Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of engineering machinery heat dissipation, in particular to a radiator assembly with a protective screen easy to disassemble and a rotary drilling rig. The application provides a radiator assembly with a readily detachable protective net, as shown in fig. 1, the protective net of the radiator is used for being mounted on the radiating surface of the radiator assembly of a vehicle, so as to prevent dust, sundries and the like from being adsorbed to the outer surface of the radiator assembly, and prevent a radiating channel of the radiator assembly from being blocked and cannot be cleaned to influence the radiating effect; therefore, the radiator protective net is covered on the outer surface of the radiator assembly, and the radiator protective net is detached regularly for cleaning, so that the smoothness of a radiating channel is ensured.
The radiator assembly is installed in engineering vehicle's heat dissipation storehouse, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the both ends of heat dissipation storehouse along first direction are that the both ends of horizontal direction are provided with first baffle 8 and second baffle 9, and first baffle 8 is located the left side in heat dissipation storehouse, and second baffle 9 is located the right side in heat dissipation storehouse, and the heat dissipation storehouse is provided with the supporting platform of bottom and the radiator cover at top along vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 1, the radiator assembly includes a radiator core 1, an intercooler core 2, a condenser 4, and a fuel cooler 3; radiator core 1 and intercooler core 2 arrange side by side between the first baffle 8 and the second baffle 9 in the heat dissipation storehouse along the horizontal direction, and radiator core 1 is in the left side in heat dissipation storehouse, and intercooler core 2 is on the right side in heat dissipation storehouse, and radiator core 1 and intercooler core 2's radiating surface all faces the one side in heat dissipation storehouse along the second direction, the front side in heat dissipation storehouse promptly. Condenser 4 hangs the place ahead of locating intercooler core 2 to shelter from intercooler core 2 through condenser 4, in order to reach the demand that reduces the heat-sinking capability of intercooler core 2. The fuel cooler 3 and the condenser 4 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction in front of the intercooler core 2, and the fuel cooler 3 and the condenser 4 are located as close to the right side of the heat dissipation chamber as possible.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 1, a mounting bracket is provided in front of the intercooler core 2, the mounting bracket extends in the vertical direction, and the mounting bracket is located on the right side of the heat dissipation chamber, even if the right side of the mounting bracket is as close as possible to the second partition 9 of the heat dissipation chamber; so that the left side of the mounting bracket is spaced apart from the first partition 8 at the left side of the heat dissipation chamber by a predetermined distance. The condenser 4 and the fuel cooler 3 are fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket at intervals along the vertical direction, and the two ends of the condenser 4 and the fuel cooler 3 in the left-right direction do not extend out of the mounting bracket, so that the front part of the radiator core 1 is not shielded between the left side of the mounting bracket and the first partition plate 8 on the left side of the radiating bin, and an obstacle-free space is formed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket includes a first support column 6 and a second support column 7, the first support column 6 and the second support column 7 both extend in the vertical direction, the top ends of the first support column 6 and the second support column 7 are respectively fixedly connected with the radiator cover at the top of the heat dissipation bin, and the bottom ends of the first support column 6 and the second support column 7 are respectively fixedly connected with the support platform at the bottom of the heat dissipation bin. First support column 6 and second support column 7 are along horizontal direction interval distribution to make the distance between first support column 6 and the second support column 7 can hold the installation of condenser 4 and fuel cooler 3, so that the left and right both ends of condenser 4 and fuel cooler 3 do not stretch out first support column 6 and second support column 7. The first support column 6 is positioned at the left side of the second support column 7, the second support column 7 is close to the second partition board 9 at the right side of the heat dissipation bin as much as possible, and the first support column 6 and the first partition board 8 are spaced by a preset distance.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the protection net includes a plurality of protection net bodies 5, and the plurality of protection net bodies 5 are sequentially covered on the heat dissipation surface of the radiator core 1 and the intercooler core 2 facing forward in the horizontal direction, that is, from left to right.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the mesh body 5 is detachably connected to the radiator core 1 and the intercooler core 2 by fasteners.
Preferably, the fastener is a fastening bolt; a plurality of mounting holes are respectively formed in the edges of the upper end and the lower end of the protective net body 5 along the horizontal direction, and a fastening bolt is arranged in each mounting hole; the radiator core 1 and the intercooler core 2 are provided with fastening nuts, and after the protective net body 5 is placed at the installation position, the fastening bolts are screwed into the corresponding fastening nuts, so that the protective net body 5 is detachably installed on the heat dissipation surface of the radiator core 1 or the intercooler core 2.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the width of each of the protection net bodies 5 in the horizontal direction is smaller than the interval between the first partition 8 and the first support column 6, so that the front of the first protection net body 5 located at the leftmost side is not shielded.
When the radiator protective net needs to be detached from the radiator assembly, the first protective net body 5 positioned at the leftmost side is detached from the radiator core 1, and then the first protective net body 5 is taken out of the heat dissipation bin between the first partition plate 8 and the first support column 6, so that the detachment operation of the first protective net body 5 is completed; and then the protective net body 5 on the right side is detached from the heat dissipation surface of the radiator core 1 and the intercooler core 2 in sequence, and is moved to the position of the original first protective net body 5, so that the rest protective net bodies 5 can be taken out of the heat dissipation bin from the space between the first partition plate 8 and the first support column 6, and the detachment work of the radiator protective net is completed conveniently and quickly.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the net bodies 5 is three. The number of the protective net bodies 5 can be calculated according to the total length of the radiator protective net installed and the length of the unobstructed space in front of the radiator core 1.
In this embodiment, the fastener may be a Y-bolt, an outer hexagon bolt, or an inner hexagon bolt, so that an operator can detach the protection net body 5 from the radiator core 1 or the condenser 4 core conveniently and quickly.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the mesh density of the protection net body 5 is 14 to 20 mesh, so that most of dust and foreign matters can be intercepted so as not to adhere to the heat dissipation surface of the radiator core 1.
In this embodiment, the material of the protection net body 5 is preferably metal, plastic or synthetic fiber, so that the protection net body 5 has certain strength, and the service life of the protection net body 5 is prolonged.
The application also provides a rotary drilling rig which comprises the radiator protective net in any one of the embodiments.
In this embodiment, the rotary drilling rig comprises the radiator protection net, so that the rotary drilling rig has all the beneficial effects of the radiator protection net, and the details are not repeated herein.

the radiator core and the intercooler core are arranged between the first partition and the second partition side by side along the first direction, and the radiator core is close to the first partition;
the intercooler core is provided with a mounting bracket on one side of a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the condenser is mounted on the mounting bracket;
the mounting bracket is positioned on one side, close to the second partition plate, in the heat dissipation bin, so that the mounting bracket and the first partition plate are separated by a preset distance;
the protective net is characterized by comprising a plurality of protective net bodies;
the protective net bodies are arranged side by side along the first direction and detachably connected with the radiator core or the intercooler core; the width of each protective net body along the first direction is smaller than the distance between the mounting bracket and the first partition plate.
