The invention aims to provide a grinding cutter head and a grinding machine, which can quickly and effectively remove large staggered platforms and explosion points, reduce the labor intensity of construction workers and improve the grinding efficiency.

the cutter head comprises a cutter head body, wherein a plurality of saw-tooth-shaped protrusions are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the edge of the cutter head body;
the grinding blade is arranged at one end of the sawtooth-shaped bulge, which is far away from the cutter head body, and extends out relative to the sawtooth-shaped bulge;
the first abrasive discs are arranged on the first surface of the cutter head body along the circumferential direction of the cutter head body;
the second abrasive discs are arranged on the second surface of the cutter head body along the circumferential direction of the cutter head body; and the height of the second abrasive sheet is greater than the height of the grinding blade.
Optionally, a mounting hole is formed in the cutter head body, and the cutter head body can be in driving connection with a rotating shaft of the grinding machine through the mounting hole.
Optionally, the cutter head body and the sawtooth-shaped protrusions are of an integrated structure.
Optionally, the cutter head body is of a bowl-shaped structure, the first surface is the inner side surface of the cutter head body, and the second surface is the outer side surface of the cutter head body.
Optionally, the blade disc body includes ring portion and concave part, ring portion cover is established on the concave part, and with the edge fixed connection of concave part, the protruding setting of zigzag is in the edge of ring portion, the zigzag protruding with the ring portion is located same horizontal plane, first abrasive disc with the second abrasive disc all sets up on the ring portion.
Optionally, the cutter head body is provided with heat dissipation holes.
Optionally, the heat dissipation holes are formed in the cutter head body in the circumferential direction at equal intervals.
Optionally, a positioning groove is formed in the sawtooth-shaped protrusion, and one end of the polishing blade is arranged in the positioning groove.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the polishing cutter head provided by the invention, the plurality of saw-tooth-shaped protrusions are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the edge of the cutter head body, and the polishing blades are arranged on the saw-tooth-shaped protrusions, so that a slab staggering or explosion point of a protruding concrete wall surface can be cut, and then polishing is carried out by utilizing the first abrasive disc arranged on the cutter head body; when the slab staggering or the explosion point of the convex concrete wall surface is higher than the grinding blades, the slab staggering or the explosion point of the convex concrete wall surface is cut by utilizing the second grinding disc, so that the requirement for grinding the concrete wall surface in construction can be met, the larger slab staggering and explosion point can be quickly and effectively eliminated, the labor intensity of construction workers is reduced, meanwhile, the grinding cutter disc does not need to be replaced, the cutting and the grinding can be carried out on the larger slab staggering and the explosion point, and the grinding efficiency is improved.

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings and the embodiment. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the elements associated with the present invention are shown in the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a sharpening cutter head including a cutter head body 1, a sharpening blade 3, a first abrasive sheet 4 and a second abrasive sheet 7. Wherein, a plurality of saw-tooth bulges 2 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the edge of the cutter head body 1; the grinding blade 3 is arranged at one end of the sawtooth-shaped bulge 2, which is far away from the cutter head body 1, and extends out relative to the sawtooth-shaped bulge 2; the plurality of first grinding discs 4 are arranged on the first surface of the cutter head body 1 along the circumferential direction of the cutter head body 1; the plurality of second grinding discs 7 are arranged on a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the cutter head body 1 along the circumferential direction of the cutter head body 1; and the height of the second grinding chip 7 is greater than the height of the sharpening blade 3.

Further, a mounting hole 6 is formed in the middle of the cutter head body 1, and the cutter head body 1 can be in driving connection with a rotating shaft of a grinding machine through the mounting hole 6. Set up mounting hole 6 simultaneously and reduced the weight of blade disc body 1, be convenient for carry out fixed connection with blade disc body 1 and polisher moreover.
Further, the cutter head body 1 and the sawtooth-shaped protrusions 2 are of an integrated structure. Further, the cutter head body 1 is of a bowl-shaped structure, the first surface is the inner side surface of the cutter head body 1, and the second surface is the outer side surface of the cutter head body 1. Specifically, in this embodiment, the cutter head body 1 includes a circular ring portion 11 and a concave portion 12, the circular ring portion 11 is sleeved on the concave portion 12, and is fixedly connected with an edge of the concave portion 12, the concave portion 12 and the circular ring portion 11 are of an integrated structure, the saw-tooth-shaped protrusion 2 is disposed at the edge of the circular ring portion 11, the saw-tooth-shaped protrusion 2 and the circular ring portion 11 are located on the same horizontal plane, and the first grinding sheet 4 and the second grinding sheet 7 are both disposed on the circular ring portion 11. Since the first abrasive disc 4 is used for polishing a slab staggering or a bursting point, the first abrasive disc 4 is arranged on the circular ring part 11, so that the contact area between the first abrasive disc 4 and a concrete surface is increased, and the polishing efficiency is improved; the second grinding sheet 7 needs rapid cutting dislocation or explosion point, and the second grinding sheet 7 is arranged on the circular ring part 11, so that the contact area of the second grinding sheet 7 and the concrete surface is increased. The mounting hole 6 is opened in the middle of the concave portion 12, and the concave portion 12 can avoid the contact of the rotating shaft of the grinding machine and the concrete wall surface, thereby ensuring the grinding effect of the first grinding sheet 4.
Furthermore, the cutter head body 1 is provided with heat dissipation holes 5. Specifically, the heat dissipation holes 5 are provided in plurality at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the cutter head body 1. Through the arrangement of the plurality of heat dissipation holes 5, heat generated when the cutter head body 1 rotates rapidly for polishing and cutting operation can be dissipated rapidly, so that the cutter head body 1 is protected; and set up louvre 5 and can further reduce the weight of blade disc body 1, save material.
Furthermore, a positioning groove is formed in the sawtooth-shaped protrusion 2, and one end of the polishing blade 3 is arranged in the positioning groove. Specifically, since the sharpening blade 3 is easily damaged and deactivated after a certain period of operation, the sharpening blade 3 is detachably connected to the saw-tooth-shaped protrusions 2. In this embodiment, the grinding blade 3 is connected with the sawtooth-shaped protrusions 2 by screws, and after the grinding blade 3 is damaged, only the grinding blade 3 needs to be replaced, so that the service life of the cutter head body 1 is prolonged.
Further, a sawtooth-shaped groove is formed between two adjacent sawtooth-shaped protrusions 2, and the included angle between the two side surfaces of the sawtooth-shaped groove is 45 degrees. Through setting up the contained angle to 45, can guarantee the joint strength of the protruding 2 of zigzag and blade disc body 1 to guarantee the intensity of the blade of polishing 3 of installation on it.
The embodiment also provides a grinding machine, wherein the grinding cutter head is arranged on the grinding machine. In this embodiment, the grinder may be an angle grinder or a cutter. Since the first grinding sheet 4 is frequently used, optionally, the first surface of the cutter head body 1 is a side away from the grinding machine, and the second surface is a side facing the grinding machine. By the arrangement, after the grinding blade 3 is cut, the first grinding sheet 4 is directly utilized for grinding.
