One skilled in the relevant art will recognize, however, that the subject matter of the present application can be practiced without one or more of the specific details, or with other methods, components, modules, steps, and so forth. In other instances, well-known technical solutions have not been shown or described in detail to avoid obscuring aspects of the present application.
First, an exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle billing system, and as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle billing system of the present embodiment includes an identification module 110, a determination module 120, a rule obtaining module 130, and a billing module 140, and each module of the vehicle billing system of the present embodiment is explained in detail below with reference to fig. 1:
the vehicle identification module 110 is used for identifying vehicle identification information when receiving information that a vehicle enters or leaves a parking lot;
in the present embodiment, the identification module 110 may identify the vehicle identification information when receiving information that the vehicle enters the parking lot; the vehicle identification information can also be identified when the information that the vehicle leaves the parking lot is received; the vehicle identification information may also be identified when the information that the vehicle enters or leaves the parking lot is received, so as to further verify the vehicle identification information, and of course, the application does not specially limit the time for the identification module 110 to identify the vehicle identification information. The vehicle identification information includes, but is not limited to, a license plate number, a license plate type, a license plate location, and the like; the recognition module 110 may perform feature segmentation on the captured vehicle identification information image by using an image recognition method to recognize specific vehicle identification information, such as a license plate number; specifically, the image recognition method may be, for example, an image recognition method based on a neural network, an image recognition method based on a wavelet moment, and the like, and the captured vehicle license plate is subjected to image preprocessing, image feature extraction, and image recognition to obtain vehicle identification information. It should be noted that the information that the identification module 110 obtains the vehicle entering or leaving the parking lot may be information sent by the receiving user, or may be information obtained by an identification device at an entrance and an exit of the parking lot and sent to the identification module 110, and the comparison of the present application is not particularly limited.
In some possible embodiments, the recognition module 110 may be deployed in a cloud server, and the captured vehicle image is sent to the recognition module 110 through an image acquisition module deployed in a parking lot, so that it is possible to prevent a local device or program failure from affecting the recognition of the vehicle identification information; in some possible embodiments, the recognition module 110 may include an image acquisition unit and a recognition unit, respectively deployed in the parking lot and the server; in some possible embodiments, the vehicle image may be captured by the recognition module 110 and sent to the server, and then the server returns the recognition result of the vehicle identification information to the recognition module 110. Of course, the present application does not specifically limit the specific vehicle identification information recognition method as long as the vehicle identification information of the exit and/or entrance of the parking lot can be obtained by the recognition module 110.
The determining module 120 is configured to obtain a parking category and a vehicle owner type corresponding to preset vehicle identification information based on a corresponding relationship between the preset vehicle identification information and a preset parking category and a preset vehicle owner type;
in the present embodiment, the parking categories include exclusive parking (i.e., a customer who purchases a parking space), long rental parking, and provisional parking, and the owner type includes a service object type and a vehicle category. The service object types comprise common customers, authorized customers (such as customers with parking preference), staff of a public service place where the parking lot belongs, and the like; the vehicle classes include minibuses, buses, public service area private vehicles (e.g., hospital ambulances), and the like, including but not limited to the service object types and vehicle classes described above.
As shown in fig. 2, the system of the present application further includes a storage module 150, configured to store the vehicle identification information in correspondence with the parking category and the vehicle owner type, and the parking category and the vehicle owner type in correspondence with the charging rule. Based on this, the determining module 120 may obtain the parking category and the owner type of the vehicle from the corresponding relationship between the vehicle identification information, the parking category and the owner type, which are pre-stored in the storage module 150, according to the vehicle identification information.
A rule obtaining module 130, configured to obtain a charging rule of the vehicle according to the parking category and the type of the vehicle owner;
in this embodiment, the rule obtaining module 130 may obtain the billing rule of the vehicle according to the parking category and the owner type. As in fig. 3, the rule acquisition module 130 may include a rule acquisition unit 1301 and a rule determination unit 1302.
Specifically, the rule obtaining unit 1301 is configured to obtain a plurality of candidate billing rules corresponding to the parking category of the vehicle, for example, the candidate billing rule corresponding to the parking category "parking temporarily" includes rules A, B, C and D, and then filter out candidate billing rules A, B, C and D from the respective billing rules stored in the storage module 140. The rule determining unit 1302 is configured to automatically determine a target charging rule from a plurality of candidate charging rules according to the owner type of the vehicle; alternatively, the rule determining unit 1302 is configured to determine a target charging rule from a plurality of candidate charging rules in response to a manual input operation by a user.
Specifically, the rule determining unit 1302 may automatically determine the target charging rule according to the corresponding relationship between the owner type and the charging rule stored in the storage module 150 in advance, and in this process, intervention of parking lot workers is not required, so that full automation is achieved, and pressure of the workers is reduced; in addition, the rule determining unit 1302 may also respond to manual operations of the user, for example, the candidate charging rules screened by the parking category are rules A, B, C and D, the parking lot security may manually select a target charging rule from the four candidate charging rules according to the actual working requirement, and then the rule charging unit 1302 responds to the manual operations to determine the target charging rule, based on which, the obtained charging rule may be more humanized, and the charging rule may be manually adjusted under the condition of meeting the requirement of having a special parking requirement; of course, once the rule determining unit 1302 determines the target charging rule based on manual intervention, the system has a storage record so as to check the manual work and avoid the occurrence of errors, charging holes, greedy and other behaviors.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the system of the present application may further include a rule management module 160, configured to customize and store the billing rule according to the parking category and the owner type of the vehicle; and, the rule management module 160 is further configured to adjust the charging rule acquired by the rule acquisition module 130.
Specifically, a charging rule can be formulated by the rule management module 160 according to the actual working requirement of the parking lot, the parking category and the type of the vehicle owner; for the special parking of the parking category, the long-renting parking and the temporary parking, the special parking is a customer purchasing a parking space, so that the parking category is the special parking and a payment-free rule is adopted; for the long-renting and parking client, the charging rule corresponding to the renting period is provided, for example, if the renting period is 3 months, the monthly renting is 200 yuan, if the renting period is 6 months, the monthly renting is 150 yuan, and the like, in each renting period, the long-renting and parking vehicle also adopts the payment-free rule, and if the vehicle is not paid continuously in an overdue period, the vehicle is charged by adopting the temporary parking charging rule.
Further, if the parking category is temporary parking, since the temporary parking user who enters the parking lot may be a worker (e.g., a doctor), an authorized customer (e.g., a special patient) or a general customer of a public service place (e.g., a hospital) to which the parking lot belongs; alternatively, if the temporary parking category is temporary parking, since the categories of vehicles entering the parking lot may be different, such as a mini-bus, a large bus, or a special vehicle for public service (e.g., an ambulance in a hospital), for example, a plurality of billing rules may be established for the temporary parking user based on the common parking category and the type of the vehicle owner through the rule management module 160.
Table 1 shows various charging rules in a hospital, which are exemplarily implemented in the present application, and the determination of the target charging rule by the rule obtaining module 130 is described in detail with reference to table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002403050900000081
If it is determined by the determining module 120 that the parking category of a certain user is "temporary parking", the service object type in the owner type is a doctor in the present hospital, and the vehicle type is a car, that is, "minibus", then, first, all the charging rules in temporary parking are determined as candidate charging rules by the rule obtaining unit 1301, and then, the target charging rule is determined as "3 yuan/hour" by the rule determining unit 1302 according to the identified "doctor" and "minibus". It should be noted that if a vehicle rented for a long time is not rented after the rental period expires, when the vehicle enters and/or exits the parking lot, the rule obtaining module 130 determines that the vehicle is charged according to the charging rule of temporary parking again.
In addition, after the rule obtaining unit 1301 determines that all the charging rules in the temporary parking are candidate charging rules, the target charging rule may be determined in response to a manual selection operation of security, for example, if the system does not recognize that the user is a preferential patient as a certain user of the temporary parking, the security determines that the target charging rule is "4 yuan/hour" through manual selection, and can meet the requirement of having a special parking requirement, and manually adjust the charging rule, thereby improving the flexibility of parking charging.
It should be noted that table 1 is an exemplary illustration of various charging rules according to the embodiment of the present application, and other charging rules of the vehicle may also be formulated according to the requirement, and the present application includes, but is not limited to, the above charging rules.
Further, the rule management module 160 may also adjust the charging rule obtained by the rule obtaining module 130, for example, the charging rule input by the security guard according to the requirement when the vehicle enters or exits is used as the target charging rule. Of course, the rule management module 160 may also automatically adjust the charging rule obtained by the rule obtaining module 130 when the vehicle exits from the parking lot according to the parking status of the vehicle, and the like; for example, if a vehicle is parked in a wrong parking space area, occupies a non-parking space area, etc., the rule management module 160 may adjust the parking space area based on the original billing rule to warn the illegal owner, thereby facilitating the orderly management of the parking lot. It should be noted that, the violation may be reported to a security guard by a worker, or the violation may be obtained by an induction device and a camera device installed in a parking lot, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this application.
And the charging module 140 is used for charging the vehicle according to the charging rule.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the vehicle billing system may further include a time obtaining module 170, configured to obtain a parking time of the vehicle; the time of the vehicle entering the parking lot can be recorded by the time acquisition module 170, for example, a common parking time recording mode can be adopted, and no special requirement is made in the application.
In this embodiment, the billing module 140 may bill the vehicle according to the parking duration and the obtained target billing rule; further, the charging module 140 is further configured to charge the vehicle according to the charging rule adjusted by the rule management module 160 and the parking duration obtained by the time obtaining module 170.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the system of the embodiment of the present application may further include an identification information management module 180 for adding and/or deleting corresponding vehicle identification information for the established billing rule. Specifically, according to actual requirements, the vehicle identification information that needs to execute the charging rule is added or the vehicle identification information that does not execute the charging rule is deleted through the identification information management module 180 under the corresponding charging rule, so that flexible binding between the charging rule and the vehicle identification information is realized, and the efficiency and convenience of vehicle charging management are improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the system according to the embodiment of the present application may further include an optimal exemption link module 190, configured to link with a service platform of an entity operating place to which the parking lot belongs, and configured to obtain an optimal exemption amount according to an optimal exemption operation of a service provider on a vehicle to be delivered from the parking lot, and feed the optimal exemption amount back to the billing module 140. The optimal exemption means that some entity operation places (such as shopping malls) provide car fee reduction services for some users, and through the bridge function of the optimal exemption link module 190, a service party (such as a merchant) provided by the entity operation places can achieve authorization or exemption of the optimal exemption denomination under a service platform, so that the optimal exemption link module 190 obtains the optimal exemption amount and feeds the optimal exemption amount back to the charging module 140, and the charging module 140 performs the optimal exemption services when a car exits from the parking lot.
Therefore, the system can be associated with the entity management place through the embodiment, parking consumption of car owners is reduced, customer flow is provided for the entity management place, the business turnover of merchants is increased, and two purposes are achieved.
The vehicle charging system charges the vehicle by adopting the charging rule matched with the parking type and the vehicle owner type according to the matching of all the modules. The parking type is the division of the vehicle from the parking form, the type of the vehicle owner is the division of the vehicle from the user body, and the charging rules are divided from the parking type to the type of the vehicle owner more comprehensively, so that different charging requirements of different users can be met, the diversification of the charging mode is improved, and the user experience is good; meanwhile, the manual charging management of the users with special parking requirements is reduced, the workload of the parking lot workers is reduced, and the vehicle charging management efficiency of the parking lot is improved; meanwhile, the charging rules are allowed to be customized in the system and adjusted, so that the charging rules can be adjusted for users with special requirements, the flexibility of the system is improved, and the system is more humanized.
According to an aspect of the present application, a vehicle billing method is provided, fig. 8 shows a flowchart of the vehicle billing method according to the embodiment of the present application, and the vehicle billing method according to the embodiment of the present application is explained below with reference to fig. 8.
Step S810, when information that the vehicle enters or leaves the parking lot is received, vehicle identification information is identified;
in the present embodiment, the vehicle identification information may be recognized when information that the vehicle enters the parking lot is received; the vehicle identification information can also be identified when the information that the vehicle leaves the parking lot is received; the vehicle identification information can also be identified when the information that the vehicle drives into the parking lot or drives out of the parking lot is received, so as to be used for further verifying the vehicle identification information. The vehicle identification information includes, but is not limited to, a license plate number, a license plate type, a license plate location, and the like; the captured vehicle image can be subjected to feature segmentation by an image identification method to identify specific vehicle identification information; specifically, the image recognition method may be, for example, an image recognition method based on a neural network, an image recognition method based on a wavelet moment, and the like, and the captured vehicle license plate is subjected to image preprocessing, image feature extraction, and image recognition to obtain vehicle identification information.
Step S820, obtaining a parking type and a vehicle owner type corresponding to preset vehicle identification information based on the corresponding relation between the preset vehicle identification information and the preset parking type and the preset vehicle owner type;
in the present embodiment, the parking categories include exclusive parking (i.e., a customer who purchases a parking space), long rental parking, and provisional parking, and the owner type includes a service object type and a vehicle category.
In this embodiment, the vehicle identification information may be stored in correspondence with the parking category and the vehicle owner type, and the parking category and the vehicle owner type may be stored in correspondence with the charging rule. Based on this, the parking type and the owner type of the vehicle can be obtained from the corresponding relationship among the pre-stored vehicle identification information, the parking type and the owner type according to the vehicle identification information.
Step S830, obtaining a charging rule corresponding to the vehicle based on a corresponding relation among the parking categories, the types of the car owners and the charging rule customized in advance;
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a flowchart for obtaining the charging rule is shown, and as shown in fig. 9, the process may include: step S8301, obtaining a plurality of candidate charging rules corresponding to the parking categories of the vehicle; step S8302, according to the type of the current vehicle owner, automatically determining a target charging rule from a plurality of candidate charging rules; or, in response to a manual input operation by the user based on the type of the vehicle owner, determining a target charging rule from the plurality of candidate charging rules. The parking categories include, but are not limited to, special parking, long rental parking, and temporary parking, and the owner type includes, but is not limited to, a service object type and a vehicle category.
Specifically, the target charging rule can be automatically determined from the corresponding relationship between the vehicle owner type and the charging rule which are stored in advance, in the process, the intervention of parking lot workers is not needed, the full automation is realized, and the pressure of the workers is reduced; in addition, the manual operation of the user can be responded, for example, the candidate charging rules screened out through the parking categories are rules A, B, C and D, the parking lot security can manually select the target charging rule from the four candidate charging rules according to the actual working requirements, then the manual operation is responded, and the target charging rule is determined, so that the obtained charging rule is more humanized, and the manual adjustment of the charging rule under the condition of special parking requirements can be met; of course, once the target charging rule is determined based on manual intervention, the target charging rule has storage records so as to check manual work and avoid the occurrence of actions such as errors, charging loopholes, greedy and the like.
In addition, in the embodiment, the charging rule can be customized and stored according to the parking type and the type of the vehicle owner.
Specifically, a charging rule can be formulated according to the actual working requirement of the parking lot and the parking type and the type of the car owner; for the special parking of the parking category, the long-renting parking and the temporary parking, the special parking is a customer purchasing a parking space, so that the parking category is the special parking and a payment-free rule is adopted; for the long-renting and parking client, the charging rule corresponding to the renting period is provided, for example, if the renting period is 3 months, the monthly renting is 200 yuan, if the renting period is 6 months, the monthly renting is 150 yuan, and the like, in each renting period, the long-renting and parking vehicle also adopts the payment-free rule, and if the vehicle is not paid continuously in an overdue period, the vehicle is charged by adopting the temporary parking charging rule.
Further, if the parking category is temporary parking, since the temporary parking user who enters the parking lot may be a worker (e.g., a doctor), an authorized customer (e.g., a special patient) or a general customer of a public service place (e.g., a hospital) to which the parking lot belongs; alternatively, if the temporary parking category is temporary parking, since the categories of vehicles entering the parking lot may be different, such as a mini-bus, a large-bus, or a special vehicle for public service (e.g., a hospital ambulance), a plurality of billing rules may be established for the temporary parking user based on the common parking category and the type of the vehicle owner.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present application, the obtained charging rule may also be adjusted, for example, a charging rule input by the security guard according to the requirement when the vehicle enters or exits is used as the target charging rule. Of course, the obtained charging rule can be automatically adjusted when the vehicle is driven out of the parking lot according to the parking condition of the vehicle and the like; for example, if a certain vehicle stops in a wrong parking space area, occupies a non-parking space area, and the like, adjustment can be performed on the basis of the original charging rule to warn an illegal owner, so that orderly management of a parking lot is utilized.
