The invention discloses a PCB cleaning device which comprises a bottom plate and a top plate arranged above the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is connected with the top plate through a support column, a perforating mechanism and a cleaning mechanism are arranged below the top plate, the perforating mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are both in threaded connection with the top plate, a PCB fixing frame is arranged above the bottom plate, two sides of the PCB fixing frame are rotatably connected with two rotating supports through rotating shafts, a locking nut is sleeved on the rotating shaft on one side of the PCB fixing frame, the rotating shaft on the other side of the PCB fixing frame is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a rotating motor through a belt, and a waste water tank is arranged below the PCB fixing frame. The PCB cleaning machine is simple in structure, can effectively remove impurities in holes of the PCB, can clean the PCB in all directions, is good in cleaning effect, and is suitable for popularization and use.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a PCB cleaning apparatus, including a bottom plate and a top plate disposed above the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is connected to the top plate through a support column, a perforation mechanism and a cleaning mechanism are disposed below the top plate, both the perforation mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are in threaded connection with the top plate, a PCB fixing frame is disposed above the bottom plate, both sides of the PCB fixing frame are rotatably connected to two rotating brackets through rotating shafts, a locking nut is sleeved on the rotating shaft on one side of the PCB fixing frame, the rotating shaft on the other side is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a rotating motor through a belt, and a waste water tank is disposed below the PCB fixing frame.
Preferably, the piercing mechanism includes first servo motor, first lead screw, first slide, installs electronic telescopic cylinder and perforated plate on first slide, the below of roof is fixed in to first servo motor spiro union, first lead screw links to each other with first servo motor and rotates continuously with the roof, first slide cover is located on the first lead screw and is slided along first lead screw, electronic telescopic cylinder's output is connected the perforated plate.
Preferably, the cleaning mechanism comprises a second servo motor, a second lead screw, a second sliding seat, a rotary motor and a water spraying plate, wherein the rotary motor and the water spraying plate are installed on the second sliding seat, the second servo motor is fixedly connected below the top plate in a threaded manner, the second lead screw is connected with the second servo motor and is rotatably connected with the top plate, the second sliding seat is sleeved on the second lead screw and slides along the second lead screw, and the output end of the rotary motor is connected with the water spraying plate.
Preferably, the lower end face of the perforated plate is provided with a projection which is in one-to-one correspondence with the circuit hole on the PCB.
Preferably, a nozzle is installed below the water spray plate.
Preferably, a mounting groove is formed in the frame body of the PCB fixing frame, a clamping plate is arranged at the notch of the mounting groove, and an adjusting bolt penetrates through the clamping plate and is connected to the outer side of the frame body.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a PCB cleaning device, which comprises a bottom plate 1 and a top plate 2 arranged above the bottom plate 1, wherein the bottom plate 1 is connected with the top plate 2 through a support column 3, a perforating mechanism 4 and a cleaning mechanism 5 are arranged below the top plate 2, the perforating mechanism 4 and the cleaning mechanism 5 are both in threaded connection with the top plate 2, a PCB fixing frame 6 is arranged above the bottom plate 1, two sides of the PCB fixing frame 6 are both rotatably connected with two rotating brackets 7 through rotating shafts, a locking nut 8 is sleeved on the rotating shaft on one side of the PCB fixing frame 6, the rotating shaft on the other side of the PCB fixing frame is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a rotating motor 10 through a belt 9, and a waste water tank 11 is arranged below the PCB.
As shown in fig. 2, the punching mechanism 4 includes a first servo motor 41, a first lead screw 42, a first sliding seat 43, an electric telescopic cylinder 44 and a punching plate 45 which are installed on the first sliding seat 43, the first servo motor 41 is screwed and fixed below the top plate 2, the first lead screw 42 is connected with the first servo motor 41 and rotatably connected with the top plate 2, the first sliding seat 43 is sleeved on the first lead screw 42 and slides along the first lead screw 42, and the output end of the electric telescopic cylinder 44 is connected with the punching plate 45; the lower end surface of the perforated plate 45 is provided with a projection 46 corresponding to the circuit holes on the PCB one to one, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning mechanism 5 includes a second servo motor 51, a second lead screw 52, a second slide 53, a rotary motor 54 mounted on the second slide 53, and a water spraying plate 55, the second servo motor 51 is screwed and fixed below the top plate 2, the second lead screw 52 is connected with the second servo motor 51 and rotatably connected with the top plate 2, the second slide 53 is sleeved on the second lead screw 52 and slides along the second lead screw 5, and an output end of the rotary motor 54 is connected with the water spraying plate 55; a nozzle 56 is installed below the water spray plate 55.
A mounting groove 12 is formed in the frame body of the PCB fixing frame 6, a clamping plate 13 is arranged at the notch of the mounting groove 12, and an adjusting bolt 14 is connected to the clamping plate 13 in a penetrating mode on the outer side of the frame body.
The rotating motor 10 is fixedly installed on the bottom plate 1 through a motor base.
In specific implementation, a PCB is placed in the mounting groove 12 in the PCB fixing frame 6, the adjusting bolt 14 is rotated to clamp and fix the PCB by the clamping plate 13, then the PCB fixing frame 6 is adjusted to be horizontal, the PCB fixing frame 6 is locked and kept horizontal by rotating the locking nut 8, then the first servo motor 41 is operated, the first sliding seat 43 drives the electric telescopic cylinder 44 to move right above the PCB, the electric telescopic cylinder 44 drives the perforated plate 45 to descend, as shown in fig. 5, the bump 46 on the lower end face of the perforated plate 45 is just embedded into the hole on the PCB to remove impurities, after cleaning, the first sliding seat 43 returns, then the locking nut 8 is rotated reversely to not lock the PCB fixing frame 6, the rotary motor 10 drives the PCB 6 to rotate on the rotary support 7, and the second servo motor 51 drives the second sliding seat 53 to enable the rotary motor 54 to be located right above the PCB, high pressure water is pumped into the nozzle 56 to wash the PCB board throughout, and the waste water is collected through the waste water tank 11.
In conclusion, the PCB cleaning machine is simple in structure, can effectively remove impurities in holes of the PCB, can clean the PCB in all directions, is good in cleaning effect, and is suitable for popularization and use. Therefore, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
