Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛面石材用润色防护剂及其制备方法,该防护剂组成和含量如下,以重量百分比计,溶剂35‑50%,树脂45‑60%,固化剂5‑10%,消泡剂0‑1%,流平剂0‑2%,防腐剂0‑0.5%,所述的树脂为聚酰胺树脂,丙烯酸树脂或聚氨酯树脂,所述的固化剂为含氮化合物或改性脂肪胺。本发明的毛面石材防护剂能通过石材的天然多微孔吸收,渗入石材表面层内部,沉积于石材毛细孔和附着于矿物分子上,经过交联剂作用,但不改变石材表面状态,保持石材天然透气性和产生高效持久的防水、防污性。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体的涉及一种毛面石材用润色防护剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
毛面石材是一种常用的装饰材料,多用于广场地面以及建筑物外墙。毛面石材在使用 中存在这些问题:第一个易老化;经长期的风吹日晒、雨水浸泡、昼夜温差造成的热胀冷 缩,石材表面容易发生粉化、崩裂现象。第二易黄变;石材来源于地壳,里面含有金属元素,特别是铁元素,暴露在空气中容易氧化变黄,时间长了毛面石材表面会产生难看的黄褐色斑斑点点。第三是易藏污纳垢;容易由于毛面石材表面是凸凹不平的,内部又有密集的微孔隙、裂隙、裂纹等,使石材很容易吸收、容纳各类外来物质,造成各类污染和病变 问题,日常清洁和保养维护难度较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述毛面石材在使用中存在易老化、易黄变以及易藏污纳垢 的问题,本发明提供一种毛面石材用润色防护剂及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种毛面石材用润色防护剂,该防护剂组成和含量如下,以重量百分比计,溶剂35-50%, 树脂45-60%,固化剂5-10%,消泡剂0-1%,流平剂0-2%,防腐剂0-0.5%,所述的树脂为 聚酰胺树脂,丙烯酸树脂或聚氨酯树脂,所述的固化剂为含氮化合物或改性脂肪胺。
将本发明的润色防护剂均匀涂刷在毛面石材表面,树脂能与毛面石材表面结合、粘接、 成型,在毛面石材表面形成一层树脂保护膜。
优选地,该防护剂组成和含量如下,以重量百分比计,溶剂40-45%,树脂47-56%,固 化剂7-9%,消泡剂1%,流平剂2%,防腐剂0.5%。
优选地,所述固化剂为脂肪族二胺及多胺或芳香族多胺。
优选地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四 醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的流平剂为丙烯酸酯,所述的防腐剂为道维希尔-75或羟基苯甲酸丁酯。
基于权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种毛面石材用润色防护剂的制备方法,取树脂和固 化剂加入到溶剂中,混合加热至40-60℃,待溶液透明后,恒温30-60分钟后,降至室温, 加入消泡剂、流平剂和防腐剂,搅拌30-60分钟,即得到润色防护剂。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明的毛面石材防护剂能通过石材的天然多微孔吸收,渗入石材表面层内部,沉积 于石材毛细孔和附着于矿物分子上,经过交联剂作用,但不改变石材表面状态,保持石材天 然透气性和产生高效持久的防水、防污性;
2)本发明的毛面石材防护剂能使石材隔绝空气、水分、污染:石材表面被树脂保护膜 密封,使石材不再直接接触空气、水分,从而可防止水分、污染物进出石材、延缓空气氧化作用,起到延长石材使用寿命、抑制石材污染和病变的效果;
3)本发明的毛面石材防护剂能使石材极易被冲洗干净:树脂膜层比较光滑,污垢落在 上面容易被清洗;
4)与一般的毛面处理的特殊工艺使石材颜色看起来发白相比;本发明的毛面石材防护 剂能对石材起到润色效果,树脂在溶剂作用下,在石材表面覆盖、渗透,可以填补石材微 裂隙,浸润出石材本来颜色,视觉上呈现被水润湿的效果,将石材的色泽、花纹,更加清晰的显示出来。

将实例1至4所得的毛面石材防护剂产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
1.防水性:按照JC/T973对试件防水性进行检测;
2.耐污性:按照JC/T973对试件耐污等级进行检测;(注:0级表示试样表面无污染;1级表示试样表面轻微污染;2级表示试样表面严重污染;)
3.耐酸性:按照JC/T973对试件耐酸性进行检测;
4.耐碱性:按照JC/T973对试件耐碱性进行检测。
5.石材的色泽、花纹,通过肉眼观察。
表1具体检测结果
由表1检测结果可知,本发明技术方案制备的石材防护剂具有优异的防水性,耐污性 的特点,同时其耐酸性及耐碱性较高,且石材的色泽、花纹均较明显,在石材防护行业的发展中具有广阔的前景。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛面石材用润色防护剂,其特征在于,该防护剂组成和含量如下,以重量百分比计,溶剂40-45%,树脂47-56%,固化剂7-9%,消泡剂1%,流平剂2%,防腐剂0.5%。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种毛面石材用润色防护剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种毛面石材用润色防护剂,其特征在于,所述的流平剂为丙烯酸酯,所述的防腐剂为道维希尔-75或羟基苯甲酸丁酯。
6.基于权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种毛面石材用润色防护剂的制备方法,其特征在于,取树脂和固化剂加入到溶剂中,混合加热至40-60℃,待溶液透明后,恒温30-60分钟后,降至室温,加入消泡剂、流平剂和防腐剂,搅拌30-60分钟,即得到润色防护剂。
