prevented from reaching the explosion limit.
As shown in figure 2, when the ventilation and light transmission dual-purpose device is installed and overhauled, the locking device 6 is opened, the half-cylinder type escutcheon 1 is pulled up by the handle 2 to be opened by rotating the connecting hinge 4, the upper part of an opening of the tank top is not blocked, and light enters the inside of the storage tank through the opening to realize lighting.
The bird preventing net 3 is a stainless steel wire net with 2 meshes or 3 meshes;
the locking device 6 adopts a stainless steel quick-opening manhole locking bolt;
As shown in figure 3, the outer edge of the opening of the device is 600-800 mm away from the tank wall, the edge of the tank top reinforcing ring 7 is rounded, and the height of the tank top reinforcing ring 7 and the welding leg of the tank top plate of the storage tank is greater than or equal to the thickness of a thinner part;
as shown in fig. 4, the bird preventing net 3 shields the rectangular hole surrounded by the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 and the tank top reinforcing ring 7, and the bird preventing net 3 is only connected with three sides of the semi-cylindrical escutcheon 1 and can not be connected with the tank top reinforcing ring 7;
the number of devices is determined based on the tank volume, is diagonally arranged with the manhole of the tank wall as much as possible.
