Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket includes a first support column 6 and a second support column 7, the first support column 6 and the second support column 7 both extend in the vertical direction, the top ends of the first support column 6 and the second support column 7 are respectively fixedly connected with the radiator cover at the top of the heat dissipation bin, and the bottom ends of the first support column 6 and the second support column 7 are respectively fixedly connected with the support platform at the bottom of the heat dissipation bin.
