the above table shows that the auxiliary whitening and anti-saccharification beverage prepared by the invention has the advantages of low sugar content, high fat reduction within one week, high energy conversion rate, smooth skin after a period of use, collagen capable of improving the compactness and elasticity of human skin, stimulating the metabolism of collagen, proteoglycan and elastin, improving the smoothness of the skin, reducing skin wrinkles, improving orange peel tissues and reducing cellulite, the acerola cherry powder has the effects of resisting oxidation, also contains a blood-enriching component iron, and can avoid the appearance of dark yellow skin and color spots, and the chrysanthemum powder has the effects of dispersing wind and clearing heat, calming the liver and improving eyesight; stevioside has the characteristics of high sweetness, low calorie and no obvious toxic or side effect, can inhibit hyperglycemia and hypertension, and has the functions of diminishing inflammation, resisting tumors, relieving diarrhea and promoting urination and assisting immune regulation.

4. The whitening-assisted anti-glycation beverage as set forth in claim 1, wherein: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 63% of collagen, 23% of blueberry fruit powder, 12.8% of acerola cherry powder, 1% of chrysanthemum powder and 0.2% of stevioside.
5. A method for preparing an auxiliary whitening and anti-glycation beverage, which comprises the auxiliary whitening and anti-glycation beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1 cleaning and disinfecting: sterilizing the batching tank body at the high temperature of 95-100 ℃ for 10-15min, cleaning the batching tank body for at least five times by using clear water, drying the batching tank body, and preheating the batching tank body to 65 ℃;

and S4 test sterilization: after sampling and qualified detection, pumping the feed liquid in the cooling tank into a storage barrel through a plate filter, and then pumping the feed liquid to UHT for sterilization;
s5 cooling filling the closure: cooling the sterilized feed liquid by a cold-heat exchanger, filling, sealing, spraying code on a bottle cap, and inspecting;
s6 secondary sterilization: and (3) sterilizing the feed liquid in the sealed bottle at high temperature, and then attaching a mark to obtain the auxiliary whitening and anti-saccharification beverage.
